Abstract
本发明涉及一个无闪点的洗涤与脱脂的组合物,其中含有至少一个有机的化合物(A),如全氟-(N-烷基吗啉),氢氟链烷,全氟链烷,氢氟烯烃,氯代甲烷,含氟醚,至少一个链烷的混合物或环链烷的混合物(B),以及至少一个有机的化合物(C),以酮,醚醇及其衍生物。
Description
本发明涉及一个用于在无水介质中的,冷处理的固体表面上的洗涤与脱脂的组合物。该组合物含有至少一个链烷混合物或环链烷混合物,至少一个含卤的有机化合物,特别是含氟或含全氟的化合物,以及至少一个含有一个或多个的与氧结合的官能团的有机化合物。
上述组合物适用于对固体表面的脱脂处理,如在机械加工时被油,脂弄脏和/或用油脂封住进行临时保护的金属件表面,水泥表面,陶瓷表面,玻璃表面,合成材料表面。
这些组合物也适用于对印刷电路的熔剂脱除,该熔剂脱除过程包括除掉焊料中的溶剂。
迄今,人们在上述处理过程中,使用了一些烃溶剂,特别是其含氯溶剂,如俗名为T111的1,1,1-三氯乙烷,氯氟链烷,如俗名为F113的1,1,2-三氯-1,2,2-三氟乙烷,以及氢氯氟链烷(HCFC),如1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(141-b)。
但是,上述含氯、含氟氯及含氢氯氟碳的化合物会降低同温层的臭氧层,而臭氧层是防止某些辐射线的保护层。
根据最近在蒙得利尔市召开的讨论环境保护的国际会议上提出的议定书,明确提出应该尽早地使用那些对同温层臭氧不造成破坏或破坏较小的物质代替上述的含氯的或含氟氯的化合物。
现在人们发现一种用于在无水介质中,冷处理的固体表面上的洗涤与脱脂的组合物,其特征是该组合物是由至少一个有机化合物(A),选自全氟-(N-烷基吗啉),正十三氟己烷(C6F13H),2,3-二氢十氟戊烷(C5H2F10,4310mee),3,3,4-三氢七氟丁烷(C4F7H13,347mcf),2,2,4,4,4-五氢五氟丁烷(C4F5H5,365mcf),全氟链烷,氢氟烯烃,氯代甲烷,含氟醚,与至少一个链烷混合物或环链烷混合物(B),以及至少一个有机化合物,选自酮,醚醇及其衍生物,所组成的。而且,该组合物,据标准ASTM D3828,不显示闪点。
作为本发明所用的全氟-(N-烷基吗啉),可以是具有如下化学式(Ⅰ)的化合物:式中的Rf与R1f可以是相同的或不同的,代表一个具有1-4个碳原子的,线型的或分支的全氟脂族烃基。n是一个0-8的数,环中的F表示该饱和环是全氟,也就是说,所有的碳原子都与氟原子相连接(或连接到R1f上)。
作为化学式(Ⅰ)化合物,我们优选全氟-N-甲基吗啉,全氟-N-乙基吗啉与全氟-N-异丙基吗啉,特别是如下的全氟-(N-甲基吗啉):
作为本发明所用的全氟链烷,可以是正一全氟己烷(C6F14)。
作为氢氟链烷,可以是正一全氟丁基亚乙基(n-C4F9CH=CH2),正一全氟己基亚乙基(n-C6F13CH=CH2)。
作为本发明所用的含氟醚,可以是正一九氟丁基甲基醚(C4H9OCH3)。
作为本发明所用的氯代甲烷,可以是亚甲基氯化物CH2Cl2。
作为本发明所用的链烷混合物,可以是具有8-12个碳原子,或9-11个碳原子的石油馏份。
上述石油馏份中,可以是一些几乎不含芳香化合物的馏分。
作为上述石油馏分,可以是由TOTAL公司出售的异链烷烃溶剂,其商品名为1SANE 1P155与1SANE 1P 165,以及EXXON化工公司出售的1SOPARG与1SOPARE。
作为环链烷混合物,可以是单环的或多环的饱和烃的混合物,并可能被一个或多个的烷基所取代,其化学式(Ⅱ)是CnH2(n+1-a),式中的n是一个5-26的整数,并代表环的数量。
据本发明,最好使用具有化学式(Ⅱ)的环链烷混合物,其中,n是5-12,并以7-10为宜,a=1或2,并以a=1为宜(单环化合物)。
作为本发明所用的环链烷混合物,可以是(烷基)环链烷混合物。它是通过对由芳香化合物,如烷基苯,二乙烯基苯与环链烯烃所组成的石油馏份进行催化加氢反应制得的。
上述制得的(烷基)环链烷混合物同样也基本上是由环式的饱和烃所组成的,其中可以含有一个或多个的具有1-4个碳原子的烷基。
作为上述混合物,还可以是二乙基环己烷(异构体1.2;1.3;与1.4,顺式与反式),含有两个或多个下列化合物的混合物:甲基乙基环己烷,甲基丙基环己烷,乙基丙基环己烷,二丙基环己烷,甲基丁基环己烷,乙基丁基环己烷。
据本发明,我们还可以用石油馏分的环链烷混合物,即环己烷馏分。
上述环己烷的馏分,基本上是由化学式(Ⅱ)的化合物所组成的。式中a=1,n通常是5-12。作为上述化合物,可以是二乙烯环戊烷,一乙基环己烷,二乙基环己烷,三乙基环己烷,乙基二甲基环己烷,环辛烷。
作为环己烷馏分的实例,可以是由EXXON CHEMICAL公司出售的,其商品名为NAPPAR10的环己烷溶剂。
作为本发明所用的酮,可以是乙基戊酮,乙基丁酮,二正丙基酮,二异丁基酮,4-甲基环己酮。作为本发明所用的醚醇及其衍生物,可以是甲氧基丙醇,1-乙氧基-2-丙醇,1-丙氧基-2-丙醇,1-正-丁氧基-2-丙醇,1-叔丁氧基-2-丙醇,2-甲氧基乙醇,2-乙氧基乙醇,丙撑二醇甲基醚的醋酸酯,丙撑二醇乙基醚的醋酸酯,乙撑二醇甲基乙醚的醋酸酯,二(丙撑二醇)-甲基醚,二(丙撑二醇)丁基醚。
据本发明的组合物可以含有1-40%(重量),并以1-25%(重量)为宜的化合物(A),60-98%(重量),并以75-98%(重量)为宜的链烷混合物或环链烷混合物(B),以及1-15%(重量),并以1-10%(重量)为宜的化合物(C)。
据本发明的组合物是适用于在无水介质中的,冷处理的固体表面上的脱脂处理。该固体表面,包括金属件,水泥,玻璃与合成材料的表面是在机械加工处理时被所用的油、脂弄脏,和/或用油脂封住实施临时保护的。
该组合物特别适用于所谓的“非封闭式”方式,例如用刷子,破布或喷射实施洗涤过程。
当喷射洗涤时,本发明的组合物可以溶于不燃气溶胶中。为此,经检验喷洒筒后,可以向该铝制小筒装入25-35%(重量)的本发明的组合物与75-65%(重量)的喷洒用的推进剂。
作为可用的推进剂,可以包括氮气,二氧化碳气,七氟丙烷(227ea),四氟乙烷(134a),其中含有约4%容积的二甲醚。
本发明组合物是稳定的。但是,存在的醇可以与存在的轻金属发生化学反应,形成所不需要的氢气。大量形成的氢气会使设备装置爆炸,毁坏。
为了抑制上述化学反应,我们可以使用含硝基的衍生物,例如硝基甲烷,硝基乙烷,硝基丙烷,硝基甲苯;醚类或醇醛,如二甲氧基甲烷,1,3-二噁戊烷,二甲氧基乙烷;胺类,如三乙胺,二丙胺,二甲胺;磷的衍生物,如三异癸基亚磷酸盐,三异辛基磷酸盐。
本发明的组合物也可含有一个或多个的气味掩蔽剂。
上述物质包括香三素及其衍生物,松油,柠檬烯及其衍生物。
上述物质的使用量特别少,相对于100份的组合物,只有0.01-0.1份的含量。
据本发明的组合物的优点,按照标准ASTMD3828,是无闪点。而且在脱脂处理过程后,也容易除掉。
下面实例进一步描述本发明。
实例
用下列物质制备本发明的组合物
石油馏份(C9-C11)ISOPARG,下文称ISOG。
石油馏份(C8-C9)ISOPARE,下文称ISOE。
正-十三氟己烷(n-C6F13H),
正-全氟己烷(n-C6F14),
正-全氟丁基亚乙基(n-C4F9CH=CH2),
亚乙基氯化物(CH2Cl2),
正-全氟己基亚乙基(n-C6F13CH=CH2),
乙基戊酮,下文称EAK,
甲氧基丙酮,下文称MP,
二(丙撑二醇)-甲基醚,下文称DPM,
2,3-二氢十氟戊烷(C5H2F10),
正-九氟丁基甲基醚(C4H9OCH3),
在下列表格中,组分的百分比例是比重量计。
用标准ASTM D56测定闪点。
所有的组合物完全可以有效地适用于洗涤,在可洗涤的表面上的油脂污秽物。
在表格中的N,表示据标准ASTM D3828,没有测出闪点。

Claims (24)
1.用于无水介质中冷处理的洗涤与脱脂的组合物,其特征是该组合物由下列物质组成:至少一种有机化合物(A),选自全氟-(N-烷基吗啉),正-十三氟己烷(n-C6F13H),2,3-二氢十氟戊烷(C5H2F10,4310mee),3,3,4-三氢七氟丁烷(C4F7H13,347mcf),2,2,4,4,4-五氢五氟丁烷(C4F5H5,365mcf),全氟链烷,氢氟烯烃,氯代甲烷,含氟醚;至少一种链烷混合物或环链烷混合物(B);以及至少一种有机化合物(C),选自酮,醚醇及其衍生物,根据标准ASTMD3828该组合物不显示闪点。
4.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是上述化合物(A)是2,3-二氢十氟戊烷(C5H2F10,4310mec)。
5.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是上述化合物(A)是正-十三氟己烷(n-C6F13H)。
6.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该化合物(A)是全氟链烷。
7.据权利要求6的组合物,其特征是该全氟链烷是正-全氟己烷(n-C6F14)。
8.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该化合物(A)是氢氟烯烃。
9.据权利要求8的组合物,其特征是该氢氟烯烃是正-全氟丁基乙烯(n-C4F9-CH=CH2)。
10.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该化合物(A)是氯代甲烷。
11.据权利要求10的组合物,其特征是该氯代甲烷是二氯甲烷。
12.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该化合物(A)是含氟醚。
13.据权利要求12的组合物,其特征是该含氟醚是正-九氟丁基甲基醚(C4H9OCH3)。
14.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该链烷的混合物(B)是一个具有8-12个碳原子,并以9-11个碳原子为宜的,石油馏分。
15.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该有机化合物(C)是酮。
16.据权利要求15的组合物,其特征是该酮是乙基戊基酮。
17.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征是该化合物(C)是醚醇。
18.据权利要求17的组合物,其特征是该醚醇是甲氧基丙醇。
19.据权利要求17的组合物,其特征是该醚醇为二(丙二醇)-单甲基醚。
20.据权利要求1-19中之一的组合物,其特征是它含有1-40%(重量)的有机化合物(A),60-98%(重量)的链烷混合物或环链烷混合物(B),以及1-15%(重量)的有机化合物(C)。
21.据权利要求20的组合物,其特征是它含有1-25%(重量)的有机化合物(A),75-98%(重量)的链烷混合物或环链烷混合物(B),以及1-10%(重量)的有机化合物(C)。
22.据权利要求1-21中之一的组合物的用途,用在无水介质中冷处理的固体表面上进行洗涤。
23.据权利要求22的用途,用于对金属体进行脱脂。
24.据权利要求22与23中之一的用途,用于以喷雾方式进行洗涤和/或脱脂。
