涂料喷射枪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料喷射枪(Farbspritzpistole),它具有:一设置在枪身上的涂料喷咀、一围绕涂料喷咀设置的空气喷咀、一设置在枪身上的活塞孔内的用来控制输入到空气喷咀的压缩空气的压缩空气阀、一穿过枪身的手柄通向活塞孔的压缩空气孔和一设置在手柄内的压力测量和压力显示装置。
背景技术
为了在涂料喷射枪中达到最佳的工作效果这样地调整喷射压力特别重要,使得在高的工作速度和喷涂效率的情况下得到最佳的雾化。因此,为了精确地调整压力并监测输入压力在喷射枪的空气输入口前通常设置带压力表的压力调节阀。然而由于通常固定在喷射枪手柄底面上的带压力表的压力调节阀使喷射枪的操作受到影响。
因此Sata公司开发了一种以“Sata Jet RP.Digital”的品牌推销的涂料喷射枪,其中压力测量和压力显示装置装在枪身的手柄内。在这种已知喷射枪中在手柄下端上设有一从通过喷射枪手柄的压缩空气输入孔到一设在手柄内的压力测量室的连接孔。但是通过这种设置只能监测喷射枪输入压力,而不能监测可通过阀装置建立的喷射压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种喷射枪,它可以用简单的结构测量和显示喷射压力。
按照本发明这个目的通过这样一种涂料喷射枪来实现,它具有,一设置在枪身上的涂料喷咀、一围绕涂料喷咀设置的空气喷咀、一设置在枪身上的活塞孔内的用来控制输入到空气喷咀的压缩空气的压缩空气阀、一穿过枪身的手柄通向活塞孔的压缩空气孔和一设置在手柄内的压力测量和压力显示装置,其中:在压缩空气孔内装入一离其内壁一定距离的管子,它在内部形成一将压缩空气输入活塞孔的、设置在压缩空气阀的输入端的部分的通道,并在其外侧和压缩空气孔的内壁之间围成一中间空腔,该中间空腔通过一第一连接通道与一设置在压缩空气阀输出端的压力腔相连通,和通过一第二连接通道与手柄内的与压力测量和压力显示装置相配的压力测量腔连通。
在按本发明的喷射枪中压缩空气可以通过一插入压缩空气孔内的管子引到可通过一出料触发杆操纵的阀门装置,而在压缩空气孔内壁和管子外壁之间形成的中间空腔可用于设置在阀门装置输出端的压力腔和内置在枪身的手柄内的压力测量和压力显示装置之间的压缩空气连接。通过中间空腔和可方便地制造的连接孔也可以不用加工复杂的连接通道显示可通过阀门装置调节的喷射压力。
在应用通常只有在超过规定压力限时才激活的数字显示装置时通过按本发明的结构得到用来给显示装置供电的电池的较长的使用寿命,因为只有在操作出料触发杆时才进行压力显示。
根据本发明合适的改进结构和优良的结构造型,例如阀门装置输出端的压力腔和中间空腔之间的连接可以用工艺简单的方法通过一相对于压缩空气孔中心线侧向偏移的第一连接孔制造,该孔穿过手柄从其外侧倾斜地通向压力腔并在一中心区域与中间空腔连接。在其外端处连接孔通过一小球或其它合适的封闭元件封闭。
从中间空腔到设在枪柄内的压力测量腔的连接也可以通过一第二连接孔进行,它适宜于从压缩空气孔的入口处倾斜地穿过手柄通向压力测量腔。用这种方法第二连接孔不必像在第一连接孔所要求的那样通过小球等等封闭。在另一种优良的结构中第一和/或第二连接孔至少部分做成毛细孔。通过这种毛细孔可以防止,用来清洗喷射枪的溶剂或残余油漆或涂料到达压力测量腔的区域并损害或阻止正常的压力测量。
根据另一种有利的实施形式,管子两端分别设有一环形密封件,中间空腔通过密封件相对于枪身向上向下密封。
此外,管子还可通过一拧在压缩空气孔入口处的固定环固定。
在另一种有利的实施形式中,在压缩空气孔的入口处设有一与通道连通的空气管接头。

具体实施方式
在图1中所示的涂料喷射枪包含一带一手柄2和一上体3的枪身1,上体上(一体)生成一挂钩4。一从前向后贯通并形成多级台阶的通孔5穿过上体3,一喷针6可在该通孔内轴向移动。通孔5具有一直径扩大前部区域7,一带有用来拧上一未画出的涂料存放容器的内螺纹9的倾斜输入孔8通入该前部区域内。
在通孔5的前端处设有一内螺纹10,涂料喷咀11通过此内螺纹拧入枪身1的上体3内。涂料喷咀11在其前端上含有一喷咀孔12,它和可通过一出料触发杆13轴向运动的喷针6的收缩或一尖端的前端一起形成一用于涂料、油漆等等的可调节的入口。为了使喷针移动通过销轴14铰接在枪身1上的出料触发杆13包含一安装在枪身1上的孔15之内的横销16,喷针6穿过此横销。喷针6上固定一针套17,出料触发杆13的横销16在回拉时靠在针套的前端上。一压力弹簧18的前端贴合在针套17的后端上,压力弹簧以其后端支承在一通过一个锁紧螺母19固定的涂料流量调节螺钉20上。通过出料触发杆13的回拉喷针6克服压力弹簧的力向后移动,使喷咀孔12打开,喷出涂料。
围绕涂料喷咀11设有一带一通过锁紧螺母22固定在枪身1上体3上的气盖23的空气喷咀21和一个空气分配环24。通过气盖23限定围绕涂料喷咀11的喷咀孔12的环形空隙25。此外在气盖23向前突起的角26内设有用来形成射束的所谓角气孔27。压缩空气通过-在图1和图2的剖视图中看不到的-侧压缩空气孔输入空气喷咀21,侧压缩空气孔与一用来控制输入空气喷咀21的压缩空气的阀门装置29的压力腔28连通。
阀门装置29包含一可通过出料触发杆13经过杆30操作的阀门活塞31,它与一在一设置在枪身1上的活塞孔33内的阀座32一起在活塞孔33设在阀座32的输入端(上游)的部分和在阀座32输出端(下游)的与空气喷咀21连通的压力腔28之间形成一压缩空气阀。此外在活塞孔33的位于阀座32输入端(上游)的部分内设有一可旋转的套34,它在一穿过手柄2的在活塞孔33的位于阀座32的输入端部分内的压缩空气孔36的入口区域内具有一横孔35。套34与一调整元件37不可旋转地连接,调整元件可旋转地设置在活塞孔33的后端上。通过调整元件37的旋转可以转动套34,从而调节在横孔35区域内的空气流量。
特别如图2所见,在穿过手柄2通向活塞孔33的压缩空气孔36内装入一与其内壁离开一定距离的管子38,在其外壁和压缩空气孔36的内壁之间形成一在横截面内成环形的中间空腔39。在管子38的两端上分别设有一环形密封件40和41,通过它们中间空腔39相对于枪身1向上和向下密封。此外管子38通过两个密封件40和41同心地固定在压缩空气孔36内。在轴向该管子38通过一固定环42固定,该固定环拧入设在压缩空气孔36入口处的内螺纹43内。
在枪身1的手柄之内加工一用来安装在图1中所示的用来测量和显示通过阀门装置29规定的调整压力的装置45的孔44。这个压力测量和压力显示装置45包含一装在孔44内的数字显示屏46和一例如做成压电的压力传感器的、未具体画出的压力测量仪,它安装在手柄2内的一压力测量腔47内。数字显示屏46和压力测量仪通过一设有观察窗的盖板48固定在手柄2内,它通过相应的密封件防止液体和污物进入。此外在手柄2内设有一可以从其背面接近的电池盒49,以给压力测量和显示装置45供电。
在压缩空气孔36和管子38之间的通过两个密封件40和41向上向下密封的中间空腔39通过一第一连接通道与阀座32输出端的压力腔28连通。这个连接通道在所示结构中由一相对于压缩空气孔36侧向偏移的第一倾斜孔50组成,它从手柄2的外侧通向压力腔28,并在中部区域内与中间空腔39连通。孔的外端通过一在图1中所示的小球51或其它合适的封闭元件封闭。一在图1中所示的第二连接通道从中间空腔39通向压力测量室47。此第二连接通道52适宜地是一第二个孔52,它从压缩空气孔36的入口倾斜地通向压力测量室47。通过这种结构第二孔52不必象在第一连接通道的情况时那样用一小球等封闭。第一孔50和第二孔52适宜于做成直径在1至2mm之间的毛细孔。由此可以防止,在清洗喷射枪时所用的洗涤剂或溶剂和也许溶解了的油漆颗粒到达压力测量室47内,并在那里导致对测量精度的损害。
通过在内部形成压缩空气通道53的管子38将压缩空气输入阀门装置29。在手柄2的底面上一与压缩空气输入通道53连通的空气管接头54拧入压缩空气孔36内。

Claims (9)

1.涂料喷射枪,具有一设置在枪身(1)上的涂料喷咀(11)、一围绕涂料喷咀(11)设置的空气喷咀(21)、一设置在枪身(1)上的活塞孔(33)内的用来控制输入到空气喷咀(21)的压缩空气的压缩空气阀(31,32)、一穿过枪身(1)的手柄(2)通向活塞孔(33)的压缩空气孔(36)和一设置在手柄(2)内的压力测量和压力显示装置(45),其特征为:在压缩空气孔(36)内装入一离其内壁一定距离的管子(38),该管子在内部形成一将压缩空气输入活塞孔(33)的、设置在压缩空气阀(31,32)的输入端的部分的通道(53),并在其外侧和压缩空气孔的内壁之间围成一中间空腔(39),该中间空腔通过一第一连接通道(50)与一设置在压缩空气阀(31,32)输出端的压力腔(28)相连通,和通过一第二连接通道(52)与手柄(2)内的与压力测量和压力显示装置(45)相配的压力测量腔(46)连通。
2.按权利要求1所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:第一连接通道是一相对于压缩空气孔(36)的中心线侧向偏移的第一连接孔(50),它从手柄(2)的外侧通向压力腔(28),并在一中部区域内与中间空腔(39)连通。
3.按权利要求2所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:第一连接孔(50)在其外端处通过一小球(51)封闭。
4.按权利要求2所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:第一连接孔(50)至少局部做成毛细孔。
5.按权利要求1所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:第二连接通道是一第二连接孔(52),它从压缩空气孔(36)的入口倾斜地穿过手柄(2)通向压力测量室(47)。
6.按权利要求5所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:第二连接孔(52)至少部分做成毛细孔。
7.按权利要求1所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:管子(38)两端分别设有一环形密封件(40,41),中间空腔(39)通过密封件相对于枪身(1)向上向下密封。
8.按权利要求1所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:管子(38)通过一拧在压缩空气孔(36)入口处的固定环(42)固定。
9.按权利要求1所述的涂料喷射枪,其特征为:在压缩空气孔(36)的入口处设有一与通道(53)连通的空气管接头(54)。
