Abstract
带有拼合成锥形管的打褶的过滤材料(1)的过滤管,其特征在于,拼合成锥形管的打褶的过滤材料(1)至少在它的端部区域各具有一个至少局部环绕的带子(3,4),带子(3,4)在打褶的过滤材料的一面上在折叠部位(10.1—10.4)区域与过滤材料(1)相连。本发明另外还涉及一种制造所述过滤管的方法。
Description
过滤管用来清洁气体或液体。其中带有待沉积颗粒的介质流过只允许介质通过的过滤管壁。当介质通过压差强制通过过滤管壁时颗粒沉积下来,得到清洁的介质从管壁的另一侧穿出。
由DE4427817A1已知一种过滤管,它包含一个圆柱形的、由一种层压的无纺织物制成的平行于它的轴线打褶的过滤体。在过滤器工作时径向流过过滤器内腔,使得清洁空气一侧位于圆柱体之内。这种过滤管的制造这样地进行,首先将过滤无纺织物带打褶,接着装入一个圆柱形基架,其中过滤带的末端相互粘接。得到的管子在其两端区域与一个塑料盖子或管底防尘地粘接在一起。
在不同的过滤设备中也采用圆锥形过滤管。其中采用玻璃纤维纸作为过滤介质。这里其结构与圆柱形过滤管的结构相同。
圆锥形过滤管的问题在于圆锥管的形成。
按本发明打褶的管至少各具有一个在末端区域至少部分环绕的带子,它在打褶的过滤材料一侧上在折叠部位区域与过滤材料相连。
这个带子在圆周方向延伸到设置在过滤管纵向的过滤材料连接部位的附近有好处。由此过滤材料在尽可能大的范围内与带子相连,并提高在形成锥形管时过滤材料的牢固性。
通过将带子设置在过滤管洁净气体一侧,可以使带子不受待过滤颗粒的影响。但是原则上也可以将带子装在含尘气体一侧,以便例如改善过滤管的排气强度(Ausblas festigkeit)。
带子最好借助于一种易熔粘接剂与过滤材料的折叠部位相连。由此可以将涂了易熔粘接剂的带子压在展开的过滤材料上。当易熔粘接剂硬化时建立牢固的连接。
如果与过滤材料相连接的带子分布在一个明显偏离同心圆的轨道上,那末由于带子不必沿圆弧铺放,因而制造可以比较简单。
如果与卷曲成锥形管的过滤材料相连的带子具有带不同正负号导程的末端,那末带子可以作为一条直线贴在展开的过滤材料上。
按本发明的制造上述过滤管的方法在于:首先将带状的、平的过滤材料在打褶装置中做上基本上相互平行的折皱,使打褶的带状过滤材料铺展成一个圆锥体的展开面,将带子放在一面的折叠部位上并与折叠部位连接,接着将过滤材料弯曲成圆锥管,通过两端相互拼接使过滤材料封闭。
由于这种方法可以采用打褶的平的过滤材料带,为了制成圆锥形过滤管,它的一条纵侧边比另一条更长地伸展。从而可以避免采用已经剪裁成圆弧形的过滤材料来形成圆锥过滤管。
特别是通过将带子直线形地铺放在铺展成圆锥体展开面的过滤材料上,并与过滤材料相连,可以不花费很多费用得到形状稳定的圆锥形状。
在附图形中表示按本发明的过滤管。其中表示:

图1中以纵剖视表示的过滤管具有一个锥形或圆锥形管类型的外形。管子的外壳由过滤材料1制成,在管子内腔2内两条基本上分布在圆周方向的带子3,4与过滤材料相连。
在管子的两个端面区域过滤材料1防尘地与一个例如由塑料或金属制成的盖子5或底板6相粘接。通过盖子5或底板6部分填满液态合成树脂7,例如聚氨酯进行粘接,然后将做成管子的过滤材料1以其末端插入盖子或底板。当合成树脂硬化时形成牢固的连接。
在管子的内腔2内可以附加地安装一个没有画出来的锥形支承网,这防止在压差作用下从未净化气体一侧到位于管子内腔内的洁净气体一侧的过滤材料1沿外壳的凹陷,并且在装配时也起一般的牢固作用。
图2中表示图1过滤管顶视图的局部视图。过滤材料1从具有假想小圆周8的上端径向向外延伸到位于一个假想大圆周9上的管子的相对一端。
过滤材料1经过打褶,并交替地具有内外折叠部位10,11。过滤材料在内外折叠部位10,11之间的局部表面在连接部位12处相互搭接,并且相互紧密粘接。由此由原本平直的过滤材料1形成一个封闭的圆锥外壳面。
在所表示的例子中内外折叠部位10,11之间的距离在整个高度上是不变的。由于由一个三个顺次相连的折叠部位11,12所构成的单个折皱的扩展作为内、外折叠部位10,11之间的径向距离的折皱深度从大圆9区域到小圆8区域越来越小。相反内、外折叠部位10,11之间在圆周方向的距离越来越大。
原则上在圆周方向的间距可以保持不变。但是为此过滤材料在形成折皱时必须已经带有增大的折皱深度,这在工艺方面费用较大。这样在形成折皱以后过滤材料便已经存在弯曲的形状,例如弯成圆弧形。
图3中表示在形成管子以前平面状的过滤材料1。过滤材料以相应于成品过滤管的圆锥外壳面的展开平面的弯曲带材形状供货。原本平直的带材的折皱13具有相同的折皱深度和相同的折皱间距,也就是说相应于制造圆柱形过滤管所用的带材。
在由打褶的过滤材料1制成的弯曲带材的于成品过滤管中位于内腔内的上表面上贴放上带子3、4。其中带子3、4仅仅各自位于折叠部位10.1-10.4之上,并通过粘接材料点14.1-14.7与它相连。
带子3、4直线形铺放在弯曲的带材上,这使得在构成锥形管时带子3、4不围成同心圆。带子3、4的分布定性地相当于图1所示分布,其中与弯曲成锥形管的过滤材料1相连的带子3、4具有带不同正负号的导程的末端。
这种过滤管的制造这样地进行,首先将过滤材料的直线带材打褶。所形成的基本上平行的折皱具有相同的折皱深度和相同的折皱间距。
接着将打褶的带状过滤材料铺展成圆锥外壳面的展开面。在一侧的折叠部位10.1-10.4上放上两条带子3、4,并与折叠部位10.1-10.4通过粘接点14.1-14.7连接。接着过滤材料1弯曲成一个锥形管,并通过两个端头12.1-12.2的拼合封闭。
由于贴在上面的带子3、4带材端头12.1、12.2在拼合时的锥形轮廓其大小已经确定,然而其中仅仅确定管子大小的上限。还可以挤缩成一个小一些的管子。
因此由过滤材料制造锥形管实施很方便,特别是如果带子3、4直线形铺放在展开成圆锥外壳面的展开面上并与过滤材料1相连的话。
按本发明的过滤管特别是用在空气净化中。
Claims (8)
1.带有拼合成锥形管的打褶的过滤材料(1)的过滤管,其特征在于:拼合成锥形管的打褶的过滤材料(1)至少在它的端部区域各具有一个至少局部环绕的带子(3,4),带子(3,4)在打褶的过滤材料的一侧上在折叠部位(10.1-10.4)区域与过滤材料(1)相连。
2.按权利要求1的过滤管,其特征在于:带子(3,4)在圆周方向延伸到设置在过滤管纵向的过滤材料(1)的接缝部位(12)的附近。
3.按权利要求1或2的过滤管,其特征在于:带子(3,4)放置在过滤管的洁净空气侧。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项的过滤管,其特征在于:带子(3,4)借助于易熔粘接剂与过滤材料(1)的折叠部位(10.1-10.4)相连。
5.按权利要求1至4之任一项的过滤管,其特征在于:与过滤材料(1)相连的带子(3,4)分布在明显偏离同心圆的轨道上。
6.按权利要求1至5之任一项的过滤管,其特征在于:与弯曲成锥形管的过滤材料(1)相连的带子(3,4)具有带不同正负号的导程的末端。
7.按权利要求1至6之任一项的过滤管的制造方法,其特征在于:首先将带状的、平面过滤材料(1)在打褶装置中做上基本上平行的折皱,将打褶的带状过滤材料(1)铺展成圆锥外壳面的展开面,在一侧的折叠部位(10.1-10.4)上放上带子(3,4)并与折叠部位(10.1-10.4)相连,接着将过滤材料(1)卷成锥形管,并通过两端的拼合将管子封闭。
8.按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:带子(3,4)直线形放在铺展成圆锥外壳面展开面的过滤材料(1)上,并与过滤材料(1)相连。
