本发明涉及一种晶质玻璃,特别是涉及一种紫色晶质玻璃。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们常将一些漂亮的工艺装饰品摆放在居室,以增加生活情趣。在这种情况下,就需要开发一些有色晶质玻璃品种,用来制作高档工艺装饰品及器皿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种紫色晶质玻璃。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:一种紫色晶质玻璃,所述玻璃的重量百分比组成包括:SiO2:47-54%;PbO:32-38%;Mn2O3:0.09-2%;NiO:0.001-0.01%和CoO:0.0007-0.01%。
本发明的有益效果是:由于在钾玻璃中合理地加入了Mn2O3,可得到紫色玻璃,通过调节玻璃中的其它配方,可得到气泡和条纹等质量指标达到国家标准的紫色晶质玻璃。
具体实施方式
Mn+3、Ni+2离子均能引起紫色着色,使用Mn2O3与少量CoO添加着色,可得到有浅蓝色调的紫晶色,同时Mn+3离子在含碱量高的钾玻璃中的紫色纯度好,考虑到Ni+2在钾玻璃中的着色偏向暗紫色,为了使玻璃的紫色纯度更好,可以在Mn2O3和CoO所组成的着色剂中添加少量NiO,用作辅助着色剂,通过实验发现,Mn2O3的重量百分比含量应为0.09-2%,NiO为0.001-0.01%,CoO为0.0007-0.01%。同时Mn2O3能降低粘度、液相线温度和析晶速度,所以玻璃的高温粘度小,熔点低,适合于池炉生产。
SiO2是玻璃生成体,在玻璃中具有低折射率、低膨胀系数和大的高温粘度的特性,当SiO2的重量百分比大于65%时,玻璃的高温粘度特大,不利于生产,所以SiO2的含量控制在60%以下,通过实验发现,SiO2的重量百分比含量应为47-54%。
K2O、Na2O是作为助熔剂加入的,碱金属K2O和Na2O的含量高有利于降低高温粘度,但Na2O的含量高又要影响NiO的着色,所以Na2O的重量百分比含量应控制在0.1-2.2%,对于Mn2O3添加少量CoO着色时,玻璃中钾含量高时,所得到的紫色纯度高,所以K2O的重量百分比含量在10.5-14%。
PbO的部分折射率为2.07-2.50,比较高,而且Pb+2离子由2个最外层电子成为铅离子有高极化率的原因,在PbO中出现了附加偶极子,Pb-O键具有共价特征,这就促进了形成玻璃的过程,因此PbO具有强烈的助熔作用,为了使nd大于1.58,PbO的重量百分比含量在32-38%。
由于Mn+3离子显紫色,熔制中为了防止着色剂挥发,以及防止铅还原,所以要求熔制气氛控制在氧化气氛。
下表是本发明的4个实施例的各项指标对比,表中各实施例的配方数值为重量百分比数值。

由上表可以看出,根据本发明配方所制得的玻璃呈紫色,折射率大于1.58,气泡和条纹等质量指标达到国家标准。

1、一种紫色晶质玻璃,所述玻璃的重量百分比组成包括:SiO2:47-54%;PbO:32-38%;Mn2O3:0.09-2%;NiO:0.001-0.01%;CoO:0.0007-0.01%。
2、按照权利要求1所述的紫色晶质玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃的重量百分比组成还包括:K2O:10.5-14%和Na2O:0.1-2.2%。
