Claims (9)
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender (1) für flüssige und/oder pastenartige Medien mit zwei in Parallellage nebeneinander angeordneten Behältern (2, 3) aus Kunststoff, die jeweils mit einer handbetätigten Dosierpumpe und mit einem am gesamten Umfang ihrer Innenfläche dicht anliegenden Nachlaufkolben versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beiden Behälter (2, 3) einen gemeinsamen, im Querschnitt zumindest annähernd ellipsenförmigen Außenmantel bilden und durch zwei symmetrisch zur kurzen Ellipsenachse (12) gegeneinander gewölbte Mittelwände (14, 15) voneinander getrennt sind. - Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Mittelwände (14, 15) unter Bildung zweier zur langen Ellipsenachse symmetrischer Hohlräume (17, 18) durch wenigstens einen Verbindungssteg (19) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krümmumgsradien (R) der Mittelwände (14, 15) etwa der Länge (a) der langen Ellipsenachse (13) des gemeinsamen Außenmantels (10) entsprechen und daß die Enden der Mittelwände durch Rundungen (16) mit Krümmungsradien (R1) von wenigsten 3 mm mit dem Außenmantel (10) verbunden sind.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Behälter (2, 3) mit jeweils einer Mittelwand (14, 15) aus gleich geformten separaten Einzelteilen bestehen, die durch Schnappverbindungen (35, 36) fugenlos zusammengefügt sind.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnappverbindungen (35, 36) jeweils bestehen aus
mit Rast- oder Sperrzähnen (43) versehenen Kupplungsleisten (40), die an den Innenseiten von Wandabschnitten (41) angeformt sind, welche die im zusammengesetzten Zustand jeweils einen zwischen den Mittelwänden (14, 15) liegenden Hohlraum (17, 18) außenseitig zur Hälfte überbrücken, sowie aus
Gegenrast- oder Gegensperrzähnen (45), die an den Innenseiten von jeweils gegenüberliegenden Wandabschnitten (46) des jeweils anderen Behälters (2, 3) angeformt sind, welche die jeweils andere Hälfte des genannten Hohlraums (17, 18) überbrücken. - Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß radial innerhalb der Gegenrast- oder Gegensperrzähne (45) Stützleisten (48) angeordnet sind, an welchen sich die Kupplungsleisten (40) des jeweils anderen Behälters (2, 3) radial abstützen.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ausgabeseitigen Endabschnitte (59, 60) der beiden zusammengefügten Behälter (2, 3) von einem die gleiche ellipsenförmige Mantelform (10) aufweisenden Ringwandansatz (58) einer Zwei Dosierpumpen (56, 57) tragenden gemeinsamen Stirnwand (53) umschlossen sind.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Behälter (2, 3) durch Schnappverbindungen (65, 66) mit dem Ringwandansatz (58) verbunden sind.
- Zweikammer-Dosierspender nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Dosierpumpen (56, 57) mit einem gemeinsamen Betätigungsorgan (61) versehen sind, das mit einer gemeinsamen oder mit zwei separaten Ausgabeöffnungen (62, 63) versehen ist.
