发酵食品储存柜的 初始运行方法
本发明涉及的是发酵食品储存柜,具体地说涉及的是发酵食品储存柜的初始运行方法,以便在该柜的初始运行期间用较短的时间周期冷却储存柜的内部。
具有冷藏室和冷冻室的冰箱通常用于在合适的保藏温度下储存冷冻食品、冷藏食品或发酵食品(例如朝鲜泡菜等)。
另一方面,如果将冷藏食品和发酵食品同时存放在同一个冷藏室内,则在发酵食品的发酵过程中会发出坏味,而且由于发酵食品的气味会使冷藏室内的其它食品的专有的味道变坏,此外,当所用的冷藏食品增加时,就要求将发酵食品存放到一个单独的储存柜中。
即使将朝鲜泡菜一类的发酵食品保藏到地下室内进行有效的发酵,但由于当前的生活环境限制,很难找到合适的场所进行储存。
为了解决上述问题,对于发酵食品的储存柜(例如朝鲜泡菜罐)作了多种研讨,而这种储存柜与冰箱及普通的相关技术是不同的。如图1中示出了发酵食品的传统储存柜。
现在参见图1,发酵食品的传统储存柜包括一个本体10;一个在放入或取出发酵食品时用于打开或关闭本体的门20;一个具有若干用于设定运行功能的按钮的运行单元30以及放有发酵食品的储存柜40的内部(以后称作内部)。
图2示出的是发酵食品储存柜的初始运行方法。现在结合图1和图2描述储存柜的初始运行方法。首先,用户将发酵食品放入本体10的内部40中。如果用户操作运行单元上的按钮,当控制单元发出控制信号时,压缩机驱动单元使压缩机运转。然后冷却循环,冷却储存室,将其温度降下来。
当内部40的温度降低时,控制单元根据温度传感器检测到的内部40的温度周期性地传送控制信号,驱动压缩机。当压缩机驱动单元根据控制信号周期性地驱动压缩机时,内部40慢慢变冷。

当按下操作单元上的按钮时,通过供应市电和连续驱动压缩机而快速将内部冷却;和
如果由温度传感器检测到的内部温度到达预置的保藏温度时,则将内部保持在预置的保藏温度。

在图3中,温度传感器50检测内部40的温度,将温度信息传给控制单元60。控制单元60根据温度传感器50检测到的内部40的温度发出使压缩机驱动单元70运行的控制信号。压缩机驱动单元70根据控制单元60发出的控制信号驱动压缩机。然后冷却剂进行冷却循环。

1.一种发酵食品储存柜的初始运行方法,其特征是,该方法包括如下步骤:
当按下操作单元上的运行按钮时,通过供应市电和连续驱动压缩机而快速将内部冷却;和
如果由温度传感器检测到的内部温度到达预置的保藏温度时,则将内部保持在预置的保藏温度。
