Description

可确实地接合/卸脱的导管用套筒
技术领域
本发明涉及导管。更明确地说,本发明涉及一种套筒,其与引入器确实地接合以降低针头意外刺伤人体的风险。
背景技术
导管及其所用的套筒在医疗用品市场上到处可见。典型导管总成作成无菌包装且包含导管、引入器及套筒。套筒的用处在于在运送期间保护针头及在导管和引入器拆离无菌包装时避免意外针头扎住。因此之故,套筒必须具有充分夹持力使其在拆除无菌包装时不会意外卸脱引入器。然而,倘若夹持力过大,则在卸下套筒时实际上会发生针头剌伤使用者。举例来说,使用者通常将套筒握在一手中而引入器握在另一手中,然后以一方向拉套筒及以反向拉引入器,在引入器卸脱束缚时,使用者的手臂会缩回,导致使用者意外刺伤自己。此为实际上要担心的部份。
一种夹持套筒在引入器上的常见方法为在套筒内模铸三个制动件以接合在引入器上的环形凸缘。此方法对某些类型的导管已经有效。然而,导管已发展出具有翼片的形式以让导管能在插入后更易于固定在患者身上。该等翼片需求套筒内具有沟槽,以便在套筒内套住导管时,能在其内容纳该翼片。由于引入沟槽,套筒的结构整体性使套筒只可能具有极为松弛的夹持性能,因此,其极可能与制动件卸脱。借助加大沟槽间制动件的尺寸的方式以解决上述问题的尝试已导致产生两种可能性,即不可靠的夹持的可能性及过于强力的夹持的可能性,这些都会增加意外针头扎伤人体的风险。
发明内容
现公开一种可确实地接合/卸脱的导管套筒,其能降低针头扎伤人体的风险。该套筒有底座和本体部,该本体部具有一对沟槽。该对沟槽在其间具有套筒的可变形区域。该底座内侧的该可变形区域内至少提供以一个制动件。该套筒具有一个机构,在该机构受致动时,使该制动件卸脱。
本发明提供一种导管套筒,其包含:
一个具有底座的插入端;
一个与所述底座耦接且从所述底座延伸至一个末梢端的本体部,所述本体部与所述底座限定第一沟槽和第二沟槽;
一个限定在所述沟槽之间的所述套筒的可变形区域;
一个在所述底座内侧介于所述第一和第二沟槽之间的第一制动件;所述套筒还包括:
一个当从所述本体的外侧施加径向向内朝向所述本体的压力时用以将所述制动件从一个接合位置释脱的卸脱装置,以使所述可变形区域在第一制动件处径向向外变形。

具体实施方式
图1为本发明一实施例的带有引入器和套筒的导管的透视图。导管22与导管套座26耦接。套座26具有形成为其一部份的翼片24。引入器30具有作为其一部份的环形凸缘28用以接合套筒10。套筒10有一对沟槽12用以收纳导管套座26的翼片24。套筒10有底座11和本体部13,该底座位于插入端,该本体部终止于末梢端。该沟槽在其间具有可变形区域14。臂件16连接于可变形区域14。臂件16有第一端和自由端,该第一端连接于可变形区域14,该自由端从该底座沿套筒向下延伸。施加在臂件16自由端的压力使在该底座的可变形区14从套筒的轴线移开。
图2为图1实施例的套筒的透视图。在底座11内配置多个制动件18、20。虽然图中只显示二个制动件,第三制动件通常在制动件20对面而对称地安置在底座11上。制动件18配置在底座11上沟槽12间的可变形区域14内。在引入器30放置在套筒10内时,制动件18、20接合环形凸缘(见图1的标记28)。由于沟槽12降低结构整体性,在某些实施例中,可能需要让制动件18的尺寸比制动件20大,即使在沟槽12所造成的挠性使可变形区域14不能紧紧夹持住环形凸缘28,也仍然能确保实现确实地接合。显然地,即使套筒10具有沟槽12,只要在制动件18和20提供充分夹持作用以让套筒10不会轻易意外地卸脱的前提下,其仍适用于夹持无翼片导管。
如图3为图1实施例的导管总成和套筒的局部剖面图。如图1所示,制动件18接合环形凸缘28且翼片24放置在沟槽12内,这使得施加在臂件16末梢端处的压力可导致其最大程度地平移离开套筒10轴线。臂件16有一厚度40,该厚度大于臂件16与套筒10本体部13间的距离42。在一实施例中,臂件16大致与制动件18对齐。通过保持臂件16与套筒本体部13间的距离小于臂件厚度,得以避免套筒在制造中无意中嵌套或互锁。
图4为图3套筒和导管总成的局部剖面图,其中臂件受按压,从而卸脱制动件。在此图中,所示出的压力是施加在臂件16的末梢端,从而卸脱制动件18与环形凸缘28的接合。一旦制动件18卸脱环形凸缘28,其他制动件20提供极小或无夹持力且该导管总成可轻易抽离套筒而没有现有技术中产生的反冲力的风险。
图5为本发明另一实施例的透视图。套筒60有与本体部63耦接的底座61,且有一对在其间具有可变形区域64的沟槽62。在可变形区域64中途下游提供一薄或挠性区域66。挠性区域66相对于可变形区域64的其他部分为挠性。挠性区域66可用和可变形区域64其他部分相同的材料制作,仅将该挠性区域制成得较薄即可。另一种方式为使用具有不同刚性的不同材料。底座61内的制动件(图中未示)与前文所述相同。
图6为图5的套筒的局部剖面图,该套筒内插有一导管总成。施加在可变形区域64上远离较薄的挠性区域66的压力使位在该变形区域内的底座上的制动件68平移离开套筒轴线且卸脱引入器30与环形凸缘28的接合。
图7为第三实施例套筒的局部剖面图,该套筒安装在一导管总成上。此实施例与图5和6所示实施例相似,差异处在于在可变形区域84内的套筒内表面上提供可绕轴枢转突起86。可绕轴枢转突起86接触导管套座,使得施加在远离可绕轴枢转突起86的可变形区域84上的压力导致可变形区域84以该可绕轴枢转突起为支点如跷跷板般作用,使得制动件88平移离开套筒轴线并卸脱与环形凸缘28的接合。
每一前述实施例均允许在极小或无阻力情形下,从套筒中抽出引入器导管总成。该套筒可通过注射成型或以其他传统装置制成。在一实施例中,套筒作为一连续性单元一体成型。显然地,前述具有沟槽的套筒适用于许多类型的导管,包括有翼片或无翼片导管。因此,单一个套筒设计能用于多种不同导管,从而降低原本需制造数种不同套筒所须的工具、模具的制作成本。
在以上说明中已参照本发明的特定实施例作了说明。但很明显可在不脱离本发明申请专利的更宽的精神及范围下作出各种修改及变化。因此本说明书及附图仅为说明范例而不具限制性。

Claims (13)

1.一种导管套筒,其包含:
一个具有底座的插入端;
一个与所述底座耦接且从所述底座延伸至一个末梢端的本体部,所述本体部与所述底座限定第一沟槽和第二沟槽;
一个限定在所述沟槽之间的所述套筒的可变形区域;
一个在所述底座内侧介于所述第一和第二沟槽之间的第一制动件;
所述套筒还包括:
一个当从所述本体部的外侧施加径向向内朝向所述本体部的压力时用以将所述制动件从一个接合位置释脱的卸脱装置,以使所述可变形区域在第一制动件处径向向外变形。
2.如权利要求1所述的导管套筒,还包括多个制动件,其配置在所述底座的一个内侧边。
3.如权利要求2所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述导管套筒包括三个制动件,其位于一个三角形的顶点。
4.如权利要求2所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述卸脱装置包含:
一个耦接在所述沟槽之间的所述套筒上且朝所述本体部末梢端延伸的臂件。
5.如权利要求4所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述臂件是在所述底座附近。
6.如权利要求4所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述臂件与所述第一制动件大致对齐。
7.如权利要求4所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述臂件具有第一端和自由端,第一端耦接所述底座附近的所述可变形区域,且自由端远离所述套筒的底座。
8.如权利要求7所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述臂件的自由端与所述本体部由一个间隙分隔开。
9.如权利要求8所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述臂件有一个厚度,且其中所述间隙小于所述臂件的所述厚度。
10.如权利要求1所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述卸脱装置包含:
一个介于邻近所述底座的所述沟槽之间的刚性区域;及
一个介于邻近所述刚性区域且远离所述底座的所述沟槽之间的挠性区域。
11.如权利要求1所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述卸脱装置包含:
一个位于所述本体部内介于所述沟槽之间的可绕轴枢转突起,当一个导管位于所述套筒中时,所述可绕轴枢转突起与所述导管的套座接触,使得施加在所述沟槽之间且远离所述可绕轴枢转突起的压力导致所述第一制动件平移离开一个引入器的一个环形凸缘。
12.如权利要求1所述的导管套筒,还包括一个限定在所述底座和所述本体部之间的台阶或肩部。
13.如权利要求1所述的导管套筒,其特征在于:所述导管套筒作为单一单元一体成型。
