Claims (6)
- 공기 덕트를 만들기 위한 패널을 제조하는 광물성 울로 실질적으로 구성되고, 접착제가 첨가되는 광물성 울 코어(mineral wool core)로 이루어지는 요소에 있어서,상기 광물성 울 섬유는, 6그램에 대해 5.8 ±0.5 사이에서 변하는 섬도(fineness index)를 갖는, 특히, 규소, 나트륨, 보론 및 칼슘을 기반으로 하는 타입의 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하고, 접착제가 5% 내지 6%에서 변하는 양으로 상기 광물성 울 섬유에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 요소.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 페놀-포름알데히드 수지(resin)로 얻어지는 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 요소.
- 광물성 울로 제조되는 패널로서,상기 광물성 울은 특히, 규소, 나트륨, 보론 및 칼슘을 기반으로 하는 타입의 유리 섬유 울인데, 상기 유리 섬유는 6그램에 대해서 5.8 ±0.5 사이의 섬도를 가지며, 상기 울은 5% 내지 6% 사이의 함량의 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물성 울로 제조되는 패널.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 페놀-포름알데히드 수지로 얻어지는 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 광물성 울로 제조되는 패널.
- 공기 덕트로서,특히 공기-조절 및/또는 가열 덕트이고, 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 기재된 유리 울로 제조되는 패널을 포함하는, 공기 덕트.
- 공기 덕트, 특히 에어-조절 및/또는 가열 덕트의 제조 방법으로서,제 3항 또는 제 4항에 기재된 상기 패널이 조립되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공기 덕트의 제조 방법.
