Abstract

Description
本说明书涉及有关基本上由矿棉构成的材料(élément)的本发明申请,该材料具有增强的耐火反应。这样一种材料特别地制成板状,并且用于构建风管或空气管(conduit d’air)。这些板包括玻璃棉芯,所述的芯是由玻璃纤维构成的,它作为该玻璃棉组分起作用。本发明材料中玻璃纤维的直径比目前生产板或类似应用的管所使用的玻璃纤维直径大得多。本发明使用的玻璃纤维的细度指数值是每6克为5.8±0.5。本发明还涉及使用所述的板生产风管的方法。
本发明应用于在生产与加工玻璃以及矿棉和类似产品中的专门化的工业。本发明还特别地涉及在空气调节领域中的应用,其领域大量使用含有绝热部件的风管,特别地套管。
本申请人知道生产风管目前使用基本上由玻璃纤维构成的材料,而玻璃纤维构成了矿棉,其纤维细度指数是每5克为4±0.4。为了用这样的纤维获得高质量的产品,应该施用高于10重量%的浆料(apprêt)。这样一种材料是在含有其材料的风管耐火反应方面较差的一类。关于“细度指数”应当理解是测量气体穿过由待表征纤维构成的试样的压降时所得到的值。这种测量给出了有关纤维平均直径的指标,而且通常已知被称为“纤维细度测试”(mesure du MICRONAIRE)。在标准ASTM D1448(以及DIN 53941)中描述过这种测量方法。在开始研究这种测量方法是为了表征棉纤维,并且长久以来用在矿棉工业中用于表征玻璃纤维。对于一定质量的产品,从“MICRONAIRE”仪器上读出的值确定“细度指数”。
在根据本发明所使用的纤维的情况下,应该理解在“MICRONAIRE”仪器测量室中加入相应于质量6克的纤维量时,测量的MICRONAIRE值为5.8±0.5。
为了固定数量级,可以说每5克细度指数为4±0.4相应于表征平均直径约3.5-4微米的玻璃纤维,每6克细度指数为5±0.5相应于表征平均直径约9微米的玻璃纤维,每6克细度指数为6±0.5相应于表征平均直径约12微米的玻璃纤维。
为了满足有关耐火反应的现行标准,希望显著地降低在矿棉中加入的浆料,即在纤维之间产生粘附的材料的含量。这些试验表明,浆料含量为5-6%(以含有浆料的纤维产品总质量计)能够满足现行标准。但是,对于这样一些应用的已知纤维,不可能使用这样范围的浆料含量,因为会造成产品质量不可接受的降低。
本申请人至今还不知道存在含有满足耐火反应材料现行标准的玻璃纤维的矿棉管。
基本上由具有本发明提出的增强耐火反应的矿棉组成的材料,本身具有新颖性,在其应用范围内,其材料是玻璃纤维,特别地二氧化硅-氧化钠-氧化硼-氧化钙类玻璃纤维,其直径比目前使用纤维的直径大得多。令人惊奇地,在实验上观察到玻璃纤维,特别是细度指数为5.8±0.5的玻璃纤维,能够得到可用于成形板的材料,这种板具有良好的应用性能,甚至当大大降低浆料比例时,尤其是使用5-6%浆料时。这时有可能获得一种玻璃棉基材料,这种材料具有改善的耐火反应,满足现行标准。使用这样的材料,可以形成制造风管的板。
这些板的结构具体地是以商品名“CLIMAVER”或“CLIMAVER PLUS”(例如ISOVER公司销售的)已知的板类结构。例如可以用本发明的材料生产如在专利申请FR2 786 550中描述的硬板。
具体地,由用于构建风管的板制成具有增强耐火反应的矿棉管,所述的板是由玻璃棉芯构成的,其玻璃纤维直径比目前使用的产品要大得多,其用细度指数每6克为5.8±0.5确定的,并且其中在这些纤维中加入的浆料量是5-6%范围。
根据一种优选的实施方式,这种浆料是用酚醛树脂得到的粘合剂。
所提出的具有增强耐火反应的矿棉管是用构建风管的板构成的,该风管由细度指数是每6克为5.8±0.5的玻璃棉芯和浆料特别地粘合剂组成,后者的含量是5-6%。
优选地,这种浆料是用酚醛树脂得到的粘合剂。
为了制造这样的矿棉管,特别可以使用如在专利申请EP 0 791 791中描述的型材。
本发明还涉及一种风管,特别地加热套管和/或空调套管的生产方法,该方法包括前面定义的板的组装步骤。
Claims (10)
1、基本上由用于生产构建风管的板的矿棉组成的材料,所述的材料由其中添加了粘结剂的矿棉芯组成,其特征在于矿棉纤维是玻璃纤维,它的细度指数是每6克为5.8+0.5,其特征还在于粘结剂的添加量范围是5-6%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于矿棉纤维是二氧化硅-氧化钠-氧化硼-氧化钙类玻璃纤维。
3、根据权利要求1所述的材料,其特征在于粘结剂是由酚醛树脂得到的粘合剂。
4、矿棉板,其特征在于矿棉是玻璃纤维棉,其细度指数是每6克为5.8±0.5,所述的棉含有5-6%量的粘结剂。
5、根据权利要求4所述的板,其特征在于玻璃纤维棉是二氧化硅-氧化钠-氧化硼-氧化钙类玻璃纤维。
6、根据权利要求4所述的板,其特征在于粘结剂是由酚醛树脂得到的粘合剂。
7、风管,它们包含根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的矿棉板。
8、根据权利要求7所述的风管,其特征在于所述风管是空调套管和/或加热套管。
9、风管的生产方法,其特征在于该方法包括组装根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的板的步骤。
