本发明涉及一种防渗漏汽车前围及其生产方法,其特征在于:在前围左、右各开设一个泄水槽,前围玻璃与前围之间设有密封胶条,其生产方法为:所述前围泄水槽由冲压形式,密封胶条下止点与泄水槽下止点相吻合。

本发明涉及一种防渗漏汽车前围及其生产方法。
目前，解决汽车前风窗漏雨的主要方法有二种，一种是封堵密封胶的方法，另一种是反复修整窗口的形状，然而，上述方法并没有根本解决前风窗漏雨的问题，重复劳动较大，需经淋雨检查反复修整窗口，使产品质量难以得到保证，此外，修复过程危险性较大，操作者需半躺在车里用脚蹬下前围玻璃，极易伤及人体，并造成不应有的浪费。
本发明的目的是提供一种防渗漏汽车前围及其生产方法。
本发明的目的是采用如下技术方案予以实现的。
在前围左、右各开设一个泄水槽，前围玻璃与前围之间设有密封胶条。
上述前围的生产方法为：所述泄水槽由冲压形成，密封胶条的下止点与泄水槽的下止点相吻合。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案，从而可使渗漏到前围里的水经前围泄水槽顺利流出，杜绝了前风窗漏雨问题，并避免了重复修复及原材料的浪费和人员损伤。

1为前围，在前围左、右各开设一个泄水槽2，前围玻璃与前围之间设有密封胶条3。

1．一种防渗漏汽车前围，其特征在于：在前围左、右各开设一个泄水槽，前围玻璃与前围之间设有各封胶条。
2．一种如权利要求1所述前围的生产方法，其特征在于：所述泄水槽由冲压形成，控制密封胶条的下止点与泄水槽的下止点相吻合。
