Abstract
本发明涉及制造用在筒管(2)上的防护罩的方法。防护罩(1)用于在包括染色的处理和运输过程中保护筒管(2)。防护罩(1)是通过针织管状罩而制成的。所述罩以宽松状态布置在筒管(2)上。其后使罩围绕筒管(2)收缩,从而抵靠在筒管的圆柱形表面(4)和端面(5)的边缘区域(6)上。由于罩在施加前未完全收缩,因而可方便地施加而不会损伤筒管中的外纱线层。在筒管-区域拉起罩可容易地取下罩。只要设置撕开线,向外的拉力可同时使该线撕开,易于取下防护罩而没有损伤筒管外纱线层的危险。
Description
本发明涉及制造基本呈圆筒形筒管的防护罩的方法,在随后的处理和向用户输送筒管的过程中防护罩使纱线免于卷绕。
一直存在保护绕在筒管上的纱线的需要,使得筒管在随后的处理和运输过程中不致受到损害,避免纱线或者至少纱线的末端部变为得不能使用。
具体来说,在纱线的染色过程中最好保护筒管。
纱线缠绕在适于喷射投入染色机的专用染色管上。染色工艺是通过以很大压力将染料压过梭并通过筒管压出,因而存在外层受到损伤的危险,这将妨碍其后的退绕。因此,必须废弃或多或少在筒管末端的纱线部分。所使用的染料是所谓的染色浴,其含义是水、颜料、化学品等。
通过在筒管上安装防护罩,非常重要的是,防护罩并不在筒管末端层上滑动,因为这样也会损伤筒管中末端纱层,从而妨碍其后的退绕。同时,还有一个要求是,防护罩在安装后必须对纱线提供很大的强度,以便保证纱线正确地位于筒管中,特别是在染色过程中。在筒管染色并送至用户如针织厂、纺织厂等之后,防护罩必须可从筒管取下而没有损伤筒管中末端纱层的危险。
因此,对防护罩有不同的要求。在安装过程中,防护罩必须可以膨胀至显著大于筒管的直径以避免防护罩和筒管之间的相互滑动,而在其后的处理和运输过程中则要求很大的收缩强度。本发明的目的是提供一种制造可满足上述要求的防护罩的方法。
按照本发明,上述那种方法的特征在于:管状防护罩是织成的,所述防护罩用于宽松地布置在筒管上,防护罩当布置在筒管时收缩,使防护罩缩紧包住筒管,以便靠紧在筒管的圆柱形表面和筒管端面的边缘区域上。
由于防护罩是通过针织制成的,因而按照现有技术,这种罩本身就可以得到弹性收缩强度,这是由于针织本身或是由于织入了弹性线的缘故。管状罩可以通过将很长的管切成适当的长度制成,或者制造单个的管状罩,其长度使罩可以包住筒管圆柱形表面和筒管端面的至少边缘区域。
在针织后,织成的管水罩外观很宽松。在这种状态中管状罩可布置在筒管上。应注意的是,在此之前可对纱线进行蒸汽处理,以便得到网孔的耐久性,这有利于将很长的管切割成适当的长度。当将管状罩布置在筒管上时,进行收缩处理。收缩处理本身,即,固定,其本身是一种公知的针织品的精整处理,这种处理在针织品使用前进行。开始使用这种针织品,将这种未完工的罩包住筒管,从而对布置在筒管上的罩进行精整处理,宽松的罩将收缩,与筒管紧密接触。收缩时筒管和罩之间没有相互滑动,因而没有损伤筒管外层的危险。
防护罩可以适用于其后要处理和运输的任何筒管。但是,防护罩特别适用于其后要进行染色的筒管。当准备对筒管中的纱线进行染色时,常用的方法是通过下述方式对纱线进行预处理,即,例如通过压煮器进行收缩处理。如果纱线未进行这种预处理,没有收缩就进行染色,那么,染色的纱线中就有退色的危险。因此,按照本发明的方法在下述情形中是特别有利的,即,筒管中的纱线准备染色,而防护罩的最后精整和筒管中的预处理是在同一个过程中进行的。当准备使用筒管时,防护罩可以容易地取下,例如,在筒管的一个区域拉起罩并对其进行纵向切割。
针织防护罩最好采用高弹性质地的纱线,最好是聚酯类纱线。上述纱线特别适于产生宽松安装及收缩后具有高弹性的效果。为了便于当使用筒管时取下防护罩,在罩的纵向上织入一条撕开线。该撕开线最好设置得直接连接于一条彩色线,或者,如果筒管准备进行染色的话,直接连接于一条未染色的尼龙线。这样就容易发现撕开线。由于撕开线最好具有小于25分特(Dtex),特别是小于20分特(Dtex),因而很容易被一个在撕开线周围区域中的向外的牵拉力拉断,这样就得到一种取下防护罩的特别容易的方法。由于撕开线容易被向外的牵拉力拉断,因而避免了筒管的外层被损伤的危险,防护罩能够容易地被取下,无需沿筒管的圆柱形表面位移,从而可避免损伤筒管外层的危险。
为了在抵靠筒管端面的端部表面上得到足够高的弹力,最好在该区域比罩的中央区域针织得更致密。作为替代或附加措施,也可以在上述区域中织入弹力线。所述弹力线是横过更多的针排针织的,以便在罩的端部形成更大的弹力。这种在罩的端部的弹力当筒管准备染色时特别有利。当染料以大的力通过筒管压出时,在染料的力未借助穿过筒管各层的方式而被减弱的情况下,筒管端部就有从筒管端压得脱开的危险。
防护罩最好在双辣舍尔经编机上织成。这样就可以使用正、反面制成管状罩。在罩制成以后,使罩承受介于50%和100%,最好为大约75%的收缩。当将防护罩布置在筒管上进行热压过程中,发生介于30%和50%,最好为40%的收缩。
现在对照以下附图详述本发明。
图1和2示意地表示套在筒管上收缩前、后的防护罩。
图3的局部针织图表示在双辣舍尔经编机上针织防护罩的情形。
图4的另一局部针织图表示在双辣舍尔经编机上针织防护罩的情形。
在图1中可看到防护罩1,该罩宽松地套在筒管2上。筒管基本呈围绕中心轴线3的圆筒形、筒管2具有圆柱形表面4和两个端面5(只可以看到一个端面)。在图2中可以看到防护罩1在收缩后布置在筒管2上。在这种情形中,纱线防护罩1抵靠在圆柱形表面2和端面5的边缘区域6上。
另外,在图1和2中示意地表示出一条撕开线7。撕开线7沿防护罩1的纵向织入其中。当在撕开线7的区域中向外的牵拉力作用在罩上时,所述撕开线就被撕开,使管状防护罩1沿纵向分开,然后就可将防护罩1从筒管4取下而没有损伤筒管中末端纱线层的危险。
图3是局部针织图。应注意的是,所示针织图只表示双辣舍尔经编机的正面。在该经编机的反面进行类似的针织。
区域8表示罩1的端部区域。在区域8中,已经织入弹力线9,所述弹力线是横过多个针排按顺序排布的。区域10表示罩1的中央区域,在区域10中弹力线基本直线延伸。由于上述的针织方法,在罩1的端部得到较大的弹性收缩力,罩1的端部用于拉套在筒管4的端面5上。弹力线9最好是倒电容线(elastance threads)。
在图3中可以看到撕开线11。一条染色纱线12直接连接着撕开线11编织,因而当用户开始使用纱线准备从筒管4取下罩1时容易找到撕开线11。
在每个罩1端部区域8中要比罩的中央区域10针织得更为致密。这在针织图中并未直接表示出来,而是通过公知方法控制针织机形成的。
图4是另一针织图。该图表示机器的正面13和机器的反面14。该针织图分别表示出罩1的端部和中央区域8和10。在该图中表示出纱线15,16,它们在一起织成正、反面时使用,以便形成管状罩1。为了图面清晰未画出弹力线9。
实际上,只要在罩1的端部区域8中针织得足够致密,也可以省去弹力线9。
Claims (9)
1.一种制造基本是圆筒形筒管的防护罩的方法,防护罩在其后的处理及向用户运送筒管的过程中使纱线免于卷绕,其特征在于:针织一个管状罩,将所述罩宽松地布置在筒管上,所述罩在布置在筒管上时被收缩以便围绕筒管收缩,从而抵靠在筒管的圆柱形表面和筒管端部的边缘区域上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:用于针织防护罩的纱线是从高弹力质地的纱线中选择的,最好是聚酯纱线,一条撕开线沿罩的纵向织入,其厚度最好小于25分特(Dtex),特别是小于20分特(Dtex)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:针织很长的管,蒸汽处理所述管并将其切成适当的长度,以便形成准备布置在筒管上的防护罩。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:针织是在双辣舍尔经编机上完成的。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:收缩是借助压热法形成的,对所述管和筒管中的纱线同时进行收缩处理。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述管的全部收缩处理介于50%和100%,最好为75%,在筒管和防护罩的压热处理中发生30%至50%,最好为40%。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:弹力线织入每个防护罩端部区域中,所述弹力线是横过多个针排织入的,以便在罩的准备抵靠筒管的端面边缘区域的端部中得到较大的弹力。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:在每个防护罩的端部区域中要比在罩的中央部分针织得更为致密。
9.根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:使用一条染色线,所述染色线设置得直接连接于所述撕开线。
