Abstract

技术领域
本发明是一种用于流体机械的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,涉及风机、泵、液压马达、压缩机与膨胀动力机等流体动力机械制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前用于容积旋转式流体机械与发动机的工作机构有多种,但都存在很多缺陷,以用于压缩机的滑片式运动机构与滚动转子运动机构为例,滑片式运动机构的滑片与缸体的接触磨损较大,气密性较差;滚动转子运动机构旋转一圈进行一次压缩工作,滑片与转子之间的密封性能较差,无法适应高气压工作;旋转容积式流体机械的工作机构存在的缺陷决定了流体机械的各种性能无法进一步提高。本申请人于2017年12月16日申请了一项发明专利,申请号:201711357617.9,发明名称:转轮活塞同步回旋机构,该项发明公开了一种用于流体动力机械的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,该项技术通过双体活塞与转轮同步回旋运动实现流体的连续输送与压缩,结构简单实用。本申请人通过长时间的研究与实验,对该项技术做了进一步的改进,用来提高现有旋转容积式流体动力机械的各项性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容积旋转式的转轮活塞同步回旋机构作为流体动力机械的运动工作机构,用来提高流体动力机械技术领域的风机、泵、液压马达、压缩机与膨胀动力机的各项性能。
为达到上述目的,所采取的技术措施是:转轮活塞同步回旋机构,包括定子、转子、双体活塞、滑动件与转轴。定子的缸盖内部安装有轴承座,该轴承座与缸套之间相对偏心安装;定子的内壁上开有流体进入流道与流体排出流道。转子的内部开有一个或一个以上的旋转缸体,旋转缸体的上缸体壁面上开有上吸入口,该旋转缸体的下缸体壁面上安装有下吸入口。转子的转轮安装在缸套中,该转轮下端面上的传动轴,轴承支撑安装缸座的下轴承座中,或转轮的上端面上安装有上轴套,该上轴套安装在缸盖内部的轴套座中。或转轮的下端面上安装有下轴套,该下轴套安装在缸座的下轴承座中。或转轮的上端面与下端面为平面,所述转轮安装在缸套中。双体活塞安装在转轮内部的旋转缸体中,该双体活塞的外壁面与旋转缸体内壁面,平面接触或曲面接触直线滑动,该双体活塞的上活塞与下活塞之间的活塞体上,开有滑动槽。滑动件安装在滑动槽中,滑动件的滑动面为平面。滑动件的滑动面,与滑动槽的滑动壁面接触滑动。或滑动槽的侧面开有一条或一条以上的侧向滑槽,滑动件安装在侧向滑槽中,滑动件的滑动面为弧形面,或为球面;该滑动件的滑动方向,与双体活塞在旋转缸体中滑动的方向相互垂直。转轴的一端轴体,轴承支撑安装在缸盖内部的轴套座中,轴体从轴套座中伸出;或转轴的另一端轴体,安装在缸座的转轴安装座中。转轴上安装有一个或一个以上的滑动件,滑动件固定安装在转轴的轴头或轴体上;或滑动件上开有同步轴孔,转轴的同步轴体,活动安装在同步轴孔中;或滑动件上开有圆轴孔,转轴的轴体在圆轴孔中转动。

2,滑动槽的侧面开有侧向滑槽,滑动件安装在侧向滑槽中,滑动槽与侧向滑槽为十字安装,滑动件的滑动方向,与双体活塞在旋转缸体中滑动的方向相互垂直;采用十字滑块结构,提高滑动件与双体活塞之间活动连接的稳定性能;
3,转轮一端上轴套支撑安装,或上轴套与下轴套两端支撑安装在缸套中,转轴的轴体穿过转轮一个或一个以上的旋转缸体;采用这种安装结构,一根转轴同时带动若干个双体活塞及转轮同步回旋运动;
4,双体活塞的活塞体顶端开有轴孔,旋转缸体的上部安装有固定轴,活塞体的下摆动面与旋转缸体的弧形壁面啮合,通过双体活塞的摆动工作,减小摩擦,结构更加稳定;同时采用双流体吸入流道与双流体排出流道分开工作,消除上吸入口与下吸入口的旋转角度差,有益于流体吸入与排出工作;
5,双体活塞的上活塞与下活塞,分开对置安装在旋转缸体中,利用连杆或偏心圆滑块带动上活塞或下活塞同步回旋运动,采用这种机构有利于进行气体输送与压缩;
6,若干个定子连接固定安装,一根转轴带动若干个转轮旋转,这种结构适用于流体的多级输送与压缩工作;

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一.第一实施例
如图1所示,转轮活塞同步回旋机构,包括:定子101、转子201、双体活塞301、滑动件109与转轴105。定子101缸盖102的内部安装有轴承座103,该轴承座103与缸套104之间相对偏心安装;定子101的内壁上开有流体进入流道106与流体排出流道107。转子201的内部开有两个旋转缸体302,旋转缸体302的上缸体壁面212上开有上吸入口213,该旋转缸体302的下缸体壁面214上开有下吸入口215。转子201的转轮202安装在缸套104中,该转轮202的下端面230上的传动轴203,轴承支撑安装缸座120的下轴承座260中,该转轮202的上端面250上安装有上轴套210,该上轴套210安装在缸盖102内部的轴套座211中。如图2所示,双体活塞301安装在转轮202内部的旋转缸体302中,该双体活塞301的外壁面与旋转缸体302内壁面,平面接触直线滑动,该双体活塞301的上活塞303与下活塞304之间的活塞体380上,开有滑动槽305,滑动件109安装在滑动槽305中,该滑动件109的滑动面330为平面。如图1所示,滑动件109安装在滑动槽305中,该滑动件109的滑动面330为弧形面340,滑动槽305的侧面开有侧向滑槽320,滑动件109安装在侧向滑槽320中,该滑动件109的滑动方向,与双体活塞301在旋转缸体302中滑动的方向相互垂直。转轴的105一端轴体110,轴承支撑安装在缸盖102内部的轴套座103中,轴体110从轴套座103中伸出,转轴105上安装有两个的滑动件109,滑动件109固定安装在转轴105的轴体110上;滑动件109上开有圆轴孔130,转轴105的轴体110在圆轴孔130中转动。如图3所示,滑动件109安装在侧向滑槽320中,滑动件109的滑动面为球面。
至此,本发明转轮活塞同步回旋机构第一实施例,介绍完毕。
二. 第二实施例
如图4所示,双体活塞301活塞体380的顶端开有轴孔801,旋转缸体302的上部安装有固定轴802,该固定轴802安装在轴孔801中。活塞体380的下摆动面803与旋转缸体302的弧形壁面804啮合;定子101的内壁上开有第一流体进入流道812、第一流体排出流道813、第二流体进入流道814与第二流体排出流道815。如图5所示,转轮202转动,旋转缸体302的上缸体壁面807的上吸入口816,与第一流体进入流道812或第一流体排出流道813相通,旋转缸体302下缸体壁面811上的下吸入口817,与二流体进入流道814或第二流体排出流道815相通。上轴套210安装在缸盖102内部的轴套座211中,转轮202的下端面(230)上安装有下轴套240,该下轴套240安装在缸座120的下轴承座260中。如图4所示,转轴105的轴体110上,安装有滑槽401,滑槽401为开口滑槽410;双体活塞301的活塞体380上安装有导轨402,该导轨402为滑板状,该导轨402安装在滑槽401中。如图6所示,转轴105的轴体110上,安装有滑槽401,该滑槽401为套状,双体活塞301的活塞体380上安装有导轨402,该导轨402为柱体。转轮202安装在缸套104中,转轮202的上端面250与下端面230为平面。
至此,本发明转轮活塞同步回旋机构第二实施例,介绍完毕。
三. 第三实施例
如图7所示,滑动件109的结构为偏心圆滑块702;该偏心圆滑块702固定在转轴105的轴体110上,双体活塞301的活塞体380上开有偏心圆滑槽701,偏心圆滑块702安装在偏心圆滑槽701中。如图8所示,双体活塞301的活塞体380上安装有活塞销670,活塞销670安装在连杆650的小头680中,转轴105的轴体110,安装在连杆650的大头660中。如图9所示,双体活塞301的上活塞303与下活塞304,分开对置安装在旋转缸体302中;上活塞303的底部安装有上活塞体710,下活塞304的底部安装有下活塞体720,上活塞体710安装在下活塞体720的上部。上活塞体710上安装有上连杆730,下活塞体720上安装有下连杆740。
至此,本发明转轮活塞同步回旋机构第三实施例,介绍完毕。
四. 第四实施例
如图10、图12所示,转轮202的上轴套210或下轴套240的内部,开有偏心圆槽270,该偏心圆槽270中安装有圆滑块280,圆滑块280上开有偏心座290,转轴105的轴体110上安装有偏心轴颈291,该偏心轴颈291安装在偏心座290中;所述圆滑块280与偏心座290之间的偏心距,等于转轮202与偏心圆槽270之间的偏心距;圆滑块280与偏心座290之间的偏心距,等于转轮202与转轴105之间的偏心距。转轴105旋转,带动转轮202等速旋转运动。如图11所示,三个定子(101)连接固定安装多级输送或压缩流体工作,所述转轴105带动三个转轮202旋转。如图12所示,两个相邻转轮202的上轴套210与下轴套240之间相互固定连接。
至此,本发明转轮活塞同步回旋机构第四实施例,介绍完毕。
还需要说明的是,实施例中提到的方向用语,例如“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等,仅是参考附图的方向,并非用来限制本发明的保护范围。此外,除非特别描述或必须依序发生的步骤,上述步骤的顺序并无限制于以上所列,且可根据所需设计而变化或重新安排。并且上述实施例可基于设计及可靠度的考虑,彼此混合搭配使用或与其他实施例混合搭配使用,即不同实施例中的技术特征可以自由组合形成更多的实施例。

Claims (10)
1.一种转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于,包括:
定子(101),其缸盖(102)的内部安装有轴承座(103),所述轴承座(103)与缸套(104)之间相对偏心安装;所述定子(101)的内壁上开有流体进入流道(106)与流体排出流道(107);
转子(201),其内部开有一个或一个以上的旋转缸体(302),所述旋转缸体(302)的上缸体壁面(212)上开有上吸入口(213),所述旋转缸体(302)的下缸体壁面(214)上安装有下吸入口(215);所述转子(201)的转轮(202)安装在缸套(104)中,所述转轮(202)下端面(230)上的传动轴(203),轴承支撑安装缸座(120)的下轴承座(260)中,或所述转轮(202)的上端面(250)上安装有上轴套(210),所述上轴套(210)安装在缸盖(102)内部的轴套座(211)中;或转轮(202)的下端面(230)上安装有下轴套(240),所述下轴套(240)安装在缸座(120)的下轴承座(260)中,或转轮(202)的上端面(250)与下端面(230)为平面,所述转轮(202)安装在缸套(104)中;
双体活塞(301),其安装在转轮(202)内部的旋转缸体(302)中,所述双体活塞(301)的外壁面与旋转缸体(302)内壁面,平面接触或曲面接触直线滑动,所述双体活塞(301)的上活塞(303)与下活塞(304)之间的活塞体(380)上,开有滑动槽(305);
滑动件(109),其安装在滑动槽(305)中,所述滑动件(109)的滑动面(330)为平面,所述滑动件(109)的滑动面(330),与滑动槽(305)的滑动壁面(360)接触滑动;或所述滑动槽(305)的侧面开有一条或一条以上的侧向滑槽(320),所述滑动件(109)安装在侧向滑槽(320)中,所述滑动件(109)的滑动面(330)为弧形面(340),或为球面(350);所述滑动件(109)的滑动方向,与双体活塞(301)在旋转缸体(302)中滑动的方向相互垂直;
转轴(105),其一端轴体(110)轴承支撑安装在缸盖(102)内部的轴套座(103)中,所述轴体(110)从轴套座(103)中伸出,或所述转轴(105)的另一端轴体(110)安装在缸座(120)的转轴安装座(222)中;所述转轴(105)上安装有一个或一个以上的滑动件(109),所述滑动件(109)固定安装在转轴(105)的轴头(108)或轴体(110)上;或所述滑动件(109)上开有同步轴孔(112),所述转轴(105)的同步轴体(111),活动安装在同步轴孔(112)中;或所述滑动件(109)上开有圆轴孔(130),所述转轴(105)的轴体(110)在圆轴孔(130)中转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述双体活塞(301)活塞体(380)的顶端开有轴孔(801),所述旋转缸体(302)的上部安装有固定轴(802),所述固定轴(802)安装在轴孔(801)中;所述活塞体(380)的下摆动面(803)与旋转缸体(302)的弧形壁面(804)啮合;所述定子(101)的内壁上开有第一流体进入流道(812)、第一流体排出流道(813)、第二流体进入流道(814)与第二流体排出流道(815);转轮(202)转动,所述旋转缸体(302)的上缸体壁面(807)的上吸入口(816),与第一流体进入流道(812)或第一流体排出流道(813)相通,所述旋转缸体(302)下缸体壁面(811)上的下吸入口(817),与二流体进入流道(814)或第二流体排出流道(815)相通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述转轴(105)的轴体(110)上,安装有滑槽(401),所述滑槽(401)为开口滑槽或圆弧滑槽;所述双体活塞(301)的活塞体(380)上安装有导轨(402),所述导轨(402)安装在滑槽(401)中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述滑动件(109)的结构为偏心圆滑块(702);所述偏心圆滑块(702)固定在转轴(105)的轴体(110)上,所述双体活塞(301)的活塞体(380)上开有偏心圆滑槽(701),所述偏心圆滑块(702)安装在偏心圆滑槽(701)中。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述双体活塞(301)的活塞体(380)上安装有活塞销(670),所述活塞销(670)安装在连杆(650)的小头(680)中,所述转轴(105)的轴体(110),安装在连杆(650)的大头(660)中。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述双体活塞(301)的上活塞(303)与下活塞(304),分开对置安装在旋转缸体(302)中;所述上活塞(303)的底部安装有上活塞体(710),所述下活塞(304)的底部安装有下活塞体(720),所述上活塞体(710)安装在下活塞体(720)的上部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述上活塞体(710)上安装有上连杆(730),所述下活塞体(720)上安装有下连杆(740)。
8.根据权利要求1-2所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述转轮(202)的上轴套(210)或下轴套(240)的内部,开有偏心圆槽(270),所述偏心圆槽(270)中安装有圆滑块(280),所述圆滑块(280)上开有偏心座(290),所述转轴(105)的轴体(110)上安装有偏心轴颈(291),所述偏心轴颈(291)安装在偏心座(290)中;所述圆滑块(280)与偏心座(290)之间的偏心距,等于转轮(202)与偏心圆槽(270)之间的偏心距;所述圆滑块(280)与偏心座(290)之间的偏心距,等于转轮(202)与转轴(105)之间的偏心距;所述转轴(105)旋转,带动转轮(202)等速旋转运动。
9.根据权利要求2所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述若干个定子(101)连接固定安装多级输送或压缩流体工作,所述转轴(105)带动若干个转轮(202)旋转。
10.根据权利要求9所述的转轮活塞同步回旋机构,其特征在于:所述若干个相邻转轮(202)的上轴套(210)与下轴套(240)之间相互固定连接。
