本发明属于机械类容积式设备领域,特别涉及一种旋转活塞式压缩机或泵等流体压缩抽送机领域。
背景技术
目前,容积式流体压缩、抽送机器主要有:(1)往复式活塞压缩机,柱塞泵;其结构复杂,体积较大,制造成本较高,存在脉动,噪声。(2)螺杆式压缩机,螺杆泵,其结构复杂,轴向尺寸较长。(3)滑片式压缩机,滑片式泵。相对简单,但使用寿命较短。(4)回转式压缩机,回转式泵。由于回转活塞与主轴偏心配置,容易产生振动,结构复杂。(5)涡旋式压缩机,涡旋式泵。结构虽然简单,但加工制造困难,压缩比较小。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种体积小,结构简单,转速高,噪音低,加工制造容易,成本低廉的旋转活塞式机。
本发明的技术解决方案可依如下方式实现:
本发明含有:定子、组合旋转活塞;所述定子内设有内腔体;所述组合旋转活塞置于内腔体内;所述定子内配有吸入室、压出室;所述吸入室11内设有一组吸入口;压出室12内设有一组配有单向阀片的排出口;所述吸入口与排出口分别与内腔体相通;所述组合旋转活塞配有四个活塞结构单元;所述活塞结构单元含有塞面、托架;所述活塞结构单元之间通过托架上的铰接销轴接;在所述铰接销上配有轴承;所述托架铰接孔间距连线构成平行四边形;所述平行四边形对角线的长度大小成周期性变化;所述组合旋转活塞上的塞面端点的运动轨迹与定子型腔曲线轨迹方程F(x,y,z)相吻合;所述组合旋转活塞的塞面与定子型腔曲面配合形成各自密闭的独立腔室。
本发明在所述内腔体轴向两侧配有支承滑道;所述组合旋转活塞上的轴承沿支承滑道周期性运动。
本发明所述托架可为4个。
本发明实现了旋转活塞与定子型腔无接触运行,其结构简单,使用寿命长,加工制造容易,制造成本低廉,通用性广泛。

具体实施方式
本发明含有:定子3、组合旋转活塞1;所述定子3内设有内腔体8;所述组合旋转活塞1置于内腔体8内;所述定子3内配有吸入室11、压出室12;所述吸入室11内设有一组吸入口9;压出室12内设有一组配有单向阀片排出口10;所述吸入口9与排出口10分别与内腔体8相通;所述组合旋转活塞1配有四个活塞结构单元13;所述活塞结构单元13含有塞面14、托架15;所述活塞结构单元13之间通过托架15上的铰接销2轴接;在所述铰接销2上配有轴承5;所述托架15铰接孔间距连线构成平行四边形;所述平行四边形对角线的长度大小成周期性变化;在所述内腔体8轴向两侧配有支承滑道6;所述组合旋转活塞1上的轴承5沿支承滑道6周期性运动;所述组合旋转活塞1上的塞面14端点的运动轨迹与定子3型腔曲线轨迹方程F(x,y,z)相吻合;所述组合旋转活塞1的塞面14与定子3型腔曲面配合形成各自密闭的独立腔室I、II、III、IV、V、VI。托架15为4个。本发明组合旋转活塞中相邻活塞结构单元13之间可通过铰接销2自由摆动;组合旋转活塞1作为一个整体绕中心点O旋转;托架15铰接孔间距连线构成平行四边形,其对角线长度由小逐渐变大,又由大逐渐变小。组合旋转活塞1的活塞结构单元13上四个铰接轴承的外圈面沿支承滑道6曲线轨迹f(x,y, z)滚动。支承滑道6配置在定子型腔轴向两侧。组合旋转活塞1上每个活塞结构单元13两端点a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h运动轨迹为F(x,y,z),与定子型腔曲面为间隙配合。图1中f(x,y,z)为支承滑道6曲线轨迹方程。图1中7为定子型腔曲线。组合旋转活塞1上每个活塞结构单元13两端点a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h各处与定子型腔曲线7配合成密封间隙,形成独立腔室I、II、III、IV、V、VI,如图1所示。组合旋转活塞1中相邻活塞结构单元13之间可通过铰接销2自由摆动;轴承5内圈与铰接销2配合;轴承5外圈面在支承滑道6上f(x,y,z)曲线轨迹面上滚动。当组合旋转活塞1按图1所示箭头方向绕中心转动时,组合旋转活塞1铰接孔间距连线构成的平行四边形对角线长度逐渐由大变小,再由小逐渐变大,其组合旋转活塞1上a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h随同组合旋转活塞1运动,运动轨迹与定子3型腔曲线轨迹方程F(x,y,z)重合。组合旋转活塞1上的各个活塞结构单元13所对应的各自独立腔室I、II、III、IV、V、VI的容积,同时由最小逐渐变大,再由最大变成最小,经配流从吸入室11吸进流体,经配流通过压出室12,将流体排出,如图1所示。图2为本发明一组平行四边形顶点绕其中心点作周期性运动形成封闭曲线轨迹原理图;组合旋转活塞在作周期性运动中,其端点作动态同步运动形成的型腔曲线方程F(x,y,z)以及支承滑道6曲线轨迹方程都依据图2所示的原理实现的。

Claims (3)

1、一种旋转活塞机,其特征在于:含有:定子(3)、组合旋转活塞(1);所述定子(3)内设有内腔体(8);所述组合旋转活塞(1)置于内腔体(8)内;所述定子(3)内配有吸入室(11)、压出室(12);所述吸入室(11)内设有一组吸入口(9);压出室(12)内设有一组配有单向阀片(4)的排出口(10)  所述吸入口(9)与排出口(10)分别与内腔体(8)相通;所述组合旋转活塞(1)配有四个活塞结构单元(13);所述活塞结构单元(13)含有塞面(14)、托架(15);所述活塞结构单元(13)之间通过托架(15)上的铰接销(2)轴接;在所述铰接销(2)上配有轴承(5);所述托架(15)铰接孔间距连线构成平行四边形;所述平行四边形对角线的长度大小成周期性变化;所述组合旋转活塞(1)上的塞面(14)端点的运动轨迹与定子(3)型腔曲线轨迹方程F(x,y,z)相吻合;所述组合旋转活塞(1)的塞面(14)与定子(3)型腔曲面配合形成各自密闭的独立腔室(I、II、III、IV、V、VI)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋转活塞机,其特征在于:在所述内腔体(8)轴向两侧配有支承滑道(6);所述组合旋转活塞(1)上的轴承(5)沿支承滑道(6)周期性运动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转活塞机,其特征在于:所述托架(15)为4个。
