Abstract
本发明涉及一种除草组合物,其含有2-氯-3-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基]丙酸乙酯;和N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸或其盐为活性成分。该除草组合物用于有效控制玉米田,大豆田,小麦田,大麦田,燕麦田,黑麦田,稻田,或水稻田中多种杂草。也描述了通过用上述除草组合物叶处理来控制杂草的方法;以及上述活性成分的混合物作为叶处理除草剂的用途。
Description
本发明涉及一种除草组合物,更具体地说,涉及叶处理的除草组合物,以及涉及一种通过用该组合物对杂草叶处理来控制杂草的方法。
现今许多种除草剂是可以购买得到的,并且它们被广泛地应用。但是仍然有许多种要控制的杂草,并且它们的生长持续时间长。为此原因,需要的是具有高除草活性,早期出现除草效果,广谱杂草控制范围,以及对农作物安全的除草剂。
本发明人深入研究发现了极好的除草剂。作为结果,发现通过施用含有下面的活性成分的除草组合物能有效控制生长在农作物生长点或非农作物生长点的各种杂草,(a)2-氯-3-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基]丙酸乙酯(通用名是carfentrazone-ethyl;此后文中称之为carfentrazone-ethyl);和(b)N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸(通用名草甘膦;此后文中称之为草甘膦)或其盐。
进一步发现,该组合物除草活性与独立使用这些活性成分的情况相比协同性提高,因此,这些除草组合物能以较低量施用;并且出现除草效果的时间缩短,杂草控制谱增大,能控制很多种杂草,特别是玉米田,大豆田,小麦田,大麦田,燕麦田,黑麦田,稻田,和水稻田中的杂草,就此完成本发明。
因此本发明提供含有carfentrazone-ethyl和草甘膦或其盐作为活性成分的除草组合物(此后文中称之为本发明组合物);和用该组合物控制杂草的方法。
本发明组合物活性成分之一carfentrazone-ethyl是一种化合物,其描述于《农业化学新化合物汇总》(AG CHEM NEW COMPOUNDREVIEW),第15卷,1997(由农业化学情报服务中心公布,1997),21页。
本发明组合物另一种活性成分草甘膦是一种化合物,其描述于《农业化学品手册》(Farm ChemcalsHandbook),1995(Meister,Publishing Co.,1995出版),C188页。本发明中“盐”指所有的农业可接受盐。
本发明组合物对于多种杂草有除草活性,并具有农作物选择性。本发明组合物在农业区或园艺区显示出极好的除草效果,所述的农业区或园艺区是例如一般的耕地,非耕地和果园,以及非农作物土地例如游乐场,运动场,空地,林地,铁路,路边,电应用区和公用道路。因此,本发明组合物是极好的除草组合物。
本发明组合物有效控制玉米田,大豆田,小麦田,大麦田,燕麦田,黑麦田或稻田中的主要杂草,例如双子叶植物,例如荞麦蔓(Polygonum convolvulus),大马蓼(Polygonum lapathifolium,宾州蓼(Polygonum pensylvanicuum),马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea),藜(Chenopodium album),反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus),白苋(Sinapis aryensis),大果田菁(Sesbania exaltata),钝叶决明(Cassia obtusifolia),苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti),刺黄花稔(sida spinosa),裂叶牵牛(Ipomoea hederacea),圆叶牵牛(Ipomoeapurpurea),entireleaf morningglory(Ipomoea hederacea var.intergriuscula),多洼牵牛(Ipomoea lacunosaL.),曼陀罗(Daturastramonium,龙葵(Solanum nigrum),苍耳(Xanthium strumarium),向日葵(Helianthus annuus),田旋花(Convolvulus aryensis),泽漆(Euphorbia helioscopia),光果鬼针草(Bidens frondosa),美洲豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia),德克萨斯三裂叶豚草(Ambrosiatrifida),猪殃殃(Galium aparine),常春藤叶婆婆纳(Veronicahederifolia),地肤(Kochia scoparia),田堇菜(Viola aryensis),波斯水苦荬(Veronica persica),田蓟(Crisium arvense),繁缕(Stellaria media),小野芝麻(Lamium purpureum),宝盖草(Lamiumamplexicaure),虞美人(Papaver rhoea),scentlesschamomile(Matricaria perforata),香甘菊(Matricariamatricarioides),和加拿大飞蓬(Erigeron canadensis);和单子叶植物,例如稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli),狗尾草(Setariaviridis),费氏狗尾草(Setaria faberi),金狗尾草(Setariaglauca),southern crabgrass(Digitaria ciliaris),蟋蟀草(Eleusine indica),阿刺伯高粱(Sorghum halepense),葡萄冰草(Agropyron repens),二色蜀黍(Sorghum bicolor),多花千金子(Leptocbloa panicoides),虮子草(Leptochloa filiformis),阔叶臂形草(Brachiaria platyphylla),异型莎草(Cyperus difformis)和碎米莎草(Cyperus iria),而其对于象玉米,大豆,小麦,大麦,燕麦,黑麦和稻这些农作物没有明显的植物毒性。
当本发明组合物在水稻田中使用时,可以优选在浇灌之前施用于叶子。
本发明组合物有效控制水稻田中的杂草,例如双子叶植物,例如大果田菁(Sesbania exaltata),裂叶牵牛(Ipomoea hederacea),圆叶牵牛(Pharbitis purpurea),entireleaf morningglory(Ipomoeahederacea var.intergriuscula),多洼牵牛(IPomoea lacunosaL.),苍耳(Xanthium strumarium),和宾州蓼(Polygonum pensylvanicum);和单子叶植物,例如稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli),southerncrabgrass(Digitaria ciliaris),蟋蟀草(Eleusine indica),多花千金子(Leptochloa panicoides),虮子草(Leptocbloa filiformis),阔叶臂形草(Brachiaria platyphylla),异型莎草(Cyperusdifformis)和碎米莎草(Cyperus iria),而其对于稻没有明显的植物毒性。
农作物被理解为也指通过常规育种或基因工程方法使对除草剂或几类除草剂例如对于草甘膦有耐受性的那些农作物。
对草甘膦有耐受性的耕种植物农作物优选通过生物技术方法产生。产生这些对草甘膦有耐受性的植物的方法详细描述于国际专利申请WO92/04449,WO92/19719和WO92/00377,和美国专利5188642,4971908,5145783,5510471,和5633448。
在本发明组合物中,carfentrazone-ethyl与草甘膦或其盐的混合比例尽管可以随着要控制的杂草的种类,施用状况和条件以及其它因素而变化,但是通常在1∶5-500重量比范围内。
本发明组合物通常可以以一些制剂形式使用,例如乳油,可湿粉剂,流动制剂,或颗粒剂,其能通过将组合物与固体载体,液体载体,或其它增量剂混合,并且如果需要,向该混合物中加入表面活性剂或其它助剂来制备。在这样一种制剂中,通常以总量0.5-90wt%,优选1-80wt%含有carfentrazone-ethyl和草甘膦或其盐。
在制剂中使用的固体载体可以包括例如细粉或颗粒形式的下列物质:粘土(例如高岭土,硅藻土,合成的水合氧化硅,Fubasami粘土,膨润土,酸粘土);滑石和其它无机物质(例如丝云母,粉末石英,粉末硫磺,活化碳,碳酸钙);和化肥(例如硫酸铵,磷酸铵,硝酸铵,氯化铵,尿素)。液体载体可以包括例如水,醇类(例如甲醇,乙醇);酮类(例如丙酮,甲基乙基酮,环己酮);芳香烃(例如甲苯,二甲苯,乙基苯,甲基萘);非芳香烃(例如环己烷,己烷,煤油);酯类(例如乙酸乙酯,乙酸丁酯);腈类(例如乙腈,异丁腈);醚类(例如二噁烷,二异丙基醚);酰胺(例如二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基乙酰胺);和卤代烃(例如二氯乙烷,三氯乙烷)。
表面活性剂可以包括例如烷基硫酸酯;烷基磺酸盐;烷基芳基磺酸盐;烷基芳基醚及其聚氧乙烯衍生物;聚乙二醇醚;多元醇酯;和糖醇衍生物。
其它助剂可以包括例如粘合剂和分散剂,例如酪蛋白,明胶,多糖(例如粉末淀粉,阿拉伯胶,纤维素衍生物,藻酸),木质素衍生物,膨润土,和合成的水溶性聚合物(例如聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚丙烯酸);和稳定剂,例如PAP(磷酸氢异丙酯(isopropyl acidphosphate)),BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚),BHA(2-/3-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚),植物油,矿物油,脂肪酸,和脂肪酸酯。
本发明组合物也可以通过用上述配制技术将活性成分加入到各制剂中后混合这些制剂来制备。
如此配制的组合物可以直接对植物施用,或者用水等稀释后施用。本发明组合物还可以以与其它除草剂的混合物使用,在这种情况下,预期除草活性会增强。用水稀释后的本发明组合物还可以以与助剂的混合物使用,在这种情况下,预期除草活性会增强。本发明组合物还可以与杀虫剂,杀细菌剂,杀真菌剂,植物生长调节剂,化肥,土壤改良剂,保护剂或其它试剂一起使用。
本发明组合物的施用量尽管随着活性成分化合物carfentrazone-ethyl和草甘膦或其盐的混合比例,天气状况,制剂类型,施用时间,施用方法,施用地点,要控制的杂草,以及要保护的农作物而不同,但是一般是在每公顷用100-4000g,优选500-1000g活性成分总量范围内。在乳油,可湿粉剂,流动剂或其它类似制剂情况下,通常对于每公顷,按其所述量用水稀释后以100-1000升的比例施用。
下面将详细描述制剂实施例,其中份数以重量计。
制剂实施例1
一份carfentrazone-ethyl,25份草甘膦或其盐,3份木素磺酸钙,2份月桂基硫酸钠,和69份合成的水合氧化硅充分磨成粉状并混合,得到各可湿粉剂。
制剂实施例2
0.4份carfentrazone-ethyl,40份草甘膦或其盐,3份木素磺酸钙,2份月桂基硫酸钠,和54.6份合成的水合氧化硅充分磨成粉状并混合,得到各可温粉剂。
制剂实施例3
10份carfentrazone-ethyl,40份草甘膦或其盐,3份木素磺酸钙,2份月桂基硫酸钠,和45份合成的水合氧化硅充分磨成粉状并混合,得到各可湿粉剂。
制剂实施例4
0.5份carfentrazone-ethyl,10份草甘膦或其盐,3份木素磺酸钙,2份月桂基硫酸钠,和84.5份合成的水合氧化硅充分磨成粉状并混合,得到各可湿粉剂。
制剂实施例5
一份carfentrazone-ethyl,25份草甘膦或其盐,3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐一油酸酯,3份CMC(羧甲基纤维素),和68份水混合并湿磨成粉状,直到颗粒大小达到5微米或者更小,得到各流动剂。
制剂实施例6
0.4份carfentrazone-ethyl,40份草甘膦或其盐,3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐一油酸酯,3份CMC(羧甲基纤维素),和53.6份水混合并湿磨成粉状,直到颗粒大小达到5微米或者更小,得到各流动剂。
制剂实施例7
10份carfentrazone-ethyl,40份草甘膦或其盐,3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐一油酸酯,3份CMC(羧甲基纤维素),和44份水混合并湿磨成粉状,直到颗粒大小达到5微米或者更小,得到各流动剂。
制剂实施例8
0.5份carfentrazone-ethyl,10份草甘膦或其盐,3份聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐一油酸酯,3份CMC(羧甲基纤维素),和83.5份水混合并湿磨成粉状,直到颗粒大小达到5微米或者更小,得到各流动剂。
下面将描述试验实施例。
评价标准
以11个等级评价除草活性,指定为0-10,即以数值“0”,“1”,“2”,“3”,“4”,“5”,“6”,“7”,“8”,“9”,或“10”表示,其中“0”指评价时,处理过的植物和未处理的植物之间萌芽或生长的程度没有差别或极少差别,而“10”指试验植物完全死亡或者其萌芽或生长被完全抑制。当等级是“7”,“8”,“9”,或“10”时,除草活性极好,但是当为“6”或更低时除草不充分。
试验实施例1
塑料小盆面积26.5×19cm2并且装入深7cm的高地土壤,然后种上费氏狗尾草(Setaria faberi),稗草(Echinochloa crus-galli),southern crabgrass(Digitaria ciliaris),藜(chenopodiumalbum),美洲豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia),苍耳(Xanthiumstrumarium),和裂叶牵牛(Ipomoea hederacea)。在温室中,分别地,藜和美洲豚草生长28天,苍耳,裂叶牵牛,费氏狗尾草,和southerncrabgrass生长21天,稗草生长14天。
通过将10份carfentrazone-ethyl,14份聚氧乙烯苯乙烯基苯基醚,6份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,35份二甲苯,和35份环己酮充分混合获得的carfentrazone-ethyl乳油,草甘膦制剂产品(商品名,Roundup;销售商,Monsant Japan Limited;批发商,Sankyo Co.,Ltd.;其含有草甘膦异丙胺盐),和carfentrazone-ethyl乳油和草甘膦制剂产品的混合物各自用水独立按其规定量稀释。用小喷雾器将各稀释液均匀喷雾到试验植物上。施药后,试验植物在温室中生长4天,然后测评除草活性。结果见表1。

Claims (4)
1.除草组合物,其含有活性成分:
(a)2-氯-3-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基]丙酸乙酯;和
(b)N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸或其盐。
2.权利要求1的除草组合物,其中组分(a)与组分(b)的重量比是1∶5-500。
3.控制杂草的方法,包括通过叶处理对杂草施用有效量权利要求1或2的组合物。
4.一种混合物作为除草剂的用途,所述混合物含有:
(a)2-氯-3-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基]丙酸乙酯;和
(b)N-(膦酰基甲基)甘氨酸或其盐。
