Abstract

Description

双腔配料器
本发明涉及一种双腔配料器用于液体和/或膏状介质，它有两个位置平行地并排的塑料容器，容器各设有一个手操纵的配料泵和有一个密封地贴靠在容器内表面的整个周边上的随动活塞。
在这种类型的配料器中重要的是，其中放有要计量输出的介质的腔具有某种横截面形状，这种横截面形状应有利于随动活塞在内表面的整个周边密封地贴靠。
由于这一原因，在此类已知的双腔配料器(DE 4120644C1、DE4212413C2、US 4949874和US 4438871)中，贮料腔总是设计为圆柱形的，其中按DE 4212413和DE 4120644的贮料腔按分开的容器的形式可装在一个安装壳内，安装壳的头部设有一个双介质配料泵或设两个分属一个容器的配料泵，它们可通过一公共的操纵机构操纵。
上述另外两个文件涉及的都是双腔配料器，其中圆柱形的贮料腔同心地互相插套，在这种情况下大贮料腔的随动活塞既密封地贴靠在圆周壁的圆柱形内表面上，也密封地贴靠在小的贮料容器的圆柱形外表面上。
两个贮料容器同心地排列的缺点是，两者不可能有相同的横截面形状。两个圆柱形贮料容器并列的结构也是不利的，其缺点在于在安装两个贮料容器的应具有长-圆形的泵壳体与两个圆柱形贮料容器之间存在比较大的没有利用的空间容积，这些容积分别位于互相平行的侧壁与贮料容器的圆弧段之间。
还已知单一的配料器，它设有一个横截面至少近似于椭圆形的贮料腔。贮料腔的这样一种横截面形状不仅为了它的外观形状，而且因为能更方便地将它抓握在手中并因而还有操作技术方面的优点所以也是优选的。但是具有椭圆形状的双腔配料器却是未知的。
若在这样一种椭圆形壳体内插入两个圆柱形贮料腔，则未被利用的空间容积将比已知的具有长-圆形壳体的双腔配料器中的还要大。
本发明的目的是创造一种前言所述类型的具有一个椭圆的横截面外形的双腔配料器，其中一方面由外形造成的空间容积被两个容器最佳地充分利用，另一方面容器壁的内表面可靠地保证其随动活塞密封地贴靠。
按本发明为达到此目的采取的措施是，令这两个容器构成一个公共的横截面至少近似椭圆形的外套，并通过两个对称于椭圆短轴彼此相对拱起的中央壁互相隔开。
采用按本发明的方案找到了一种折衷的办法，它一方面将不能利用的空间容积合理地降到最低程度，另一方面通过拱起的中央壁确保随动活塞就是在中央壁的这一区域也能密封地贴靠。
按权利要求2的设计在中央壁尽可能薄的情况下有利于增加稳定性，而按权利要求3规定的曲率半径与围绕两个贮料腔的外壁横截面形状中的总体尺寸之比，在为使两个随动活塞达到在贮料腔内壁上四周围密封地贴靠方面可认为是最佳的。
借助于按权利要求4的设计创造了一种可能性，即这两个贮料腔可分开制造并按简便的方式组合成一个无缝双腔容器，在这种情况下按权利要求5的卡锁连接装置的设计，一方面保证卡锁连接装置的元件有成形技术易于掌握的形状，另一方面保证在两个单个腔之间有能良好固定的连接。此外，在组合时构成了一个外套，这一外套即使在互相对接的边缘区也能形成一个实际上无缝和无台阶的总体表面。
采用按权利要求6规定的支承边条可以使卡锁连接装置更加稳固或与制动齿结合制成不可拆式连接。
原则上这两个作为单个部分组装起来的贮料腔可以分别配备一个可单独操纵的必要时设不同排出口的配料泵，但按权利要求7和8的设计还提供了这种可能性，即，这两个组合起来的单个贮料腔设有两个配料泵，它们装在一公共的端壁上并在必要时可共同操纵。
下面借助于附图详细说明本发明。其中：

在图1和2中表示的双腔配料器用于分别输出两种不同的液体或膏状的亦即凝胶状的介质。它由两个位置平行地并排的塑料容器2和3组成，塑料容器各设有一个可手操纵的配料泵4或5以及有一个分别密封地贴靠在其内表面6或7的整个周边上的随动活塞8或9，后者同样用塑料制造。这两个容器2和3构成一个公共的横截面至少近似椭圆形由圆弧组成的外套10，以及外套通过两个对称于椭圆短轴12相对拱起的中央壁14和15彼此隔开。
为了增加稳定性，这两个中间壁14和15在构成两个相对于椭圆长轴13对称的空腔17和18的情况下通过一个中央连接隔板19互相连接起来。互相全等的和彼此对映形态地布置的中央壁14和15的曲率半径R，大约等于公共外套10椭圆长轴13的长度a。中央壁14和15的端部分别通过圆弧16与外套10连成一体，圆弧16的曲率半径R1不应小于3mm，为的是使全等的随动活塞8和9的唇形密封边25即使在此圆弧16的区域内也能密封地贴靠。
两个随动活塞8和9按已知的方式由具有一种与容器2和3的横截面形状相配的基本形状的空心体和一个封闭的横截面设计为梯形的径向壁26组成。
在径向壁26平面的环形段27上方布置了环形的自身封闭的密封唇25，而在空心体的相对端布设一个横截面锥形的导引边28。
两个配料泵4和5分别设在两个容器2和3的上部端壁21和22上面，它们可活动的罩盖状操纵机构23和24分别在整体式支起的环壁31或32内导引。
在图5至包括图11的实施形式中，两个各具有一中央壁14或15的容器2和3由两个形状相同的分开的单个空心体组成，它们通过卡锁连接装置35和36无缝地组合在一起。在组合状态下，这两个容器2和3构成了一个自身封闭的外套10，外套10如图6中所示以及在图1和2的实施例中也是这种情况。
如由图7a可以最清楚地看出，这两个沿直径相对的卡锁连接装置35和36各由一连接边条40组成，它整体式地成形在壁段41的内侧，在与另一个容器2或3的组合状态，壁段41总是封闭或桥接位于中央壁之间的空腔17或18的二分之一以及设有一个位于公共中心线39的平面内的端面42。
连接边条40从此公共中心线39侧向伸出，并在外端制有一个沿径向向外凸出的卡锁齿或制动齿43，卡锁或制动齿最好沿容器2或3的全长亦即整个高度延伸并因而看起来象是一个具有卡锁齿或制动齿的形状的肋。
此外，卡锁连接装置35和36各包括相配卡锁齿或相配制动齿45，它们成形在壁段46的内侧，壁段46同样有一径向端面47，在两个零件的组合状态下端面47无间隙地贴靠在壁段41的端面42上。因此，壁段46桥接了位于两个中间壁14和15之间的空腔17或18的另一半。
由图7可见，这两个制成单个零件的容器2和3有一个所有细节均绝对一致的横截面形状，换句话说所涉及的是同一个零件，它存在双份。在组合时只需将容器3相对于容器2旋转180°，所以成形在两个壁段41和46上的卡锁连接装置元件形状可以相配地拼合。
为保证在卡锁或制动齿43为一方与相配卡锁齿或相配制动齿45为另一方之间的形状相配地啮合可靠和稳固，在相配卡锁齿或相配制动齿45内部的壁段46上成形一支承边条，连接边条40沿径向可支承在此支承边条上。以此方式获得两个非常稳定的卡锁连接装置，尤其在设置制动齿43和45代替卡锁齿的情况下，这些制动齿构成不可拆式连接。
如同卡锁齿或制动齿43那样，相配卡锁齿或相配制动齿45也可以沿容器2或3的全长或整个高度延伸，并因而看起是按卡锁齿或制动齿横截面形状的卡锁肋或制动肋。
在图5和6的实施例中这两个容器2和3如在图1和2的实施例中那样分别设有上部端壁50和51，两个相同的配料泵4放在它们上面，而按图8至11有两个相同配料泵56和57的泵头部55装在两个组合在一起的容器2和3上，在这种情况下它们没有上部端壁。替代端壁50和51，这两个容器2和3在其上端部设有向内错移一个壁厚位置的壁段59或60，它们被一个具有与公共外套10相同横截面形状的环形壁58围绕。
此环形壁58是公共端壁53的组成部分，两个配料泵56和57装在此端壁53上。为了操纵泵头部55的两个配料泵56和57设有一个罩盖状操纵机构61，它有两个相邻配置的输出口62和63。这些输出口62和63通过输送通道64和65与配料泵56和57连接，所以在操纵机构61的每一个泵的行程中，可以从两个容器2和3同时定量地排出装在里面的介质。
为了使环形壁延长段58能用简便的方法可靠和同时密封地与两个容器2和3向里错移的壁段59和60连接，合乎目的的做法是也设例如形式上是环形肋65或66的卡锁连接元件，它们插入壁段59和60的相应环槽内或反之。

Claims (9)

1．双腔配料器(1)用于液体和/或膏状介质，它有两个平行地并排的塑料容器(2、3)，它们各设有一个手操纵的配料泵和有一个密封地贴靠在容器内表面的整个周边上的随动活塞，其特征为：这两个容器(2、3)构成一个公共的横截面至少近似于椭圆形的外套，并通过两个对称于椭圆短轴(12)彼此相对拱起的中央壁(14、15)互相隔开。
2．按照权利要求1所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：这两个中央壁(14、15)为了构成两个相对于椭圆长轴对称的空腔(17、18)通过至少一块连接隔板(19)互相连接。
3．按照权利要求1所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：中央壁(14、15)的曲率半径(R)大约等于公共外套(10)椭圆长轴(13)的长度(a)；以及，中央壁的端部通过具有至少3mm曲率半径(R1)的圆弧(16)与外套(10)连接。
4．按照权利要求1或3所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：这两个各具有一个中央壁(14、15)的容器(2、3)由同样形状分开的零件组成，它们通过卡锁连接装置(35、36)无缝地组合在一起。
5．按照权利要求4所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：卡锁连接装置(35、36)各包括设有卡锁齿或制动齿(43)的连接边条(40)。连接边条成形在壁段(41)的内侧，它们桥接在组合状态各位于中间壁(14、15)之间的一个空腔(17、18)外侧的一半；以及包括相配卡锁齿或相配制动齿(45)，它们成形在总是另一个容器(2、3)的相对的壁段(46)内侧，并桥接上述空腔(17、18)的另一半。

7．按照权利要求4至6之一所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：两个组合在一起的容器(2、3)的输出侧的端段(59、60)，被一个支承两个配料泵(56、57)的公共端壁(53)的一个具有相同的椭圆形的外套形状(10)的环形壁延长段(58)包围。
8．按照权利要求7所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：两个容器(2、3)通过卡锁连接装置(65、66)与环形壁延长段(58)连接。
9．按照权利要求7所述的双腔配料器，其特征为：这两个配料泵(56、57)设有一公共的操纵机构(61)，它设有一公共的或设有两个分开的输出口(62、63)。
