Abstract
本发明涉及可相转变的化合物用于加热脂肪润滑的轴承的用途,所述化合物吸收轴承工作中产生的摩擦热、储存所述的热直至所述轴承在凉操作条件下投入使用时释放出这种热。本发明还涉及一种润滑轴承的方法以及由此润滑的轴承。
Description
本发明涉及轴承的加热。
本发明的目的是提供加热轴承的可能性,以获得用于润滑轴承的脂肪泛油。
在启动包括脂肪润滑的低温设备时,存在一个问题:脂肪泛油量不够而启动不好并抑制了高摩擦系数。有时这会造成轴承损害,例如磨光。
一种避免这种问题的方法是使用低温脂肪,即一种在比常用润滑脂肪低的温度下泛油的脂肪。不过,结果是即使低温脂肪也难于在确实低的温度(即在北欧国家、加拿大、北美、北极和南极地区以及俄罗斯和亚洲北部冬季可能出现的非常寒冷的条件下)泛油。
因此,期望更有效地解决这一问题。
现已惊奇地发现,采用本发明能解决这一问题。本发明的特征在于在待加热的轴承接触处施用一种吸热组合物,该吸热组合物吸收在操作条件下产生的摩擦热,并且将轴承工作时,例如启动冷发动机时释放出所述的吸收热。
从所附权利要求中可以明显了解另外特征。
采用本发明,给轴承供热以便使润滑脂肪能泛油,从而提供充分润滑。
通过在轴承中或在接近轴承处(例如轴承盖)施用吸收介质,能够基本上吸收在轴承操作中产生的摩擦热,储存所述产生的热,以及释放所需的热以使润滑脂肪泛油而如此给轴承提供润滑。
在本发明的优选实施方案中使用一种盐溶液,这种盐溶液在吸热(例如摩擦热)时发生相转变,即在吸热时由固态转变为液态,并使液体保持稳定直至引发可逆相变。这种引发作用是利用例如任何类型的机械能进行的。当引发和获得相转变时,由于盐溶液从液态转变为固态而释放出热,这种热量加热了轴承的润滑脂肪。
多数盐,特别是结晶盐将形成放热的相转变体系,本领域专业人员必须确定哪一种是其相转变的最适合温度。一种合适的盐溶液是氯化钠的乙酸溶液,它从溶液变为固态放出大量热。
以此方式储热是已知的,在其它技术领域的其它目的例如所谓热衬垫,也这么用。它们不但用于保健,而且也可用于在寒冷的日子迅速暖手和脚。该盐溶液包括仅一种无机盐或无机盐的混合物,或者吸热溶液由有机酸或具有在相转变过程中同样吸热能力的化合物构成。
Claims (7)
1.可相转变的化合物用于加热脂肪润滑的轴承的用途,所述化合物吸收轴承操作中产生的摩擦热、储存所述的热直至所述轴承在冷操作条件下投入使用时释放出这种热。
2.使用润滑脂肪润滑轴承的方法,其特征在于在与待加热的轴承接触处施用一种吸热组合物,该吸热组合物吸收操作条件下产生的摩擦热,并在轴承投入使用时释放出所述吸收的热量,以便使润滑所述轴承用的润滑脂肪泛油。
3.按照权利要求2的方法,其特征在于所述吸热化合物是一种盐,该盐在溶液中吸热时由固态转化为稳定的液态且在放热时恢复成所述固态。
4.按照权利要求2的方法,其特征在于所述吸热化合物是一种有机化合物。
5.按照权利要求2-4的方法,其特征在于该吸热/放热化合物是以包装的形式在接近所述轴承处提供。
6.按照权利要求5的方法,其特征在于该吸热/放热化合物是以涂层形式在轴承的表面上提供。
7.待由脂肪润滑并且包括一种吸热化合物的轴承,所述化合物被设置成当所述轴承工作时吸热,储存所述热量和当所述轴承在冷条件下工作时放出所述热量,从而所述放出的热量被设置成使润滑用的脂肪泛油。
