Abstract

一种聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构,所述瓶口部分为无螺纹的瓶口,它经过高温加热、结晶后其瓶口结晶长度在0.5-35mm之间的范围内。为了制造上述结晶型瓶口结构,在结晶前,使未结晶的聚酯瓶坯在有空调环境之下存放24-72小时。开始结晶瓶坯之前,最少要使结晶炉预热两个小时或更长时间;然后,将未结晶的聚酯瓶坯放入料斗后,它经过传送带被送至入坯轮,然后由芯轴传送链条送入结晶炉内进行高温加热、结晶。结晶后的聚酯瓶坯经由出坯轮送出,转入另一条冷却输送带中进行冷却、定型,最后得到瓶口已经结晶的聚酯瓶坯。采用本发明提供的聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口的结构及其制造工艺,有效地提高了聚酯啤酒瓶瓶口的耐热温度和受热时尺寸的稳定性,使其能在啤酒的灌装应用中达到良好的密封效果,安全可靠,质量保证。

Description

聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的制造方法
所属技术领域
本发明涉及用于盛装液态物质的容器,具体地说,涉及聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前使用的啤酒瓶多为玻璃瓶,其瓶口结构均为在顶部形成凸缘,用于瓶盖的盖合和密封,但由于玻璃瓶的易碎性而对使用者带来潜在的危险,人们逐步提出用塑料啤酒瓶代替玻璃瓶来灌装啤酒。众所周知,作为盛装啤酒等充气液体的瓶子,必须有良好的密封性,如中国发明专利申请CN97198151.5公开一种《(用于啤酒和其它用途的零氧气渗透塑料瓶》,这是一种具有改进的耐氧气渗透性的多层结构的塑料容器,它包含有一层氧气清除剂的隔层,这种塑料啤酒瓶的结构及其制造工艺比较复杂,需要使用特定配方的低聚合度聚酯进行生产,以致其生产制造成本较高,难于规模化生产投放市场。
众所周知啤酒瓶瓶口的密封性能是决定整个容器密封性能的关键部分,上述中国发明专利申请CN97198151.5公开一种《(用于啤酒和其它用途的零氧气渗透塑料瓶》的专利申请文献中记载的技术并未对塑料啤酒瓶的瓶口结构和密封性能有详尽的描述,并没有提及瓶子是否能经历灌装过程中70度的高温杀菌处理(巴氏杀菌)而瓶口不变形,不漏气。事实上,塑料啤酒瓶的瓶口密封问题已经成为亟待需要解决的关键技术性问题,它直接影响到所灌装的啤酒的质量,从而构成塑料瓶用在啤酒灌装方面的关键技术问题。
发明的总述
本发明的目的是提供一种能经过70度的高温杀菌后仍然能够保持原来的形状、具有良好密封性能的、经改进的结晶型瓶口结构,可直接应用于聚酯啤酒瓶上。
发明的目的是提供一种制造能经过高温杀菌后仍然具有良好密封性能的聚酯啤酒瓶瓶口的方法。
实现本发明的上述目的,本发明的第一部分提供聚酯啤酒瓶瓶口结晶结构:所述聚酯啤酒瓶的瓶口部分是经过高温热定型具有结晶长度在0.5-35mm之间的瓶口:
所述聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口为无螺纹的瓶口结构。
作为优选,所述结晶型瓶口结构为一个有凸起缘边的瓶口,凸起缘边与瓶口顶部端平面之间有圆弧过渡,如图2所示圆弧E部分。
作为优选,所述结晶型瓶口结构为在一个有凸起缘边的瓶口下方的适当长度处,设有一个下端面为平面的凸起环,凸起环上端面以与垂直方向成呈45度的夹角向外倾斜,并且圆滑地收于瓶口外侧,如图2所示A、B部分。
本发明的第二部分提供一种聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的制造工艺,它依此包括如下步骤:
(1)把聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯放入料斗中进行加热干燥,除去水份:然后把它引入螺杆中进行熔融塑化,并注射成型、冷却定型成聚酯瓶坯:
(2)将未结晶的聚酯瓶坯放入料斗中,经传送带送至入坯轮,再由加热芯轴传送链条送入预先设定好合适温度的结晶炉内进行加热,只使聚酯瓶坯的瓶口受到高温加热,从而使聚酯材料分子发生结晶,结晶后的聚酯瓶坯瓶口具有耐高温的性能。
(3)结晶后的聚酯瓶坯由加热芯轴传送链条送至出坯轮,转送入另一条传送带中
(4)进行自然冷却、定型;然后进行密封包装;
本发明提供的聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口的结构及其制造工艺,有效地提高了聚酯啤酒瓶瓶口的耐热温度和受热时尺寸的稳定性,使其能在啤酒的灌装应用中达到良好的密封效果,安全可靠,质量保证。

优选实施例的详细描述
参照图1、图2、图3,本发明所述的聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构是通过将未结晶瓶坯送到结晶炉内对瓶口部分进行高温加热、定型成。所得的结晶型瓶口结构是无螺纹的瓶口结构,瓶口结晶长度L在0.5-35mm之间,最佳范围为在0.5-10mm之间.
作为具体实施例的聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构,采用聚酯(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)为原料进行制造的。
如图1所示,该图表示本发明的一种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的结构图:由该图可见,作为一种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构:其中在一个有凸起缘边E的瓶口下方的适当长度处,设有一个下端面为平面的凸起环A。
如图2所示,该图表明本发明的第二种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的结构图:由该图可见,作为一种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构:其中在一个有凸起缘边E的瓶口下方的适当长度处,设有一个下端面为平面的凸起环A。凸起环上端面以与垂直方向成呈45度的夹角向外倾斜,并且圆滑地收于瓶口外侧。
图3和图4分别表示本发明的第三种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的结构剖面图;作为一种实施例聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构;其中在一个有凸起缘边E的瓶口下方的适当长度处,设有一个下端面为平面的凸起环A。凸起环上端面以与垂直方向成呈45度的夹角向外倾斜,并且圆滑地收于瓶口外侧。
下面结合图5详细说明本发明所述的聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的制造工艺流程:
(1)准备工作
a)为了保证结晶充分,结晶前,还须使未结晶的聚酯瓶坯在有空调环境之下存放24-72小时,才能开始进行结晶。
b)开始结晶瓶坯之前,最少要使结晶炉预热两个小时,以保证结晶炉内的芯轴和其它部件的温度受热均匀,从而保证聚酯瓶坯瓶口结晶均匀。
c)作为本方法的注意事项,应该保持结晶炉各部件处于清洁状态,以防止结晶过程中瓶坯因带静电而吸尘。
(2)工艺流程
a)将未结晶的聚酯瓶坯放入料斗后,它经过传送带被送至入坯轮,然后由芯轴传送链条送入结晶炉内进行高温加热、结晶。
b)结晶后的聚酯瓶坯经由出坯轮送出,转入另一条冷却输送带中进行冷却、定型,最后进行成品包装。
(3)工艺条件
a)在未投料时,由芯轴控温器控制瓶坯的加热温度,该温度一般控制在120-150度之间的范围内。待瓶坯进入结晶炉后则改由瓶口控温器控制瓶坯的温度,这时一般将瓶坯的温度设定在130-170度之间的范围内。在结晶过程中,应注意根据结晶炉运转速度调节结晶温度。结晶炉运转速度越快,所需要的结晶温度就越高。例如,以结晶速度为7500-10000个/小时,即每个瓶坯所需要的结晶时间为90-120秒:相应的结晶温度为130-170度。
b)瓶坯在结晶炉内的结晶过程中,为了防止坯身受高温影响而结晶,需要用冷却水对坯身进行间接冷却,并使冷却水的温度控制在15-18度之间的范围内。
(4)分子机构分析
在结晶前后,聚酯材料的分子结构排列会发生很大的变化,也就是结晶前常温下的聚酯分子为杂乱无章的无定性状态,如图6所示;经过高温加热结晶后其分子结构会变成整齐有序地排列,如图7、图8所示。
(5)结晶前后性能对比
聚酯瓶坯瓶口结晶前后性能变化如下表:

常温下呈透明状,玻璃化温度为67度,密度为1.33g/cm3,机械性能较差,但断裂伸长率较好。 不透明,呈乳白色,玻璃化温度为81度,密度为1.455g/cm3,机械性能优良,结晶度越高,耐热性能越好,硬度越高。

Claims (6)

1、一种聚酯啤酒瓶结晶型瓶口结构的制造方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
a)在结晶前,使未结晶的聚酯瓶坯在有空调环境之下存放24-72小时;
b)开始结晶瓶坯之前,最少要使结晶炉预热两个小时或更长时间;
c)将未结晶的聚酯瓶坯放入料斗后,它经过传送带被送至入坯轮,然后由芯轴传送链条送入结晶炉内进行高温加热、结晶;
d)结晶后的聚酯瓶坯经由出坯轮送出,转入另一条冷却输送带中进行冷却、定型,最后进行成品包装。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在未投料时,由芯轴控温器控制瓶坯的加热温度,待瓶坯进入结晶炉后则改由瓶口控温器控制瓶坯的温度。
3、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,投料时温度一般控制在120-150度之间的范围内。
4、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,瓶坯进入结晶炉后则改由瓶口控温器控制瓶坯的温度,控制温度设定在130-170度之间的范围内。
5、根据权利要求1至4所述的方法,其特征在于,控制每个瓶坯的结晶时间为90-120秒。
6、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,瓶坯在结晶炉内的结晶过程中,为了防止坯身受高温影响而结晶,需要用冷却水对坯身进行间接冷却,并使冷却水的温度控制在15-18度之间的范围内。
