Abstract
To prevent cooling of the gas supplied to the working cylinder of a gas-operated motor as it evaporates from the liquid state in the reservoir R and expands in the working cylinder 2, a chamber holding a substance 10 which undergoes a change of state to release use heat to the gas in operation of the motor is located in heat conductive relationship both with the cylinder 2 and with a tortuous passage 11 through which gas is supplied to the cylinder so as to heat the gas. <IMAGE>
