Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于打印机的打印头模块组件。
特别而不排他地,本发明涉及一种用于A4页宽的按需喷墨式打印机的打印头模块组件,该打印机可以1600dpi的图片质量每分钟打印高达160页。
背景技术
使用所述打印头模块组件的打印机的总体设计中使用了呈大约8英寸(21厘米)长阵列的可替换打印头模块。这种系统的一个优点是能够在一打印头阵列中容易地拆除和更换任何有故障的模块。如果仅有一个芯片有故障,那么这种设计可消除不得不报废整个打印头的缺点。
在这种打印机中的打印头模块是由“Memjet”芯片构成的,所述“Memjet”芯片在其上安装有大量呈微机械和微机电系统(MEMS)形式的热电式致动器。这种致动器可是那些如本申请人的美国第6,044,646号专利中所揭示的致动器,但是,这种致动器是其它的MEMS打印机芯片。
在一典型的实施例中,十一个“Memjet”芯片在一金属通道中彼此邻接在一起以形成一完整的8英寸的打印头组件。
典型地,本发明打印头模块组件所在的打印头可具有六个墨水室,并且能够打印四种颜色(CMYK)和红外墨水以及定色剂。一空气泵将过滤空气通过一第七室供应到所述打印头处,该过滤空气可被用来防止杂物进入喷嘴。
每一个打印头模块通过一传递墨水的弹性挤压成型件来接收墨水。典型地,所述打印头组件适合于打印A4纸,而同时不需要打印头跨纸宽的扫描运动。
所述打印头本身是模块化的,所以打印头阵列可被设置以形成任意宽度的打印头。
另外,一第二打印头组件可被安装在送纸路径的对侧面上,以保证双面高速打印。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的打印头模块组件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种内部具有改进的模块的打印头组件。
本发明提供一种用于打印头组件的打印头模块,该打印头组件结合有多个上述的模块,该模块在一按需喷射式喷墨打印机中大致上跨一页宽被定位,该打印头模块包括:
一上部微成型,该上部微成型定位了一打印机芯片,该打印机芯片具有多个喷墨嘴,所述上部微成型具有将墨水输送到上述的打印机芯片处的墨水通道,
一下部微成型,该下部微成型具有入口,通过该入口可从一墨水源处接收到墨水,和
一中间插入式薄膜,该中间插入式薄膜被粘在上述的上部微成型和下部微成型之间,并且该中间插入式薄膜具有孔,墨水通过该孔可从所述的下部微成型处流到所述的上部微成型处。
优选地,所述中间插入式薄膜由惰性聚合物制成。

具体实施方式
附图中图1所示为打印头组件的外观示意图。图2所示为所述组件的核心部件的分解示意图。所述较佳实施例的打印头组件10包括十一个打印头模块11,该打印头模块沿着一金属“殷钢”通道16被定位。在每一个打印头模块11的中心处有一“Memjet”芯片23(如图3所示)。在该较佳实施例中所选的特定芯片为六色配置。
所述“Memjet”打印头模块11是由所述的“Memjet”芯片23、一密间距柔性印刷电路板26和两个中间夹有中间封装薄膜层35的微成型28、34构成。每一个模块11都形成一具有独立的墨水室63(如图9所示)的密封单元,所述墨水室63为所述芯片23供墨。所述模块11直接地插在一易弯曲的弹性挤压成型件15上,该挤压成型件15携带空气、墨水和定色剂。所述挤压成型件15的上表面上具有孔21的重复的图案,该孔21与位于每一个模块11下侧上的墨水入口32(如图3a所示)对齐。所述挤压成型件15被接合在一柔性印刷电路板上。
所述密间距柔性印刷电路板26向下包着每一个打印头模块11的侧边,并且与一柔性印刷电路板17相接触(如图9所示)。所述柔性印刷电路板17带有两条母线19(正)、20(负),这两条母线用于给每一个模块11和数据连接提供电源。所述柔性印刷电路板17被接合在连续的金属“殷钢”通道16上。所述金属通道16用来将所述模块11支撑到位,并且被设计成具有和应用在所述模块中的硅相似的热膨胀系数。
当所述“Memjet”芯片不使用的时候,一端盖装置12被用来盖在其上。典型地,所述端盖装置由弹簧钢制成,并且其上有一个插入模铸(onsert molded)的弹性垫或插入成型件47(如图12a所示)。所述插入成型件47用来当不加盖时将空气导入所述的“Memjet”芯片中,而当加盖时用来截断空气并且盖住喷嘴防护装置24(如图9所示)。所述端盖装置12由一凸轮轴13致动,该凸轮轴13通常可在整个180°的范围内旋转。
典型地,所述“Memjet”芯片的整体厚度是0.6mm,该厚度包括一150微米的入口硅衬里层27和一150微米厚度的喷嘴防护装置24。这些元件被装配在晶片上。
所述喷嘴防护装置24允许经过滤的空气进入到一80微米厚的位于所述“Memjet”喷嘴62上方的腔64(如图16所示)内。所述加压空气通过喷嘴防护装置24(在打印操作中具有墨水)中的微滴孔45流动,并且通过阻挡杂质粒子来保护精密的“Memjet”喷嘴62。
一硅衬里层27将墨水从打印头模块组件直接输送到“Memjet”喷嘴62的排上。所述“Memjet”芯片23从芯片上116个位置的接合片线接合25至密间距柔性印刷电路板26。该线接合(wire bond)25具有120微米的间距,且当它们与密间距柔性印刷电路板的接触片相接合时被截断(图3)。所述密间距柔性印刷电路板26通过沿柔性印刷电路板17边缘的一系列镀金的接触垫69从柔性印刷电路板17处承载数据和动力。
芯片和密间距柔性印刷电路板26之间的线接合操作可以在运输、定位和将所述芯片组件粘合到所述打印头模块组件中之前在别处完成。或者,首先将所述“Memjet”芯片23粘合到所述上部微成型28中,然后将所述密间距柔性印刷电路板26粘合到适当的位置处。随后可进行所述线接合操作,而不会有使微成型28、34发生变形的危险。所述上部微成型28可由液晶聚合物(LCP)的混合物制成。因为所述上部微成型28的晶状结构是微小的,所以尽管其熔点相对较低,但热变形温度(180℃-260℃)、持续使用温度(200℃-240℃)和焊接热耐久性(260℃下持续10秒钟,310℃下持续10秒钟)都较高。
如图3所示,每一个打印头模块11都包括一上部微成型28和一下部微成型34,这两个微成型被中间封装薄膜层35分开。
该中间封装薄膜层35可以是惰性聚合物如聚酰亚胺,其具有较好的化学耐性和尺寸稳定性。该中间封装薄膜层35可以具有激光烧蚀的孔65,而且可以包括双面粘合剂(即双面粘合层),该双面粘合剂提供上部微成型、中间封装薄膜层和下部微成型之间的粘合。
该上部微成型28具有一对穿过中间封装薄膜层35中的对应小孔并容置于下部微成型34中对应凹处66中的对齐销29。这样,当各部件接合在一起时,就能对齐。一旦接合在一起,则上部微成型和下部微成型就在整个“Memjet”打印头模块11中形成曲折的墨水和空气通道。
在下部微成型34的下面有环形的墨水入口32。在一较佳实施例中,有6个墨水入口32对应各种墨水(黑色、黄色、洋红色、青色、定色剂和红外墨水)。还有一个空气入口槽67。该空气入口槽67延伸贯穿下部微成型34,直到第二入口,该第二入口通过一个排气孔33并通过密间距柔性印刷电路板26中一个对齐的孔68将空气排出。这用来使打印介质在打印过程中与打印头相互排斥开。墨水入口32在上部微成型28的下表面连续延伸,作为空气入口槽67的一个路径。该墨水入口通向在图3中同样以32表示的200微米的出口孔。这些出口孔对应“Memjet”芯片23的硅衬里层27上的入口。
在下部微成型34的一边具有一对弹性垫36。当模块在组装过程中被微动放置时,所述弹性垫36用于承受偏差和并将打印头模块11挤放(positively located)在金属通道16中。
用于“Memjet”微成型的较佳材料是LCP。LCP对于成型的微小零件而言具有合适的流体特性,且具有相对低的热膨胀系数。
上部微成型28中具有自动拾取部,能够使打印头模块11在组装过程中精确定位。
图3所示的上部微成型28的上表面具有一系列交替的空气入口和出口31。它们与端盖装置12结合作用,或者都被密封或者被分成空气入口/出口室,这取决于端盖装置12的位置。根据所述装置是封闭或开盖,它们将空气从空气入口槽67转向芯片23。
在上部微成型28上表面的两个位置处示出了包括一个用于端盖装置的斜坡的封盖凸轮细节40。这方便端盖装置12进行对芯片和空气室进行所需的封闭或打开动作。也就是说,在加盖和去盖的操作过程中,当使端盖装置横向移动通过打印芯片时,封盖凸轮细节40的斜面用于弹性地弯曲,由于操作凸轮轴13使得端盖装置移动,因此防止该装置刮蹭喷嘴防护装置24。
该“Memjet”芯片23被拾取且被接合于打印头模块11上的上部微成型28中。密间距柔性印刷电路板26绕组装完毕的打印头模块11的侧面接合并包绕,如图4所示。在初始的接合操作之后,芯片23在其长边再施加另外的密封剂或粘合剂46。这用来“封装”线接合25(图6),将“Memjet”芯片23密封于成型件28,并形成一个密封的通道,经过滤的空气能够进入该密封的通道,并且通过喷嘴防护装置24排出。
所述柔性印刷电路板17从主印刷电路板(未图示)处将所有的数据和电源连接传送到每个“Memjet”打印头模块11处。该柔性印刷电路板17具有一系列镀金的、半球形的接触点69(如图2所示),该接触点69和每个“Memjet”打印头模块11的密间距柔性印刷电路板26上的接触垫41、42,43相接触。
两个铜质母线带19,20,一般为200微米厚,被夹紧且焊接在柔性印刷电路板17上。母线19,20连接同样传送有数据的柔性终端。
柔性印刷电路板17是大约长为340mm,宽为14mm的带形。它在组装过程中与金属通道16接合,且只从打印头组件的一端伸出。
主要部件位于其内的金属U形通道16由一种称为“殷钢36”的特殊合金制成。它是一种镍含量为36%的镍铁合金,其在400°F的高温下热膨胀系数为碳钢的十分之一。该殷钢被退火,以达到最理想的尺寸稳定性。
另外,该殷钢表面被镀上0.056%壁截面厚度的镍。这更有助于和2×10-6/℃的硅的热膨胀系数相匹配。
殷钢通道16用于在相互的精确对齐操作中捕捉“Memjet”打印头模块11,并在模块11上施以足够的力,以便在每个打印头组件的墨水入口32和被激光烧蚀形成的弹性供墨挤压成型件15的出口孔21之间形成密封结构。
殷钢通道与硅芯片相似的热膨胀系数允许在温度变化过程中进行相似的移动。每个打印头模块11一侧的弹性垫36用于“润滑”通道16中的打印头模块,以便在不发生偏斜的情况下,调整任何侧向热膨胀系数的偏差。殷钢通道是冷轧、退火和镀镍钢带。除了需要在形状上弯曲两次之外,该通道在每一端还具有两个方形切口80。这两个方形切口与打印头定位成型件14上的卡扣装置81配合(图17)。
该弹性供墨挤压成型件15为非疏水性的精密部件。其功能是向“Memjet”打印头模块11传输墨水和空气。该挤压成型件在组装过程中被接合到柔性印刷电路板17的顶部,且具有两种类型的模制的端盖。其中一种示于图18a中的70。
一系列形成图案的孔21位于挤压成型件15的上表面。它们是被激光烧蚀而成的。为实现此目的,一个罩被放置在挤压成型件的表面上,能够对其上的激光进行聚焦。孔21从上表面被蒸发,但是由于激光的焦点长度,激光并不会切入挤压成型件15的下表面。
激光烧蚀的孔21的十一个重复图案形成挤压成型件15的墨水和空气出口。它们与位于“Memjet”打印头模块下部微成型34的下侧上的环形墨水入口32相接。在挤压成型件15的一端上烧蚀形成一个不同的较大孔(在图18a中未示出,隐藏于端盖70的上板71下方)的图案。它们与上述位于每一个微成型34下侧的表面以同样的方式烧蚀而成的小孔75相配合,这些小孔75具有环形肋。墨水和空气输送软管78连到相应的连接器76上,连接器76从上板71延伸出来。由于挤压成型件15的固有柔性,它能够弯曲成多种墨水连接设备形状,而不会限制墨水和空气的流动。模制的端盖70具有一个脊73,上、下板通过脊73铰接成一体。脊73包括一排插头74,插头74被容置在挤压成型件15相应的液流通道的端部。
挤压成型件15的另一端用简单的塞子封闭,这些塞子以与脊17上74插头同样的方式来阻塞通道。
端盖70借助于扣紧配合片77扣到墨水挤压成型件15上。一旦与输送软管78一起装配,就可从墨水池和可能带有过滤装置的空气泵得到墨水和空气。端盖70可以与挤压成型件的任意一端相连,即可以位于打印头的任意一端。将插头74推入挤压成型件15的通道,然后将板71、72叠在一起。则扣紧配合片77将成型件扣住,防止其从挤压成型件滑落。当板扣在一起,围绕挤压成型件的末端形成一个密封圈装置。与连接器76上相应的输送软管78不同的是,所述成型70可以直接与一个墨水盒接触。一个密封销装置也可以应用于所述端盖70。例如,可以在入口连接器76的顶部固定一个预成型的、带有一个弹性圈的中空金属销。这样,当插入墨水盒后,所述入口可以与墨水盒自动密封。空气入口和软管可以比其它的入口小,以避免从空气通道意外的排出墨水。
“Memjet”打印头的端盖装置12典型地由不锈弹簧钢制成。如图12a和图12b所示,端盖装置上连接一个弹性密封或插入成型件47。形成端盖装置的金属部分是冲压毛坯件,然后将其插入到注塑成型工具中,待将塑料注射到它的下面。小孔79(如图13b所示)位于金属端盖装置12的上表面,这些小孔可以是脉冲孔。这些小孔用来将插入成型件47锁到金属上。在使用了插入成型件47后,毛坯被插入到一个冲压工具中,进行其他的弯曲操作和对弹簧48的一体成型。
弹性的插入成型件47有一系列的方形凹槽或空气室56。不加盖时这些凹槽形成室。空气室56位于“Memjet”打印头模块11中的上部微成型28的空气入口和排出孔30的上方。这使得空气可以从一个入口流到下一个出口。当端盖装置12向前移向“原始”封闭位置,如图11所示,这些空气室56可以由插入成型件47的一个空白部分来密封,以切断流向“Memjet”芯片23的空气流。这防止过滤的空气变干燥而阻塞精密的“Memjet”喷嘴。
插入成型件47的另一个功能是覆盖和抵着喷嘴防护装置24扣接到“Memjet”芯片23上。这可防止干燥,但主要是防止外物如纸屑进入芯片并损伤喷嘴。芯片只是在打印时暴露在外,此时过滤的空气经喷嘴防护装置24与墨滴一同排出。在打印过程中正空气压力排斥外物,在不用时,端盖装置保护芯片。
形成一体的弹簧48将端盖装置12向背离金属通道16这侧的方向偏压。端盖装置12向打印头模块11的上部和金属通道下面施加一个压力。端盖装置12的横向封盖运动由一个偏心的凸轮轴13来控制,该凸轮轴13抵靠端盖装置的一侧安装。它推压端盖装置12使之与金属通道16紧靠。在这个运动过程中,位于端盖装置12上表面的下方的突起57跨过位于上部微成型28上的相应的封盖凸轮细节40。当它侧向移动到喷嘴防护装置24的上部时,这个运动使端盖装置弯曲,并且使其上表面上升从而使插入成型件47上升。
可以反转的凸轮轴13由两个打印头定位成型件14定位。凸轮轴13可以在其一端有一个平面,或者可以有带有一个花键或键槽来容置齿轮22或其它类型的运动控制件。
该“Memjet”芯片和打印头模块按照下述的步骤组装:
1、该“Memjet”芯片23通过一个拾取和自动放置装置进行排空试验,这还将晶片切成小片,并将各个小片传送到密间距柔性印刷电路板接合区域。
2、当容纳后,该“Memjet”芯片23被放置在离密间距柔性印刷电路板26有530微米的位置处,且具有应用在芯片上的接合垫和密间距柔性印刷电路板上的导电垫之间的线接合25。这构成了“Memjet”芯片组件。
3、和步骤2可替换的是,对打印头模块的上部成型28中的芯片腔的内壁使用粘合剂,并将芯片首先接合于适当位置。密间距柔性印刷电路板26然后可以被应用到微成型的上表面,并包在其侧上。然后,线接合25就被连接在芯片上的接合垫与密间距柔性印刷电路板之间。
4、“Memjet”芯片组件被真空传送到打印头模块所存储的接合区域。
5、粘合剂被应用在芯片腔的下部内壁和一区域中,在该区域中,所述密间距柔性印刷电路板将要被定位在所述打印头模块的上部微成型中。
6、芯片组件(和密间距柔性印刷电路板)被接合在该位置。密间距柔性印刷电路板被小心地包在上部微成型的一侧周围,这样就不会损坏线接合。如果认为密间距柔性印刷电路板可以对线接合施压,这可以理解为第二步粘合的操作。由于内部的芯片腔壁被涂覆,和芯片平行的一行粘合剂可以同时使用。这允许芯片组件和密间距柔性印刷电路板置于芯片腔中,且允许密间距柔性印刷电路板与微成型在不需外压的情况下接合。该处理之后,第二粘合操作是将粘合剂应用于密间距柔性印刷电路板区域中的上部微成型的短侧壁。这允许密间距柔性印刷电路板包在微成型周围且固定,同时在线接合下面,仍旧在沿顶部边缘的位置牢牢地接合。
7、在最后的粘合操作中,喷嘴防护装置的上部被粘附到上部微成型,形成一个密封的空气室。对”Memjet”芯片的对面的长边也使用粘合剂,在此,接合引线在处理过程中被“封装”。
8、使用纯净水对这些模块进行湿度试验,以保证可靠的性能,然后烘干。
9、在被包装成打印头组件或单独的部件之前,这些模块被输送至干净的存储区域。然后完成“Memjet”打印头模块组件的组装工作。
10、金属殷钢通道16被拾取并放置于一夹具中。
11、柔性印刷电路板17被拾取并使用粘合剂固定于母线的一侧上,定位并接合于底板和金属通道的一侧上。
12、柔性墨水挤压成型件15被拾取,并粘合于下面。然后被定位并粘合于柔性印刷电路板17顶部的位置。其中一个打印头定位端盖也配合该挤压成型件输出端。这样就构成了一个通道组件。
激光烧蚀的过程如下:
13、通道组件被输送至一个受激准分子激光烧蚀区域。
14、该组件被放入一个夹具中,该挤压成型件被定位、罩住并被激光烧蚀。这样就形成了一个上部表面中的墨水孔。
15、该墨水挤压成型件15具有适用的墨水和空气连接器端盖70。加压的空气或纯净水通过挤压成型件来清洗。
16、该端盖70与挤压成型件15相连接。然后用热空气烘干。
17、该通道组件被输送到打印头模块区域,成为直接的模块组件。一种替换做法是,在被烧蚀的孔上加一层薄膜,在需要时存储通道组件。
“Memjet”芯片和打印头模块进行如下组装:

18、通道组件是被拾取,放置和夹进打印头组件区域的横向阶段。
19、如图14所示,一个自动的工具58抓住金属通道的侧面并且抵着下表面枢转点进行枢转来有效地弯曲通道部分200到300微米。所施加的力在图14中以箭头矢量F表示。这使得第一“Memjet“打印头组件可以由自动机械拾取而放入到通道组件中(相对于印刷电路板17上的第一个接触垫片和墨水挤出孔)。
20、将工具58松开,通过殷钢通道的弹回来捕获打印头模块,横向阶段将组件向前移动19.81mm。
21、工具58再次抓住通道的侧边,使其弯曲分离以准备下一个打印头模块。
22、第二个打印头模块11被拾取并且被放入到距离前一个模块50微米的距离处。
23、一个调整致动臂将第二个打印头模块的末端定位。所述的臂在每一条上由一列光学基准来引导。当调整臂推动打印头模块,位于基准之间的间隙关闭直到它们实现准确间距为19.182mm。
24、工具58放开,移去调整臂,将第二个打印头模块连接到位。
25、重复过程直到通道组件装满打印头模块。从横向阶段将此单元移去并运送到端盖组件区。二者择一的,薄膜可以用来覆盖打印头模块的喷嘴防护装置来作为一个端盖,并且此单元可以进行贮存以备使用。
端盖装置的组装如下:
26、将打印头组件运送到一个端盖区域。端盖装置12被拾取,轻轻地进行分离弯曲,并被推到打印头组件的第一模块11和金属通道16上。利用上部微成型的凹槽83内的钢中的突起57,端盖装置12自动进入到组件中,一个单独的封盖凸轮细节40位于上部微成型中。
27、接下来将端盖装置应用到所有的打印头模块中。
28、当完成时,凸轮轴13位于组件的打印头定位成型14中。有第二个打印头定位成型位于其自由端,该成型扣在金属通道的末端,支撑着凸轮轴并扣合着装置腔。
29、成型齿轮22或其它的动作控制件装置可以在这个点上加到凸轮轴的任一端上。
30、端盖组件自动检测。
打印控制如下进行:
31、打印头组件10被移动到测试区。通过“Memjet“模块打印头施加的墨水处于压力下。在启动过程中空气通过“Memjet”排出去。当充电时,打印头可以进行电连接并进行测试。
32、如下进行电连接和测试:
33、对印刷电路板进行电能和数据连接。最终的测试可以开始,当经过时,“Memjet“模块打印头封闭,其下侧有一个弹性密封膜来保护打印头直到产品安装完成。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于打印头组件的打印头模块,该打印头组件结合有多个上述的模块,该模块在一按需喷射式喷墨打印机中跨一页宽被定位,该打印头模块包括:
一上部微成型,该上部微成型定位了一打印机芯片,该打印机芯片具有多个喷墨嘴,所述上部微成型具有将墨水输送到上述的打印机芯片处的墨水通道,
一下部微成型,该下部微成型具有入口,通过该入口可从一墨水源处接收到墨水,和
一中间插入式薄膜,该中间插入式薄膜被粘在上述的上部微成型和下部微成型之间,并且该中间插入式薄膜具有孔,墨水通过该孔可从所述的下部微成型处流到所述的上部微成型处。
2.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述中间插入式薄膜由惰性聚合物制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述中间插入式薄膜的孔是通过激光烧蚀形成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述中间插入式薄膜在它的相对两面上具有一粘合层,在所述上部微成型、所述中间插入式薄膜和所述下部微成型之间提供粘合。
5.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述上部微成型具有一对齐销,该对齐销穿过位于所述中间插入式薄膜中的一小孔,并且被容纳在所述下部微成型中的一凹进处内,当所述上部微成型、所述中间插入式薄膜和所述下部微成型被结合在一起时,该销用来将它们对齐。
6.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述下部微成型的入口形成在它的下侧上。
7.如权利要求6所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:设置有六个上述的入口以用于各个墨水。
8.如权利要求6所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述下部微成型也包括一进气口。
9.如权利要求8所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述进气口包括一槽,该槽横穿所述下部微成型延伸。
10.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:,所述上部微成型包括出口孔,该出口孔对应于所述打印机芯片的衬里层上的入口。
11.如权利要求10所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述衬里层由硅制成。
12.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述打印头模块在所述下部微成型的边缘上还包括一弹性垫。
13.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述上部微成型和下部微成型是由液晶聚合物构成。
14.如权利要求1所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:所述上部微成型的一上部表面具有一系列交替的进气口和出气口,这些进气口和出气口与一端盖装置一起作用以改变气流穿过所述上部微成型的方向。
15.一种结合有多个如权利要求1所述打印头模块的打印头组件,所述打印头组件包括一通道,每一个打印头沿着所述通道被定位。
16.如权利要求15所述的打印头模块,其特征在于:每一个打印头模块都在它的下部微成型的一边缘上具有一弹性垫,所述弹性垫挤靠在所述通道的一内部表面上以将所述打印头模块挤放在所述通道内。
