技术领域:
本发明涉及一种饲料添加剂,特别是一种蛋禽类的饲料添加剂。
技术背景:
禽蛋由于富含高品质蛋白质、磷脂及其它营养物,成为人类最广泛食用的营养品之一。但由于蛋黄中的高胆固醇和饱和脂肪酸会造成动脉硬化等疾病,固目前人们食用禽蛋也有所顾忌。国内外近年来解决该问题的有关报道是在禽类饲料中添加亚麻籽或深海藻类鱼类提取物,以提高禽蛋的ω-3脂肪酸含量,降低胆固醇,也有用有机铬作添加剂来降低胆固醇,但这些方法原料取得困难,用量大,成本高,而且多数物质有效成分含量不高,还有的(有机铬)有一定毒性,不利于广泛使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种用天然植物为原料的禽类饲料添加剂,其有效成分含量高,功能性组分丰富,用量少,无毒性,以满足高营养及保健功能禽蛋开发的需要。
本发明是这样实现的:它是用紫苏、白苏、红果及五味子配制而成,按重量配比计,各组分的配比为:紫苏1~10,白苏1~10,五味子0.5~5,红果5~30。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有原料易得,成本低,有效成分高,功能性成分丰富,无毒性等优点。原料中的紫苏和白苏籽含油量(>48%)及油中的ω-3脂肪酸含量(>60%)均高于亚麻籽,在饲料中的添加量<10%,低于亚麻籽的10~20%。而且所用原料全部都是广泛生长、栽培容易、可食用、饲用或药用的天然植物,无毒性,极易取得,固其生产成本可大大降低,适合高营养及保健功能禽蛋开发应用。
具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:取紫苏1千克,白苏1千克,五味子0.5千克,红果7.5千克,再配以传统配合饲料90千克,经粉碎、混料、氨化辐射灭菌、干燥后即得。如用上述原料的叶、茎或饼粕为原料,则可通过粉碎、榨取粗品、发酵转化、混料、灭菌、干燥即可。
