Abstract

Description

一次性尿布
技术领域
本发明涉及腿围具有伸缩性的一次性尿布。
背景技术
在美国专利第4,695,278号公报中，明示了配备了伸缩性腿围襟翼、和将裆下区域在中心沿前后腰围区域方向延伸的防漏槽的一次性尿布。覆盖吸液性芯上面的透液性表面层和覆盖下面的不透液性里面层从芯的侧缘向侧面延伸出来互相固定，由此形成此尿布的襟翼。在襟翼的裆下区域部分，沿尿布前后方向伸长的腿围弹性部件配置于表里面层之间，至少与这些层的一个的内面连接。防漏槽，由前后方向延伸的带状层片在比前述腿围弹性部件更内侧处固定于表面层上面而形成，或者，由从芯的侧缘延伸出来的表面层在比腿围弹性部件更内侧处从表面层上面向上方折曲成逆U字形而形成。
在前述众所周知的尿布中，腿围襟翼通过将透液性表面层和塑料薄膜制不透液性里面层重合固定而形成。如果构成襟翼的仅仅是透液性表面层，虽然肌肤触感很好，因襟翼的强度不足，难以抑制从腿围漏出体液。如果构成襟翼的仅仅是塑料薄膜制的不透液性里面层，即使能够抑制体液的泄漏，但肌肤触感差且通气性欠缺。将表面层和里面层固定，虽然解决了这些问题的大部分，但依然残留着通气性欠缺的问题。
发明内容
于是，此发明以提供配备了通气性好的腿围襟翼的一次性尿布为课题。
为解决前述课题，作为此发明的前提，一次性尿布，具有透液性表面层、不透液性里面层、介于这两层之间的吸液性芯；前后方向由前腰围区域、后腰围区域、位于这二区域之间的裆下区域构成；在前述裆下区域处的前述芯的左右各侧缘部的外侧，形成在前述前后方向具有伸缩性的一对腿围襟翼(26)，同时，在前述芯的侧缘部形成沿前述前后方向延伸并具有从前述表面层上面立起倾向的防漏槽(18)；其中，前述表面层的左右各侧缘部，邻近前述芯的左右各侧缘部；前述里面层的左右各侧缘部，从前述芯的各侧缘部向侧面延伸，位于前述表面层的侧缘部的外侧；其特征在于，前述槽(18)，由通气性无纺布构成，它具有邻近前述芯的左右各侧缘部的自由缘部(32)、和位于所述腿围襟翼(26)内侧并固定于前述表面层上面的基端缘部(33)；前述无纺布，从前述基端缘部(33)向更外侧延伸形成前述腿围襟翼(26)，该腿围襟翼(26)的靠近前述基端缘部(33)的下面固定于前述里面层的侧缘部的上面；在前述腿围襟翼(26)的上面，在由前述槽的基端缘部(33)分离开的外侧缘部，固定着能够使前述腿围襟翼(26)的拉伸强度提高的加固用层(41)；在前述槽的基端缘部(33)和前述加固用层的内侧缘部之间的区域，能够对前述腿围襟翼付与前述伸缩性的、沿尿布前后方向伸长的弹性伸缩部件(28)被夹于前述腿围襟翼(26)和里面层间，与这些腿围襟翼(26)和里面层的至少一方的内侧粘接。

具体实施方式
下面，参照所附图，说明此发明涉及的一次性尿布的细节。
在图1中，以部分剖切平面图所示的一次性尿布1，具有透液性表面层2，不透液性里面层3，和介于这两层2、3之间的吸液性芯4。尿布1的前后方向，由前腰围区域(前片)6，后腰围区域(后片)7和位于这二区域6、7之间的裆下区域8构成，前后腰围区域6、7具有相互平行的自由侧缘11、12，与各侧缘11垂直的前后端缘13、14。裆下区域8的左右侧缘，是向内侧弯曲的左右腿围侧缘16。在尿布1的里面，在左右各侧缘11的内侧形成沿前后方向延伸的一对防漏槽18。防漏槽18，前后端缘部21、22和外侧缘部23固定于尿布的里面，内侧缘部24为非固定状态，形成朝向将尿布1的横向二等分的中心线(图中未示)开口的后记口袋18A。在内侧缘部24，沿前后方向延伸的弹性部件25以伸长状态安装着。图中，槽18倒伏于表面层2的上面，口袋18A变成关闭状态。
芯4，呈矩形或砂漏型的形状，在其左右侧缘的外侧形成可能覆盖腿围的侧缘部襟翼26，在前后端缘的外侧形成可能覆盖腰围的前后端缘部襟翼27、30。在侧缘部襟翼26的前后方向中央区域，配置着沿该前后方向伸长了的多条腿围弹性部件28。在后腰围区域7处的侧缘部襟翼26的缘部安装着胶带形系固物29。
图2.为显示沿图1的II-II线截面的尿布1的部分斜视图，显示槽18从尿布1的里面立起的状态。在横方向看尿布1的话，表面层2，其侧缘部2A在芯的侧缘部4A终止。里面层3，其侧缘部3A从表面层2的侧缘部2A向外延伸出来。槽18，由从尿布1的宽度方向的内侧向外侧延伸的层部件31形成，具有内侧的自由缘部32和固定于表面层侧缘部2A的基端缘部33，与表面层2一起形成口袋18A。在自由缘部32，层部件31包裹着弹性部件25地折曲重叠到里面侧，该弹性部件25由热熔性粘结剂(图中未示)粘结在槽18的里面。尿布1，若以其里面为内侧沿前后方向弯曲，则弹性部件25收缩，如图所示槽18从尿布的内侧立起，口袋18A朝向尿布内侧开大口。
层部件31，从基端缘部33向外侧延伸的部分36固定于里面层3的侧缘部3A的上面，37部分从36部分向更外方延伸。层部件31的36部分和37部分形成侧缘部襟翼26，此襟翼26，由裆下区域8处的幅宽比较狭窄的腿围襟翼38和前后腰围区域6、7处的幅宽比较宽的腰围侧部襟翼39、40构成(参照图1)。在层部件31的36部分和里面层侧缘部3A之间，以伸长状态配设着沿尿布1的前后方向延伸的多条腿围弹性部性28，在36部分和侧缘部3A的至少一方的内面由热熔性粘结剂(图中省略)粘结。在层部件31的37部分的上面，固定着增加层部件31的拉伸强度用的加固用层41。加固用层41的外侧缘部41A与层部件31的外侧缘部一致，内侧缘部41B向内侧延伸，如图所示，成为与里面层3的侧缘部3A重叠的状态，而且，与多条弹性部件28中的一部分重叠。但是，内侧缘部41B并没有延伸到槽18的基端缘部33，而覆盖全部的多条弹性部件28，在内侧缘部41B和基端缘部33之间的区域中，至少存在1根弹性部件28。
在尿布1的相关构成中，表面层2使用由无纺布和开孔塑料薄膜构成的透液性的、最好既是透液性又是疏水性的层状材料。里面层3使用塑料薄膜等不透液性的、最好是通气不透液性的层状材料。层部件31使用通气性无纺布、最好是通气不透液性的无纺布。该无纺布，例如，由5-50g/m2的纤维构成的纺粘型无纺布、紧线无纺布、热吹无纺布，以JIS-L1092的耐水度试验A法为基准的测定值10cm以上的通气不透水性的东西。加固用层41，使用重量20-150g/m2的通气性、最好是通气不透液性的无纺布。为固定这些层材料，除以热熔性粘结剂等来粘结之外，如果该材料是热熔性的，也可用热轧加工或超声波处理等来溶接。
这样得到的一次性尿布，即使在与肌肤的柔软部位接触的槽和襟翼上使用不会刺激该部位的薄且柔软的无纺布的情况下，由该无纺布构成的襟翼，由加固用层提高拉伸强度，因此在穿脱尿布时不会轻易破裂。
另外，与肌肤接触的槽和襟翼是通气性、或者通气不透液性的无纺布，因此，对解除在尿布的裆下区域等处的不通气有用。
而且，腿围裆下部件中的至少一部分，仅仅由无纺布和里面层覆盖，没有对其伸缩性的极大阻碍，因此，襟翼对腿围的密切接触性好，达到防止体液泄漏的效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种一次性尿布，具有透液性表面层、不透液性里面层、介于这两层之间的吸液性芯；前后方向由前腰围区域、后腰围区域、位于这二区域之间的裆下区域构成；在前述裆下区域处的前述芯的左右各侧缘部的外侧，形成在前述前后方向具有伸缩性的一对腿围襟翼(26)，同时，在前述芯的侧缘部形成沿前述前后方向延伸并具有从前述表面层上面立起倾向的防漏槽(18)；
其中，前述表面层的左右各侧缘部，邻近前述芯的左右各侧缘部；
前述里面层的左右各侧缘部，从前述芯的各侧缘部向侧面延伸，位于前述表面层的侧缘部的外侧；
其特征在于，前述槽(18)，由通气性无纺布构成，它具有邻近前述芯的左右各侧缘部的自由缘部(32)、和位于所述腿围襟翼(26)内侧并固定于前述表面层上面的基端缘部(33)；
前述无纺布，从前述基端缘部(33)向更外侧延伸形成前述腿围襟翼(26)，该腿围襟翼(26)的靠近前述基端缘部(33)的下面固定于前述里面层的侧缘部的上面；
在前述腿围襟翼(26)的上面，在由前述槽的基端缘部(33)分离开的外侧缘部，固定着能够使前述腿围襟翼(26)的拉伸强度提高的加固用层(41)；
在前述槽的基端缘部(33)和前述加固用层的内侧缘部之间的区域，能够对前述腿围襟翼付与前述伸缩性的、沿尿布前后方向伸长的弹性伸缩部件(28)被夹于前述腿围襟翼(26)和里面层间，与这些腿围襟翼(26)和里面层的至少一方的内侧粘接。
2.如权利要求1所记载的尿布，其特征在于，前述无纺布是不透液性的。
