Description

本实用新型涉及一种一次性尿布。
在特公昭52－40267号公报中揭示了一种典型的开式一次性尿布的一个例子，其上有带式搭扣件用以把尿布的前身片和后身片在腰围线上连接在一起。这种尿布包括一可透过液体的上层，一不透过液体的底片和一夹在上片和底片之间的吸液垫片，其中由向外延伸超过垫片横向相对侧的上片和底片部分形成一对侧片部，此相应的侧片部形成在两腿分叉处即胯部区，具有剪下部分或切去部分用以形成腿部开孔，在腿部开孔的四周，所述侧片部具有弹性件用以将所述侧片部紧贴尿布使用者的腿部周围，此外这种尿布的后身片在其横向相对侧具有带式搭扣件用以把后身片连接在前身片上。
上述特公昭52－40267号公报揭示的那种尿布一般在两腿分叉处即胯部区的相对两侧形成有剪去部分或切去部分用以改善尿布和尿布使用者身体的紧贴程度，但这种剪去部分的形成不可避免地要减少胯部区的宽度，因此胯部区实际上不可能很好地围绕在尿布使用者的大腿的周围。这种宽度减少的胯部区不可避免地会降低胯部吸收液体排泄物的能力，特别是液体排泄物很容易沿着胯部区的相对侧边处发生泄漏。
在上述日本专利所揭示的人们熟知的那种尿布中，有一根相应于前身片和后身片的边缘线的胯部区折叠线与腰围线平行地延伸。此外，所述吸液垫片有所谓半硬性，因为它往往或多或少包含经过压缩的短纤维绒毛及盖在此短纤维绒毛上表面和底面的薄棉纸或薄纱纸。因此，此尿布的胯部区不能很好地贴合在尿布使用者身体的相应区域，这样，不仅给尿布使用者造成了不相容感而且还会发生以上所述的泄漏。
鉴于上述问题，本实用新型的一个主要目的是提供这样一种尿布，这种尿布的胯部区或两腿分叉区的结构兼具开式尿布和短裤式尿布的优点，它可以完全覆盖尿布使用者的大腿的周围部分从而消除了上述人们所熟知的尿布的缺点。
开式尿布的优点在于尿布的腰围大小及腿部开孔的大小可以调节，而短裤式尿布的优点是具有至少可以覆盖尿布使用者大腿内部的被覆部，且胯部区的尺寸可以大于大家所熟知的尿布的尺寸。
为了完成上述的目的，本实用新型的尿布包括一尿布前身片和一后身片，其特点是所述前身片和后身片是分别形成且它们是沿向着腰围线突起的接合线在相邻下端互相接合在一起而形成胯部区或两腿分叉区的，且本实用新型有一作为辅助的吸液垫片，该吸液垫片在尿布前后片和后身片作纵向延伸并且在其纵向相对端至少接合到所述尿布的上表面。
有利的是，所述由向上突起的接合线的形成的胯部区是沿着它的外边缘形成的，在那里有一相应形状的剪去或切去部分。
根据本实用新型制作的尿布，该辅助吸液垫片可靠地设置在尿布使用者的胯部即两腿分叉区且胯部区的横向相对侧至少能覆盖尿布使用者大腿的内侧。这样，本实用新型的尿布的胯部区基本上覆盖了尿布使用者的整个胯部。
下面结合附图以举例说明方式描述本实用新型，附图中：
图1是根据本实用新型制作的一次性尿布的一个实施例的正视图；
图2是沿图1X－X线的剖视示意图。
现请参见图1和图2。本实用新型的尿布基本上包括前身片和后身片2，3。后身片的横向尺寸大于前身片2。前身片和后身片2、3各包括一可渗透液体的上片4，一液体不能透过的底片5以及一夹在所述上片和底片4、5之间的能吸收液体的垫片6。
在前身片和后身片2、3下端的正中位置处有剪去或切去除部分7，此剪去和切去部分向着前身片和后身片的腰围线的方向向上突起。前身片和后身片2、3沿着与剪去或切去部分7平行方向延伸的一条热焊或超声焊线焊接或接合在一起，接合时，剪去或切去部分留一条狭的边不接合。焊线或接合线8的大小、形状、曲率半径可以根据尿布是用于成年人还是用于孩子而适当选择，只要焊合或接合线8是向着前身片及后身片2、3的腰围线突起以及至少腿部开孔10的内侧向下延伸超出向上突起的接合线8的顶点9就可以。
在周向可伸缩的弹性件11、12置于延伸超过垫片6的上片和底片4、5的、围绕腰围开孔和腿部开孔的两条边之间，所述的两条边用热熔性粘结剂或所述焊合方法连接在一起。延伸超过垫片6的上片和底片4、5的横向侧边也用同样的方向连接在一起。在后身片3上的横向侧边上设有若干搭扣件13，各搭扣件具有其一侧上加有压敏粘结剂的胶带式搭扣，通过这些搭扣件，后身后3的横向相对边与前身片2的相应侧相互连接在一起。
虽然前身片和后身片的横向相对侧边及围绕腿部开孔的下边沿在图中既不与垂直轴线14平行延伸也不垂直于垂直轴线14，该横向相对侧边完全可以与垂直轴线14平行延伸而围绕腿部开孔的该下边沿也完全可以作垂直于轴线14的延伸，平行或不平行，垂直或不垂直都在本实用新型的范围之内。
本实用新型的尿布的基本结构中，在胯部区的上表面沿尿布基本结构1的纵向设置有一辅助吸液垫片15。此辅助吸液垫片15包括一可吸收液体的芯子15a，其上覆盖有可渗透液体的薄片15b，该垫片15至少在纵向相对端处是用粘结剂粘结在上片4的上表面的。当本实用新型的尿布的基本结构供使用者使用时，辅助垫片15与尿布的基本结构1一起弯成U字形。该辅助垫片15粘结在尿布的基本结构1上时，弯曲成U形的辅助垫片悬浮在尿布基本结构的胯部区的上表面之上，更具体地说来，弯曲的辅助垫片15其底部与尿布基本结构胯部的上表面至少相距10mm，然而，也可以将辅助垫片15的底部安排得即使在弯曲状态，也保持与尿布胯部区的上表面相接触，接触或悬浮都在本实用新型的范围之内。
尿布的基本结构1在横向相对侧是开式的，所以，在用搭扣件如图1所示那样将尿布的前后身片连接在一起时，在腰围开孔及腿离开孔处，横向相对侧也连接在一起，从而腰围开孔及腿部开孔也就彼此闭合起来。腰围开孔和腿部开孔的大小取决于前身片和后身片2、3彼此叠合的宽度而叠合宽度则取决于尿布使用者腰围大小及腿部的粗细。
尿布1的部件可以用与已有技术尿布的相同的材料。例如上片4可以用无纺织物制成，底片5可以用塑料薄膜制成，垫片6可以用混合超吸收能力的聚合物和短纤维绒毛制成，弹性件11，12可以用天然或合成橡胶制成，搭扣件13的基底可以用高质量的纸或无纺织物与塑料薄膜的叠层片制成。垫片15的芯子15a可以用混有超吸收性能的聚合物的短纤维绒毛制成以及覆盖芯子15a的薄片可以用无纺织物制成等。
对本实用新型的尿布来说，在胯部区的相对两侧形成剪去或切去部分来形成腿部开孔是绝对不会使胯部区的宽度狭得无法令人接受的，因为向腰围线突起的接合线可以使胯部区相对侧边之间形成的胯部区的宽度相当宽或者说充分宽。此外，这种接合线的形成可以使胯部区至少覆盖住大腿的内侧；同时胯部区上面的辅助吸液垫片又可使胯部区充分吸收液体排出物以防止液体排泄物沿着胯部区的横向相对侧边泄漏出去，因为沿着将彼此分开形成的前身片和后身片接合在一起的接合线上存在着此吸收液体的材料。

Claims (2)

1、一种供一次性使用的尿布，它包括前身片(2)和后身片(3)，此前后身片各包括一液体可渗透的上片(4)，一液体不能渗透的底片(5)和夹在上片和底片之间的吸液垫片(6)，其特征在于，所述前身片(2)和后身片(3)是彼此分开形成的，且它们沿着一条向着前身片和后身片的腰围线突起的接合线(8)将相邻下端接合在一起，其中，沿着所述前身片和后身片的纵向设置的一辅助吸液垫片(15)至少在纵向相对端与所述胯部区的上表面粘结在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的供一次性使用的尿布，其特征在于，由所述向上突起的接合线（8）所形成的胯部区在它的外边缘形成有一相应的向上突起的剪去或切去部分（7）。
