Abstract
皂条由40-85%皂、1-40%水不溶混的有益试剂、1-40%固态水溶性载体和5-25%水组成。载体先与有益试剂混合,形成预混合物,随后分散入皂。合适的有益试剂是油和湿润剂,合适的载体是淀粉、改性淀粉和水溶性固态聚合物。
Description
总体上说,本发明涉及皂条,具体涉及由有益试剂(benefit agent)组成的皂条的制备方法。
香皂全世界范围用于个人洗涤的主要产品。虽然用于制备此类产品的脂肪原料(fat charge)千差万别,但除了泡沫的量外,使用特性区别甚微。
皂条感官特性,即泡沫的质量和洗后湿润皮肤的感觉,完全不受脂肪原料的影响。近年来,主要目的之一是寻找更改皂条感官特性的途径,特别是这类产品与皮肤的相互作用。该目的直接与消费者对皂条产品的新感觉的需求相关联。
这方面早期的试验依赖于加到皂中的脂肪酸,这导致了改性的泡沫的似乳油性,对洗后湿润皮肤的感觉却没有影响。最近,通过加入合成活性剂(由于它们的钙皂分散剂作用改变沉淀的钙和镁皂与皮肤的相互作用)而获得了某种成功,并进而改变了产品的湿润皮肤感觉。这种方法,虽然成功,但为在高溶解性的合成活化剂存在下,维持可接受的皂条制备方法和特性,确实对脂肪原料作了很大的改变。
香皂表现出的感官方面的技术革新是使用现有设备将一种或多种添加物加入现有的香皂配方中,而无需对脂肪原料作任何改变。这可使该产品以与传统香皂相似的产量生产,并因使用了相同的脂肪原料,工厂制造的湿皂不会破裂。事实上,由于方法控制对脂肪原料极其敏感,在皂的连续生产中,改变脂肪原料是个大问题。
许多研究人员认真研究的一个方法是把某种油加入皂坯中。这导致了部分成功的专利保护,但确有一些缺陷,即
i.由于油覆盖在皂和设备上,皂块变得粘滞并难以加工;典型的问题包括进料碾机困难、低的挤出率和冲模(压出率)(die block);
ii.终产品有胶粘感觉,需额外包装,以避免弄脏/油漏至包装物;
iii.产品的油滴大小极具方法敏感性,因此必须小心控制生产,即不得不时常减少产量。
一般而言,此类产品可表现出较好感官益处,但由于上述问题,商业上行不通。
本发明的目的是,提供改进的皂条制备方法,它至少可部分解决一些上述问题。
我们已发现将特别的有益试剂加入水溶性载体中,基本上能纠正或改善上述所有方法问题,并能在与传统香皂相同产量下生产与传统香皂有可比性的皂条。而且该产品产生改性泡沫和湿润皮肤感觉感官特性,而对普通皂条的使用特性如泡沫量、磨损速率和软块(mush)没有任何不利影响。
本发明的基础是,首先将有益试剂预混合到一个固体载体基质中,以固定其区域结构(domain)大小,并稳定全部方法条件。这可使方法对油滴大小的影响最小,并因而确保表现出的感官特性不随方法变化而保持稳定。
另外,对可被皂溶解的有益试剂(如:植物油),载体有效地排除了穿过产品的油迁移现象,并因为阻止了油与皂条内液态物质的混合而排除了油增溶的风险。
从水溶性原料中选择载体,因而可在洗涤过程中释放有益试剂。我们还发现如果载体经粘稠溶液状态溶解,即载体开始溶解粘度就增加较大(即聚合物水合的初始阶段),表现出的湿润皮肤感觉的感官效应会大大增强。释放有益试剂时的粘稠状态,对改变洗后湿润皮肤感觉的感官效应的体现是个关键。20℃和剪切速率10s-1下测得符合该标准的典型载体的60%载体/水溶液的粘度在1000毫帕秒(millipascar second,mpas)以上。
本发明的肥皂一般由非月桂油和月桂油构成,理想的混合比为95/5-10/90,典型非月桂油包括牛脂、棕榈香(palm)、牛油硬脂、棕榈硬脂、部分硬化植物油及它们与部分或完全硬化油的混合物。典型的月桂油包括椰子油、棕榈核油及巴巴苏油。一般用适当的碱,如钠碱、钾碱、钙碱和镁碱或它们的混合物,对油混合物进行皂化作用生产皂坯。在载体-有益试剂(carrier-benefit-agent)预混合物加入之前,最好将如此生产的皂坯干燥到水分含量为5-25%,或者,也可在干燥前将载体-有益试剂预混合物加入皂粒中。
在另一方面,本发明的皂被一种或多种合成阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂或它们的混合物部分或完全取代。
载体在常温和加工条件下最好呈固态,它的熔点优选超过80℃。载体最好是完全水溶液性的,并最好经粘稠溶液态溶于水中,20℃、剪切速率10s-1时,其60%载体/水溶液的粘度大于1000mpas。例如通过形成液晶或长分子的分子缠结(即聚合物)可形成粘稠溶液状态。
符合这些要求的载体的例子有麦芽糖糊精、淀粉、改性淀粉、PVP′s、PVA′s和纤维素聚合物,但也预计有符合上述物理要求的其它载体。
有益试剂的优选特性如下。首先在一般环境的洗涤温度和加工温度下,优选它们为液体,即它们的凝固点应低于30℃。其次,它们必须不含水以避免在用皂制品洗涤之前其中的载体溶解。第三,它们应具低粘度,即低于60,000mpas,优选低于30,000mpas。第四,它们最好不与水互溶。
符合这些要求的有益试剂的例子有低粘度硅氧烷油、植物油、矿物油、合成油(即肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(IPM)、IPP)及它们的混合物。
有益试剂可能是“润肤油”,意指某种通过增加其水分含量来柔软皮肤(角质层)并抑制水分降低保持其柔软的物质。
优选的润肤油包括
(a)硅氧烷油、松脂及其改性物质例如线形或环状的聚二甲基硅氧烷油;氨基、烷基、烷芳基和芳基硅氧烷油;
(b)包括天然脂肪和油的脂肪和油,如霍霍巴油、大豆油、米糠油、鳄梨油、杏仁油、橄榄油、芝麻油、桃仁油、蓖麻油、可可油、貂油;可可脂;猪油;通过将上述油氢化得到的部分硬化油;合成的单、二和三酸甘油酯如肉豆蔻酸甘油酯和2-乙基己酸甘油酯;
(c)蜡如巴西棕榈蜡、鲸腊、羊毛脂及其衍生物;
(d)疏水性植物提取物;
(e)碳水化合物如液态烷属烃、凡士林(商标)、微晶蜡、地蜡、角鲨烯、姥鲛烷和矿物油;
(f)高级脂肪酸如油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、羊毛脂酸、异硬脂酸和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA);
(g)高级醇如月桂醇、油醇、胆甾醇和2-己基癸醇;
(h)酯如十六烷基辛酸酯、十四烷基乳酸酯、十六烷基乳酸酯、异丙基十四烷酸酯、十四烷基十四烷酸酯、异丙基棕榈酸酯、异丙基己二酸酯、丁基硬脂酸盐、癸基油酸盐、胆甾醇异硬脂酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、甘油双硬脂酸酯、甘油三硬脂酸酯、烷基乳酸酯、烷基柠檬酸酯和烷基酒石酸酯;
(i)重要的油如薄荷油、茉莉油、樟脑油、白雪松油、苦橙皮油、ryu、松节油、肉桂油、香柠檬油、温州蜜橘油、菖蒲油、松树油、熏衣草油、月桂油、丁子香油、罗汉柏油、桉树油、柠檬油、星花油、百里香油、薄荷油、玫瑰油、一串红油、薄荷醇油、桉树脑油、丁子香酚油、柠檬醛油、香茅油、冰片油、里哪醇油、香叶醇油、月见草油、樟脑油、百里酚油、spirantol、penene、柠檬烯油和类萜油;
(j)类脂类如欧洲专利说明书NO.556,957所描述的神经酰胺、蔗糖酯和假神经酰胺;
(k)防晒剂如辛基methoxyl肉桂酸酯(Parsol MCX)和丁基甲氧基苯甲酰甲烷(Parsol 1789);

特别优选的有益试剂是聚硅氧烷。优选粘度低于60,000毫帕秒的聚硅氧烷,聚硅氧烷可以是树胶和/或聚硅氧烷的混合物。1个例子为粘度约为0.06平方米每秒(m-2s-1)(60,000厘沲)的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
载体与有益试剂的比例大致在1∶4-4∶1之间,优选大于或等于0.3∶1,更优选大于或等于0.75∶1。
通过以下仅作为例子的实施例中的描述可更清楚地理解本发明。
下列实施例1-5说明本发明,其中载体为分子量8.0×103的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和有益试剂选自低粘度硅氧烷油和向日葵油。载体/有益试剂的比例在0.5∶1-2∶1范围内变化。制备方法由下列步聚组成:预混合阶段,在此阶段,载体和有益试剂在合适的软固体混合器(即螺条混合机或曲拐式搅拌机)中混合到一起,接着再用螺条或曲拐式混合机将该混合物混入干皂,随后是传统香皂的完成工序(即磨碎、模压及模冲成条)。

下列实施例6-10的配方进一步说明载体/有益试剂的结合对方法没有影响。这些实施例中,基于产品重量的添加物总含量在10-20%(重量)间,包括三类载体材料即麦芽糖糊精和两种木薯淀粉衍生物。所有情况下,根据实施例1-6所描述的方法制备皂条,发现皂条硬度与载体/有益试剂含量完全无关,与传统香皂的硬度非常相似。

实施例15-19中,给出的载体-有益试剂体系配方,不属本发明的范围。所有情况下,制备方法与前述实施例1-10的配方中所用方法都是相同的。
实施例15中,水溶性有益试剂甘油,以1/1的载体/有益试剂的比例混合。生产出质量和硬度都合格的皂条。由于泡沫量的减少,发现该实施例的配方的使用特性劣于传统香皂,感观研究没有发现在泡沫质量或湿润皮肤感觉上与传统香皂有任何重大差别。
实施例16中,直接溶于低粘度水溶液的载体与改性豆油一起使用。由于皂条破裂和皂条粘结力差,发现皂条的生产极其困难。生产的皂条比传统香皂硬,且表面修饰差。因磨耗速率高及泡沫量少,发现这些产品的使用特性不如传统香皂。感官研究没发现在泡沫质量或湿润皮肤感觉上与传统香皂有任何重大区别。
实施例17和18中,由大量水(约50%)组成的有益试剂掺入麦芽糖糊精载体中。由于载体-有益试剂预混合物形成了不易与皂混合的粘性液体,发现生产极其困难。形成的皂条比传统香皂软和粘,且不用冲模润滑剂就不能模压。整个配方显然不适于连续化生产。

Claims (13)
1.制备包含皂和有益皮肤的试剂的皂条的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
(a)第一混合步聚中,将水不溶混的有益皮肤的试剂与水溶性的固态载体预混合;其中所述有益皮肤的试剂基本上不含水,以防止所述载体的溶解,以及所述载体在环境和加工条件下以固体存在,以便把所述有益皮肤的试剂预混和进所述载体形成的基质中,使得所述有益皮肤的试剂的区域结构大小在整个方法中保持固定和恒定;
(b)第二混合步聚中,把预混合物加入皂混合物中形成最终的含有所有皂条成分的皂混合物;和
(c)完成最后的皂混合形成皂条。
