Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种扁平电缆制造设备,其中,多条电线导体彼此以给定的间隔平行排列,并由一对绝缘膜封闭。
背景技术
在现有技术中存在这种扁平电缆,并且公知具有如下优点:即,与单根电线导体相比,扁平电缆需要较少的空间,并且减小了单位电线导体容量的总重量。上述绝缘膜例如由聚酯基材料形成,其中,绝缘性良好的绝缘材料,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),被用作基体部分,该部分的一个表面涂敷有例如由热塑材料制成的粘结层。
图1示出用于制造这种扁平电缆的公知方法的示例。绝缘膜1和2的基体部分由PET等制成。粘结层为可热熔材料,厚度例如为40μm,设置在基体部分的一个表面上。绝缘膜1和2叠加在多根规则排列的电线导体3上,且粘结层彼此面对。然后,绝缘膜在热压辊4、5之间穿过,以用于热压粘结。由此粘结层熔化,导致绝缘膜1、2彼此粘合到一起。
应指出的是为了使绝缘膜正确地粘合,上述方法需要粘结层通过将热量刚好传导过其厚度而予以熔化。为了良好地粘合,粘结层必须完全熔化,这经常会导致较长的转化时间和较低的生产率。
此外,当粘结层厚度不足时,绝缘膜1和2不能够充分地粘结到电线导体3上。然而,如果粘结层较厚,绝缘膜1和2不能轻易地从电线导体3上分离。这会在回收废其电缆时产生问题。另外,形成粘结层的材料会被绝缘膜1和2污染,使回收效率低下。
为了避免这些问题,已经提出了不涂敷粘结层的绝缘膜。或者,如JP-A-Hei 9-259662中所公开的,绝缘膜的基体部分材料和粘结层(1~3μm厚)可以由相同类型的材料形成,并且通过超声波焊接予以粘合。
图2中示出了一种这样的方法。根据这种方法,制备两个绝缘膜11、12,每个绝缘膜在其一个表面上具有薄的粘结层,它们分别以围绕上部绝缘膜卷筒13和下部绝缘膜卷筒14缠绕,以使在生产过程中可以展开,并且粘结层相互重叠。在从上述的上部和下部绝缘膜卷筒13和14上展开时,绝缘膜11和12被供给到一对热辊15和16上,以备在170℃下挤压粘合。同时,多条电线导体20从相应的电线导体供应卷筒17上展开,并运送到一对间距导引件(pitch guide)18和19处,使电线导体20彼此以给定的间距平行排列。然后,导体20和该对绝缘膜11和12被同时供给到热辊15和16,从而,导体20夹在绝缘膜11和12的粘结层之间。
还提供了一个超声波焊接机21,其包括砧角(horn)22和砧座23。至少一个砧角22和砧座23包括多个表面沟槽,这些沟槽与电线导体20的通道相对应,从而至少一个砧角或砧座的表面形成了交替的突起和凹陷轮廓的横截面。砧角22和砧座23通过电线导体20的通道之间的内部区域或空间夹持绝缘膜11和12。然后,砧角22施加超声波能量,从而被砧角22和砧座23夹持的绝缘膜11、12的这些内部区域被热熔。熔化的部分通过冷却装置,例如冷空气喷嘴,而冷却并固化。
此后,绝缘膜11和12的两个纵向边缘部分被一对侧切割器24剪掉。然后,热焊接的绝缘膜11和12通过由一对连接到步进电机上的步进辊26和27所产生的间歇驱动运动而进一步前进。绝缘膜11和12穿过导引辊28,并围绕缠绕卷筒29缠绕。
根据这种扁平电缆制造方法,所焊接的绝缘膜11和12的纵向边缘部分(纵边)必须适当地加以调整,以便产生恒定的宽度。超声波焊接机21和侧切割器24也必须间隔适当,以便热焊接的绝缘膜11和12在被侧切割器24切割之前充分地冷却。
然而,上述焊接机和切割器之间的距离趋于使绝缘膜11和12在前进过程中在宽度方向上偏离,从而,宽度方向上的切割余量经常起伏不定。
此外,当两侧纵向边缘部分在切割时未充分冷却的情况下,绝缘膜11和12易于下垂。在这种情况下,实际上不可能实现扁平电缆的高速生产。
发明内容
因此,本发明旨在提供一种扁平电缆制造设备,其能够高度精确并以较高速度切割绝缘膜的纵向边缘部分(纵边)。
为此目的,本发明提供了一种用于扁平电缆制造的超声波焊接和切割设备,扁平电缆包括多条彼此以给定间隔平行排列的电线导体,电线导体夹在第一和第二绝缘膜之间,该设备在上游到下游的方向上具有生产流水线,并且包括:
用于赋予超声波振荡的砧角装置,其包括砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元;砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元沿着生产流水线从上游向下游以预定的距离依次定位;以及
砧座装置,其包括砧座熔化器单元和一个或多个砧座刀片单元;砧座熔化器单元和砧座刀片单元沿着生产流水线分别面对砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元;
由此,当包含多条电线导体的第一和第二绝缘膜在砧角和砧座装置之间穿过时,沿着生产流水线,第一和第二绝缘膜可以分别被砧角和砧座熔化器单元熔化并粘接,并依次被砧角切割器单元和砧座刀片单元熔合并切割或剪切。
优选地是,砧座熔化器单元和砧角熔化器单元具有彼此面对的相应表面,而至少一个表面包括多个导体路径沟槽,这些沟槽对应于多条电线导体而形成,从而,当砧角熔化器单元向砧座熔化器单元移动时,电线导体被放置在导体路径沟槽中,并由此在第一和第二绝缘膜的上游部分被超声波熔合并焊接时,砧角切割器单元和砧座刀片单元定位成相接触,而超声波焊接的第一和第二绝缘膜的下游部分被超声波切掉。
砧座熔化器单元为圆柱形,具有环形表面,而导体路径沟槽可以形成在该环形表面上。
优选地是,该设备还包括具有沟槽的砧座圆柱体单元,其具有与砧座熔化器单元相同的构造,并沿着生产流水线放置在砧座刀片单元的下游。
同样优选地是,每个砧座刀片单元具有如下的结构,即,其能够自由地配合到砧座熔化器单元的导体路径沟槽和砧座圆柱体单元的相应沟槽之间的空间内,或从该空间中去除,并可以夹持在各沟槽之间。
一般地,砧角熔化器单元具有向砧座熔化器单元突出的弧形形状。
此外,砧角切割器单元具有面对砧座刀片单元的表面,该表面可以设置有陶瓷片。
适宜地是,该设备还包括调节装置,用于调节砧座刀片单元抵靠砧角切割器单元的接触压力。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造扁平电缆的系统,该系统具有上游到下游方向的生产流水线,并包括:
用于将多条电线导体彼此以给定的间隔平行排列的装置;
用于将电线导体夹在第一和第二绝缘膜之间的装置;
由此,第一和第二绝缘膜在电线导体之间以给定的间隔彼此面对;以及
超声波焊接和切割设备,其包括:
用于赋予超声波振荡的砧角装置,其包括砧角熔化器单元、砧角切割器单元;砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元沿着生产流水线从上游向下游以预定的距离依次定位;
砧座装置,其包括砧座熔化器单元和一个或若干个砧座刀片单元;砧座熔化器单元和砧座刀片单元沿着生产流水线分别面对砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元;
由此,当包含多条电线导体的第一和第二绝缘膜在砧角和砧座装置之间穿过时,沿着生产流水线,第一和第二绝缘膜可以分别被砧角和砧座熔化器单元熔化并粘接,并依次被砧角切割器单元和砧座刀片单元熔合并切割或剪切。
优选地是,该系统还包括用于向超声波焊接和切割设备下游的第一和第二绝缘膜提供粘结层的装置,粘结层提供到第一和第二绝缘膜的每一个的面对电线导体的表面上。
本发明也涉及一种制造扁平电缆的方法,具有上游到下游方向的生产流水线,并包括以下步骤:
将多条电线导体彼此以给定间隔平行排列;
将电线导体夹在第一和第二绝缘膜之间;
由此,第一和第二绝缘膜在电线导体之间以给定间隔彼此面对;以及
通过利用如下设备进行超声波焊接和切割:
用于赋予超声波振荡的砧角装置,其包括砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元;砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元沿着生产流水线从上游向下游以预定的距离依次定位;以及
砧座装置,其包括砧座熔化器单元和一个或若干个砧座刀片单元;砧座熔化器单元和砧座刀片单元沿着生产流水线分别面对砧角熔化器单元和砧角切割器单元;
由此,当包含多条电线导体的第一和第二绝缘膜在砧角和砧座装置之间穿过时,沿着生产流水线,第一和第二绝缘膜可以分别被砧角和砧座熔化器单元熔化并粘接,并依次被砧角切割器单元和砧座刀片单元熔合并切割或剪切。

具体实施方式
图3示意性示出扁平电缆制造流水线,其中,安装了本发明的超声波焊接和切割设备。首先在生产流水线P的最上游端设置多个导体供应卷筒32。电线导体31围绕这些卷筒32存放。导体供应卷筒32的下游设置一对间距导引件33a、33b,它们将电线导体31导引并排列成以给定间隔彼此平行。
导体供应卷筒32最初缠绕有铜或铜合金制成的相应的电线导体。电线导体的数量与要合并到扁平电缆中的导体元件的数量相同。在所示实施例中,采用五根电线导体31,并且它们围绕相应的导体供应卷筒32存放。每根电线导体31例如可以为矩形横截面的软铜线。该横截面例如厚度约为0.15mm,宽度约为1.5mm。电线导体31可以以彼此大约2.5mm的间隔排列。
在下游设置的是上部和下部热辊34a和34b,分别从上和下位于生产流水线P的两侧。在他们的供给侧,设置有上部和下部绝缘膜卷筒36a和36b,它们将第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)向上部和下部热辊34a和34b供给,使得第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)分别位于电线导体31的上和下侧。
上部和下部绝缘膜卷筒36a和36b最初分别缠绕有第一绝缘膜(35a)、第二绝缘膜(35b)。每个第一绝缘膜(35a)或第二绝缘膜(35b)由柔软且可超声波焊接的树脂薄膜形成。树脂薄膜例如由100mm厚的PET制成的基体薄膜和由聚酯制成并粘结到基体薄膜的一个表面上的1μm厚的粘结层构成。第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)供给到上部和下部热辊34a和34b,从而各粘结层都面对电线导体31。
在下游设置的是超声波焊接和切割设备37。如图3和4所示,超声波焊接和切割设备37包括砧角装置38和砧座装置39,它们分别安装在生产流水线P之上和之下。砧角装置38产生超声波振荡。砧角装置38和砧座装置39可以在垂直于生产流水线P的方向上彼此靠近或远离地移动。
砧角装置38包括砧角熔化器(即,熔化)单元41和砧角切割器单元42,它们设置在砧角面对砧座装置39的底侧。此外,砧角熔化器单元41沿着生产流水线P以给定距离位于阵脚切割器单元42的上游。
如图4所示,当从生产流水线P一侧看时,砧角熔化器单元41为朝向砧座装置39突出的弧形的形式。
同样如图4所示,当从生产流水线P的一侧看时,砧角切割器单元42具有转向砧座装置39的平坦表面。该平坦表面镶嵌或粘结有陶瓷片。
砧座装置39包括砧座熔化器单元44和砧座刀片单元45,它们分别面对相应的砧角熔化器单元41和砧角切割器单元42。砧座熔化器单元44和砧座刀片单元45安装在包括两个侧板46b的支撑架46上。
砧座熔化器单元44为围绕心轴可自由转动的圆柱体。心轴由支撑架46的两个侧板46b沿着垂直于生产流水线P的方向支撑。
如图5到图8所示,砧座熔化器单元44的外部环形表面设置有多个导体路径沟槽49,它们形成相应的导体通道空间48(见图8),导体通道空间48以与电线导体31相同的间距排列。于是,当砧角熔化器单元41靠近砧座熔化器单元44时,电线导体31容纳在相应的导体通道空间48中。典型地是,每个导体路径沟槽49的外部环形边缘在径向上向外扩大,以便电线导体31可以容易地容纳到沟槽49中。
支撑架46包括与砧座熔化器单元44具有相同结构的砧座圆柱体单元50。于是,砧座圆柱体单元50形成有沟槽,包括由侧板46b支撑的心轴,并可以围绕这根心轴自由转动。然后,砧座圆柱体单元50平行于砧座熔化器单元44放置,并沿着生产流水线P定位在砧座刀片单元45的下游。
如图6和图7所示,砧座刀片单元45可以自由地从生产流水线P的上侧、在(砧座熔化器单元44的)导体路径沟槽49和(砧座圆柱体单元50的)沟槽51之间自由安装或拆卸,并在其间定位和夹持。
此外,支撑架46包括地板46a,其上安装一对气缸53作为接触压力调节装置。气缸53具有相应的连杆53a,它们连接到砧座刀片固定器54(例如平版)上。砧座刀片固定器平板54的顶面设置有适当厚度的橡胶体55。
由此,砧座刀片单元45可以通过在导体路径沟槽49和沟槽51之间穿过而从生产流水线P的上侧安装,并可以固定在橡胶体55上。
如图4所示,也设置了一对滑动导杆56,它们具有圆形横截面,并位于砧座熔化器单元44和砧座圆柱体单元50之下。滑动导杆56在支撑架46的侧板46b之间延伸,并通过滑动导引砧座刀片单元45上和下运动。
砧座刀片固定器54通过由一对气缸53同步地往复运动来上和下移动。这些运动提升或降低砧座刀片单元45,从而,可以调节其高度水平面。当绝缘膜要被超声波切掉时,通过调节气压使抵靠砧角切割器单元42的接触压力最佳。
如图4所示,砧座刀片单元45的顶部成形为一个刀片尖端45a,该尖端面对砧角切割器单元42。当从生产流水线P的一侧看时,刀片尖端45a突出为弧形。适宜数量的砧座刀片单元45可以布置在第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的适当宽度位置处。
超声波焊接和切割设备37的下游,在生产流水线P的上和下分别放置上和下导引辊58a和58b(或步进辊在上)。在下游设置卷取辊62,该卷取辊接收经过第二导引辊59产生的扁平电缆61。
根据本发明的系统,从导体供应辊32提供的电线导体31被间距导引件33a和33b平行并且彼此以预定间隔排列,并然后供给到下游的热辊34a和34b。同时,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)从相应的绝缘膜卷筒36a和36b上抽取,并分别重叠在电线导体31的上表面和下表面上。热辊34a和34b加热到例如170℃的温度。当第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在其间挤压时,电线导体31和第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)初步粘结。
然后,后者在位于下游的超声波焊接和切割设备37的砧角熔化器单元41和砧座熔化器单元44之间导引并夹持(见图8),然后,其开始运动。
超声波振荡通过发生器系统(例如振荡器)(图中未示出)产生,并赋予到砧角装置38上,从而合并在砧角装置38中的砧角熔化器单元41在第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)宽度方向上振荡,从而产生超声波振荡能量。在这个阶段,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)被位于每个导体路径沟槽49两侧上的环形肋64挤压。然后,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在每条电线导体31的两侧由上方的超声波振荡能量予以超声波焊接。
然后,超声波焊接的第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在位于下游的砧角切割器单元42和砧座刀片单元45之间传送,并由超声波熔化-切割,从而,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的两侧纵向边缘保持预定的宽度余量。
在图7所示的实施例中,砧座刀片单元45以彼此预定间隔安装,从而,它们位于砧座熔化器单元44的导体路径沟槽49之间,导体路径沟槽49接收相应的电线导体31。
如图9所示,当第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)被砧角熔化器单元41和砧座熔化器单元44超声波焊接时,每个砧座刀片单元45在给定接触压力下与相应的砧角切割器单元42相接触地定位。如砧角熔化器单元41的情况一样,合并在砧角装置38中的砧角切割器单元42在绝缘膜的宽度方向上振荡。然后,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的两个纵向边缘在给定位置借助于超声波振荡所产生的超声波振荡能量被超声波熔化-切割。
电线导体31和第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)沿着生产线P由卷取辊62所施加的缠绕驱动力而前进。砧座熔化器单元44通过围绕心轴的挟带作用而转动,心轴垂直于生产线P延伸。砧角熔化器单元44的底面摩擦第一绝缘膜35a的上表面,同时通过转动,各自位于砧座熔化器单元44的两个导体路径沟槽49之间的环形肋64与第二绝缘膜35b相接触。第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)沿着其长度方向连续由超声波焊接。随后,它们被连续剪切,同时保持给定的宽度余量。这个操作是通过沿着他们长度方向施加的超声波、由阵脚切割器单元42和砧座刀片单元45之间的协同作用而进行的。
由此生产的扁平电缆61穿过导引辊58a和58b和第二导引辊59,并持续被卷取辊62卷起。
如上所述,在超声波焊接和切割设备37中,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的超声波焊接和超声波切割在一个阶段内同时进行。借助于这种超声波切割方法,能够可靠地防止第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)偏离生产流水线P。此外,在上述方法中,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的超声波切割可以刚好在超声波焊接之后进行,而不依赖于冷却。这能够以高精度切割宽度余量,增加切割速度,并提高生产率。
随着第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)通过超声波熔化而切割,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的切割表面立即熔合并彼此粘结。由此获得的扁平电缆61具有牢固的密封侧边。
此外,砧座熔化器单元44和砧座圆柱体单元50被设计成具有相同的结构,并以顺次关系分别设置在砧座刀片单元45的上游和下游。在这种生产线中,每根电线导体31方便地由砧座熔化器单元44的每个导体路径沟槽49和砧座圆柱体单元50的相应的沟槽51导引,从而,能够可靠地防止第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)宽度方向偏离。这也有助于通过砧座刀片单元45实现的高精度边缘余量切割。
此外,当砧座熔化器单元44磨损时,在更换之前,作为临时措施,它可以由砧座圆柱体单元50代替。
砧角切割器单元42为向砧座39突出的弧形。这种构造可以避免在超声波焊接过程中产生不必要的热量。
砧角切割器单元42在面向砧座装置39的表面上设置有陶瓷片。这种结构可以充分地减少由于于砧座刀片单元45的接触而导致的砧角切割器单元42的磨损。
由于砧座熔化器单元44以可自由旋转的方式固定,当第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)前进时,它可以由挟带作用而转动,同时进行超声波焊接。从而,焊接总是利用新的表面进行。或者,砧座熔化器单元44可以牢固安装。那么,当存在断裂或切口的危险时,砧座熔化器单元44可以转动给定的角度并再次安装,从而,焊接总是利用新的表面进行。
此外,每个砧座刀片单元45可以通过仅将其插入到砧座熔化器单元44的导体路径沟槽49和砧座圆柱体单元50的相应沟槽51之间予以安装。从而,它的位置可以轻易地彼此互换。包含在一个超声波焊接和切割设备37中的砧座刀片单元45的数量可以自由选择,以满足要求。
气缸53的气压可以调节成调节接触压力并优化超声波焊接。
在上述实施例中,导体路径沟槽49形成在砧座熔化器单元44内。然而,这种沟槽也可以形成在砧角熔化器单元41内。
同样,在上述实施例中,第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)设置有薄的粘结层。可选的是,可以排除这个薄层。因此,不利用通过热辊34a和34b进行的初步粘结过程。
在这种情况下,如此的第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)变得较廉价,并且也可以降低它们的生产成本。此外,生产线的相关部分可以更容易地拆卸,而不会有杂质污染的风险,由此可以提高回收率。
在上述实施例中,扁平电缆61包括五根导体元件(电线导体31)。然而,扁平电缆61可以包括少于5根或多于5根的导体元件,而对它们的数量没有特别限制。
在上述实施例中,气缸53用作接触压力调节装置。或者,砧座刀片单元45的高度或接触压力可以通过螺纹或弹簧装置调节,这种装置没有特别限制。
根据本发明的扁平电缆制造系统,用于赋予超声波振荡的表面包括位于上游的砧角熔化器单元和单独位于下游的砧角切割器单元。
砧座装置包括对应于砧角熔化器单元的砧座熔化器单元、和对应于砧角切割器单元的砧座刀片单元。
此外,至少砧座熔化器单元包括与砧角熔化器单元相对的表面,并且该表面包括多个导体路径沟槽,由此,当砧角熔化器单元靠近砧座熔化器单元移动时,细长的导体以给定间隔穿过导体路径沟槽形成的空间,并且,当绝缘膜在上述靠近地移动状态下超声波熔合并焊接时,砧角切割器单元和砧座刀片单元形成接触,从而可以超声波切割掉超声波焊接的绝缘膜。
在生产的相同阶段中,绝缘膜被如此超声波熔合并焊接,以及超声波熔合并切割。尤其是,超声波切割方法选定了切割装置,从而,在继续生产的过程中,防止了绝缘膜偏离生产流水线。此外,绝缘膜的连续超声波焊接和切割的操作可以在不冷却的前提下实现。这实现了高精度的宽度余量切割,高速切割和更高的生产率。
随着绝缘膜被超声波熔合和切割,绝缘膜的切割表面随着切割操作而同时彼此粘结。由此,绝缘膜的纵向边缘牢固地密封。
此外,砧座熔化器单元为圆柱体形式,并且在圆柱体的外部环形表面上形成多个导体路径沟槽。
砧座装置还包括带沟槽的砧座圆柱体单元,它具有与砧座熔化器单元相同的结构,并且在生产流水线上,带沟槽的砧座圆柱体单元以顺次的顺序位于砧座熔化器单元和砧座刀片单元的下游。
此外,砧座刀片单元可以自由地配装到砧座熔化器单元的导体路径沟槽和带沟槽的砧座圆柱体单元的相应沟槽之间的空间中,或从该空间中取出,并在其间固定。
在生产扁平电缆的过程中,每根电线导体由砧座熔化器单元的导体路径沟槽和砧座圆柱体单元的沟槽导引,从而防止了绝缘膜在宽度方向上偏离。这也有助于宽度余量的高精度切割。此外,如上所述,当砧座熔化器单元磨损时,砧座熔化器单元和砧座圆柱体单元可以互换,以作为临时更换措施。
此外,砧座刀片单元不仅可以容易地配装到砧座熔化器单元的导体路径沟槽和砧座圆柱体单元沟槽之间,而且它们的位置可以彼此互换。
再者,砧角熔化器单元可以具有向所述砧座熔化器单元突出的弧形形状。这种弧形形状防止在超声波焊接时产生不需要的热量。
砧角切割器单元可以具有面对砧座切割刀片单元的表面,并且该表面设置有陶瓷片,从而可以防止磨损。
由于砧座切割刀片单元可以具有抵靠砧角切割器单元的接触压力,并且调节装置调节该接触压力,因此,超声波熔化和切割可以非常正确地实现。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于制造扁平电缆(61)的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),扁平电缆(61)包括彼此以给定间隔平行排列并夹在第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)之间的多根电线导体(31),所述设备(37)具有上游到下游方向上的生产流水线(P),其特征在于,所述设备(37)包括:
用于赋予超声波振荡的砧角装置(38),其包括砧角熔化器单元(41)和砧角切割器单元(42),所述砧角熔化器单元(41)和所述砧角切割器单元(42)沿所述生产流水线(P)从上游向下游以预定的距离依次定位;以及
砧座装置(39),其包括砧座熔化器单元(44)和一个或多个砧座刀片单元(45),所述砧座熔化器单元(44)和所述砧座刀片单元(45)沿着所述生产流水线(P)分别面对所述砧角熔化器单元(41)和所述砧角切割器单元(42);
由此,当包含所述多条电线导体(31)的所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在所述砧角装置(38)和砧座装置(39)之间穿过时,沿着生产流水线(P),所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)被所述砧角熔化器单元(41)和砧座熔化器单元(44)熔合并粘接,然后被所述砧角切割器单元(42)和砧座刀片单元(45)熔合并切割或剪切。
2.如权利要求1所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述砧座熔化器单元(44)和砧角熔化器单元(41)具有彼此面对的相应表面,并且至少一个所述表面包括多个相应于所述多条电线导体(31)形成的导体路径沟槽(49),由此,当所述砧角熔化器单元(41)靠近所述砧座熔化器单元(44)移动时,所述电线导体(31)位于所述导体路径沟槽(49)中,并且,在所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的上游部分被超声波熔合并焊接的同时,所述砧角切割器单元(42)和所述砧座刀片单元(45)形成接触,被超声波焊接的第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的纵向边缘由超声波切掉。
3.如权利要求2所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述砧座熔化器单元(44)呈圆柱形式,带有环形表面,而所述导体路径沟槽(49)形成在所述环形表面上。
4.如权利要求3所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述设备(37)还包括具有沟槽的砧座圆柱体单元(50),该单元具有与所述砧座熔化器单元(44)相同的结构,并沿着所述生产流水线(P)位于所述砧座刀片单元(45)的下游。
5.如权利要求4所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,每个所述砧座刀片单元(45)具有如下的结构,即,它可以自由地配装到所述砧座熔化器单元(44)的导体路径沟槽(49)和所述砧座圆柱体单元(50)的相应沟槽之间形成的空间内,或从该空间取出,并固定在各沟槽之间。
6.如权利要求1到5中任一项所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述砧角熔化器单元(41)具有向所述砧座熔化器单元(44)突出的弧形形状。
7.如权利要求1到5中任一项所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述砧角切割器单元(42)具有面对所述砧座刀片单元(45)的表面,并且所述表面设置有陶瓷片。
8.如权利要求1到5中任一项所述的超声波焊接和切割设备(37),其特征在于,所述设备(37)还包括调节装置,用于调节所述砧座刀片单元(45)抵靠所述砧角切割器单元(42)的接触压力。
9.一种用于制造扁平电缆(61)的系统,所述系统具有在上游到下游方向上的生产流水线(P),并包括:
用于将多条电线导体(31)彼此以给定的间隔平行排列的装置;
用于将所述电线导体(31)夹在第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)之间的装置;
由此,所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在所述电线导体(31)之间以给定的间隔彼此面对;以及
如权利要求1到5中任一项所限定的超声波焊接和切割设备(37)。
10.如权利要求9所述的用于制造扁平电缆的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括用于向所述超声波焊接和切割设备(37)上游的第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)提供粘结层的装置,所述粘结层提供到所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)的每一个的面对所述电线导体(31)的表面上。
11.一种制造扁平电缆(61)的方法,具有上游到下游方向的生产流水线(P),并包括以下步骤:
将多条电线导体(31)彼此以给定间隔平行排列;
将所述电线导体(31)夹在第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)之间;
由此,所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)在所述电线导体(31)之间以给定间隔彼此面对;以及
通过利用如权利要求1到5中任一项所述的设备(37)超声波焊接和切割所述第一绝缘膜(35a)和第二绝缘膜(35b)。
