Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及磨浆盘用的磨浆元件,用于制造和/或处理纤维纸浆的盘形磨浆机,其中的磨浆元件通过浇铸合金钢并对其淬硬和热处理达到至少55HRC的硬度。
背景技术
人们已知木质纤维材料磨浆用的盘形磨浆机,磨浆即是机械制造或处理所谓的机械纸浆,例如通过SE 506和402 019。盘形磨浆机包括两个相对旋转的圆形磨浆盘,磨浆盘上具有磨浆表面结构的磨浆元件(通常称作磨浆段),该结构包括一些棒和凹槽,在磨浆过程中能将纸浆从中心引导到周边。外来硬质颗粒、砂和碎片会使磨浆表面严重磨损。此外,温度较高,经常约为220℃,木材产生一定pH的酸性纸浆,制造新闻纸用的纸浆pH约为6.5,制造纸板用的纸浆pH低至4-5,所以需要耐腐蚀性。为了减少磨损,使用含沉淀碳化物的合金。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供提高了使用寿命的上述种类的磨浆元件。磨浆盘具有下列分析组分(%重量)就可原则上达到本发明的目的,该组成为:2.7-3.2%的C,0.5-1.0%的Si,0.7-1.2%的Mn,21.0-26.0%的Cr,3.0-6.0%的V,最多0.5%的Ni,最多0.5%的Mo,余量为铁和杂质。矾是很强碳化物的生成元素,它与碳的亲和力比铬大得多,碳化矾的硬度明显超过碳化铬的硬度。在固化时已获得碳化矾沉淀,既提高了耐磨性也提高了耐腐蚀性。由于每1%的矾结合高达0.23%的碳,因此可以理解和说明上面所述的性能。因此,在基体中的碳含量以相应程度减少,结果是留给铬形成碳化物的碳含量就变少。沉淀的碳化铬也含有一定量的矾。因此,提高耐腐蚀性的基体中溶解的铬的比例增加。由于碳、铬和矾的合适含量,初级沉淀的碳化物具有所需的尺寸。因此韧性不会降低,这是由于初级沉淀的碳化物不大的缘故。本发明合金的碎裂表面比磨浆元件用的其它铬合金浇铸的合金晶核更细。因此,获得的材料具有提高了的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。这对磨浆段特别重要,磨浆段是要用于纸板纸浆的磨浆。
为了在淬硬和热处理之后获得大于55HRC,一般为57-63HRC的足够硬度,合金必须有足够的可硬化度。为此,必须保持高的碳含量,而如果上述形成碳化物的元素Cr、Mo和V以及Ni的指定分析组成范围超过的话,就不能获得这样的硬度。如果碳含量超过指定的分析组成范围,碳化物会长大,使材料变脆。
如果Cr和V的组成小于下限,不能获得耐磨损所需要求的碳化物混合物。
为获得最大耐磨损和韧性,材料必须按照常规方法进行淬硬和退火。由于这个热处理沉淀出次级碳化物部分,它比固化时生成的碳化物部分弥散得更细。
具体实施方式
浇铸和热处理了本发明的合金,并与两种已知磨浆段用的合金进行比较。组成分析列于下表1,该表中还列出了磨损试验的结果。

为评价和排列合金的性质,采用了磨损试验,试验中,以恒定压力将一定尺寸的金属样品在研磨纸上进行一定时间的磨损试验。该试验在室温的水中进行。以毫克重量损失衡量耐磨损性。每一种合金制得三个样品,每一样品进行四次试验。平均值列于上面的表1。重量损失越小,耐磨损性越高。该结果不能直接转变为期望的使用寿命,因为一些参数如pH、温度、磨浆机旋转速度等在操作条件下都有影响。在此实验室环境下试验的优点,是不会经历操作中出现的所有想像的差异。最后,用本发明合金制成的磨浆段进行全尺寸操作试验,并用比较合金1制成的磨浆段进行同样的试验。与该比较合金相比,本发明合金的使用寿命高80%。

1.一种用于制造和/或处理纤维纸浆的盘形磨浆机的磨浆盘用的磨浆元件,其中的磨浆元件通过浇铸合金钢并淬硬和热处理达到55-63HRC的硬度制得,磨浆元件具有下列分析组成:2.96%重量的C,0.77%重量的Si,0.82%重量的Mn,24.2%重量的Cr,5.16%重量的V,0.04%重量的Mo,0.03%重量的Ni,余量为铁和杂质。
