Abstract

本发明提供一种裆区特别厚的有防漏翻边的一次性尿布。一次性尿布的吸收芯(8)的侧缘(13)朝吸收芯的内方弯曲,从侧缘(13)向侧方伸出的外片(6)、内片(7)互相接合,把连接侧缘(13)的两端部(16)、(17)的假想线作为折曲线(18)向尿布的内方向弯曲,形成防漏翻边(25)。第1、2、3弹性伸缩件(27)、(28)在伸长状态下沿着该折曲的部位的内侧(26)和折曲线(18)固定。

Description

一次性尿布
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
特开平7-289584号公报中公开的尿布具有从尿布内面立起的防漏根套，该根大致为三个日月形的伸缩性片，尿布沿长边方向伸长，圆弧部分沿尿布的内面的长边方向接合，对于这种尿布可以形成裆区高度高、体周边开口附近高度低的根套。具有这样的根套的尿布在开口附近膨松，穿用舒适。
对于上述公知技术的尿布如果不将配置三个日月形的根套的尿布本体部分预先弯曲，则不能配置该根套。一边使尿布这样弯曲，一边安装根套的工序阻碍尿布生产速度的提高。另外，使用具有伸缩性能的片制翻边，将增加材料成本。
本发明是把解决具有上述公知技术中的翻边的尿布中的那些问题作为课题，
为解决上述问题，本发明的前提是在尿布中的吸收液体用的主要部分由可渗透液体的外片和不可渗透液体的内片以及夹在这两片之间的吸收芯构成，朝上述尿布的前后方向延伸向上述尿布内侧倒伏在上述尿布的内面上，并朝上述尿布的前后方向弹性收缩的防漏翻边分别形成在上述尿布的侧缘部。
在这个前提下，本发明的特征在于：上述尿布由上述吸收芯具有朝上述尿布宽方向前后延伸的各个端缘和朝上述前后方向延伸的一对侧缘构成，上述侧缘至少在上述前后方向的中央部分朝向上述吸收芯内侧弯曲。上述防漏边的至少一部分包含从上述吸收芯侧缘向侧方伸出的上述外片和或内片，并由第1翻边和第2翻边构成，所述的第1翻边在由连结上述侧缘与该侧缘的两端部的假想线包围的范围内扩展，第2翻边把与上述假想线和在该假想线的外侧平行于该假想线的第2假想线中任何一个变成折曲线后，为了使从上述第1翻边向上述尿布宽方向延伸的延长部位朝上述尿布内面倒伏而使之折曲，从而形成第2翻边。朝上述尿布的前后方向延伸的弹性伸缩件，在弹性伸长状态下，至少配置在上述折曲线附近和与上述折曲线平行的上述第2翻边的内侧缘的附近。

图2是表示图1的Ⅱ-Ⅱ线剖切的剖视图；
图3是表示图1的Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖切的剖视图。
下面参照附图详细说明与本发明有关的尿布。
图1、2、3分别表示尿布1的局部剖视图，沿其Ⅱ-Ⅱ线和Ⅲ-Ⅲ线剖切的剖视图，在这些图中尿布1由位于横向中央部位的尿布主体2、从主体2的两侧向侧方伸出的护翼3构成。
尿布主体2具有可渗透液体的外片16、不可渗透液体的内片7和夹在这两片6、7之间的吸收芯8。在图中，吸收芯8的外形线的大部分用虚线示出。从图中可以清楚看出，吸收芯8具有前后端缘11、12，和两侧缘13，侧缘13朝吸收芯4的内侧弯曲。连结该侧缘13的两端部16、17的假想线与侧缘13间的距离在侧缘13的中央部分，最好在5～40mm的范围内。
外、内片6、7在从吸收芯8的端缘11、12和侧缘13延伸出的部分互相重合，通过热熔粘接剂(图中未示出)使它们互相接合。构成一体的这些片6、7从吸收芯8的侧缘13延伸出的部分把连接侧缘13的前后两端部16、17的假想线作为折曲线18，把外片6作为内侧折曲后倒伏在主体2的内面上。由这些片6、7的侧缘13和折曲线18包围的部位形成第1防漏翻片21。倒伏在主体2上的部位形成第2防漏翻边22。在这两个第1、第2防漏翻边21,22上形成本体2的防漏翻边25。第2防漏翻边22位于离开吸收芯8的前后端缘11、12的外面的位置的前端部23和后端部24通过粘接剂(图中未示出)接合在主体2的内面上。第2防漏翻边22平行于折曲线18并且具有朝前后方向延伸的内侧缘26。
由第1、第2防漏翻边21、22组成的防漏翻边25具有沿内侧缘26在前后端部23、24之间延伸的第1弹性件27和沿折曲线18位于前后端部23、24之间的中央部分并比第1弹性伸缩件27短的第2弹性伸缩件28，这两个弹性伸缩件27、28在伸长状态下，至少接合在外片6、内片7中的至少一方的内片上。第1弹性伸缩件27最好平行于内侧缘26，第2弹性伸缩件28可以沿折曲线18朝前后方向延伸，除了平行于折曲线外，也可以边稍微弯曲边弯曲。该第2弹性伸缩件28也可以由互相平行的若干条弹性伸缩件构成。
护翼3的内侧缘部31通过热熔粘接剂32在此吸收芯8的两侧缘13与其延长线的间距更靠内侧的范围上接合在主体2的侧部外面，以便不能限制第1防漏翻边的动作。护翼3的外侧缘部33由前后的翼部分34、36和在这两个翼部分34、36之间位置的腿周边弯曲部分37构成，以便可以覆盖尿布穿用者的体周边和腿周边。在后翼36的体周边方向和弯曲部分37的腿周边方向上，体周边弹性伸缩件41和肥胖周边弹性收缩件42在伸长状态下接合。虽然图中所示实例的弹性件41、42在护翼3的内面上露出，处在与皮肤接触的状态，但是也可以通过把护翼3制成两个片的叠层体，使护翼至少接合在这两个片中的至少一个的内面上，以防止弹性伸缩部件41、42直接与皮肤接触。在后翼34的外表面上可装拆地配置条固定件38。
图4是图1所示尿布在穿用状态的斜视图，尿布的前后方向使外面6向内侧弯曲。当尿布这样弯曲时，第1、2弹性伸缩就分别收缩，防漏翻边中的第1防漏翻边21把吸收芯8的侧缘13作为基端从护翼3的内面上立起，第2防漏翻边从立体的两个面上立起，这两个防漏翻边作为整体形成三个大致为日月形的大防漏壁。处在该状态下的防漏翻边25的高度是从吸收芯侧缘13到第2防漏翻边22内侧缘间的距离，这个距离在主体2的前后方向的中央区(裆区)最大，靠近吸收芯8的前后端缘11、12最小。这样的防漏翻边25可以有效地防止体液从穿着的尿布下垂时产生的穿用者与尿布的间隙中漏出。
这样的外片6可以使用无纺布或开孔塑料片等，内片7可以使用塑料片。吸收芯8可以使用粉碎木浆粕与超吸收聚合物的混合物，护翼3可以使用无纺布或塑料片以及它们的叠层体。虽然护翼3的这些材料可以是疏水的也可以是亲水的，但最好是具有透气性和透液性。为了使尿布的各部件接合，除了使用热熔粘接剂之外，如果部件是热熔性的，则可以利用熔融技术。
在图表中，作为外片6、内片7的叠层体的防漏翻边25把吸收芯8的侧缘13附近作为外片6内片7的叠层体，使其余的部位只由内片7构成，可以代替与外片6与内片7不同的适合的防水片，采用由一片组成的计时沙漏形，把主体2接合在该片中央的内面上，这个方案也可以实施本发明。
按照与本发明有关的一次性尿布，沿向内侧弯曲的吸收芯的侧缘从尿布内片立起的防漏翻边在裆区厚度特别大，在体周边区厚度较小，所以没有必要把这种形状的防漏翻边像已有技术那样作为单独件使用，这样，可以降低部件的制造成本。

Claims (1)

1、一种一次性尿布，在尿布中的吸收液体用的主要部分由可渗透液体的外片和不可渗透液体的内片以及夹在这两片之间的吸收芯构成，朝上述尿布的前后方向延伸并向上述尿布内侧倒伏在上述尿布的内面上，并朝上述尿布的前后方向弹性收缩的防漏翻边分别形成在上述尿布的侧缘部，
上述吸收芯具有朝上述尿布宽方向前后延伸的各个端缘和朝上述前后方向延伸的一对侧缘，上述侧缘至少在上述前后方向的中央部分朝向上述吸收芯内侧弯曲，
上述防漏边的至少一部分包含从上述吸收芯侧缘向侧方伸出的上述外片和或内片，并由第1翻边和第2翻边构成，所述的第1翻边在由连结上述侧缘与该侧缘的两端部的假想线包围的范围内扩展，第2翻边把与上述假想线和在该假想线的外侧平行于该假想线的第2假想线中任何一个变成折曲线后为了使从上述第1翻边向上述尿布宽方向的延长部位朝上述尿布的内面倒伏而折曲，便形成第2翻边，朝上述尿布的前后方向延伸的弹性伸缩件，在弹性伸长状态下，至少配置在上述折曲线附近和与上述折曲线平行的上述第2翻边的内侧缘的附近。
