本发明涉及一种自行车,这种自行车包括一个车架,固定在车架上的瓶笼支撑件,至少一个装在自行车上的电子控制装置以及所述电子控制装置的电子控制和/或电源系统。
自行车电子控制和/或电源系统的应用在以前就提出过,可以参考装有电子控制马达驱动换档的自行车。这类自行车的方案在本申请人提交的美国专利5,470,277中已得到说明和例示。对于上述类型的自行车确实有必要设置放置电子控制单元的外壳,而且这种外壳既不影响自行车的正常使用,同时也能靠近对其进行简单快速地更换和维修。
为有效地解决上面所述问题,本发明的主题是一种前面所说类型自行车的电子控制和/或电源系统的安放构件,这种构件的特征在于其可以固定在自行车的车架上并且与瓶笼支撑件安装在同一位置。
在一优选实施例中,前面所述的安放构件包括一个用于容纳至少一块控制电路卡的容器和一个用于容纳电源电池的辅助电池盒。在一优选实施例中,前面所述的安放构件可以用与固定瓶笼支撑件同样的固定件固定在自行车的车架上。
本发明设想出前面所述总体思路的多种具体实施例。举例说,在第一实施例中,瓶笼支撑件包括一块支撑板,支撑板一般固定在自行车车梁上,典型的是下梁;还包括一个辅助支撑部件,该部件被设计安装在所述支撑板与自行车车梁之间。在后面一种情况下,装纳电子控制单元的容器与所述辅助装置的底端刚性相连并且以悬臂方式在放置瓶子的空间下方伸出。
在前面所述的实施例中,辅助支撑件最好在侧向设有弹性夹子或钳子用来固定构成电源电池盒的细长外壳。该辅助支撑件的另一边,即装有弹性夹子一边的相对边,还可以装设用于固定为自行车充气的气泵的夹子。
在一个不同的实施例中,电子控制单元容器有可位于瓶笼支撑和自行车车梁之间的平面部分,在该平面部分的一边最好设有用来容纳电源电池的壳体。
在另一个不同的实施例中,电子控制单元容器被置于瓶子底部一个突起位置上。如同前面所述的第一种实施例情况,在刚才所述的容器的下面还有一个用来容纳电源电池的盒子。
当然,如果对与瓶笼支撑件相联系的电子控制单元容器的布置方式没有苛求的话,对上面所述实施例可在很大范围内作出改进,最好使用同样的固定螺丝来将瓶笼支撑件以及电子控制单元容器固定在自行车车架上。

参考图1和图2,数字1表示整体上的自行车车架,该自行车车架包括一根下梁2,根据本发明的瓶笼支撑件3固定在下梁上。在图示的示例中,瓶笼支撑件3包括一个瓶子(未示出)支撑架4,支撑架4由折弯的金属丝构成,金属丝与支撑片5刚性连接,支撑片5上开有与固定螺丝50相配合的孔6,固定螺丝50又与开在下梁2或自行车其他任何梁上的相应孔7相配合。瓶笼支撑件3还包括一对位于支撑片5和车架下梁2之间的上辅助板8和一块下辅助板9,在这对板上分别开有和固定螺丝50配合的孔10,固定螺丝50将支撑板5固定在下梁2上。在图中的示例,板8和板9由塑料材料做成,并呈整体各自加工出用于固定圆筒形外壳12的夹子11,圆筒形外壳12用来放置电池13,并带有一个盖子14。底板9与安放电子控制单元的容器15刚性连接,电子控制单元由电池13提供电源,电子控制单元与自行车配置的马达驱动的换档系统相联系。上面描述的结构可以在图3中看得更清,在图3中,容器15用分解图表示,盖子16与底板9用单一塑料材料整体加工成。盖子16可以用螺钉17固定在盘形体18上,盘形体18由塑料材料制成,在其内装有电子控制单元19。电子控制单元19包括一个与电缆21相接的接头20,电缆21设计来与自行车上的脚踏频率传感器相连;还包括一个与电缆23相接的接头22,电缆23用来连接用于控制前换档马达;还包括一个与电缆25连接的接头24,电缆25用来连接用于控制后换档马达;还包括一个与电缆27连接的接头26,电缆27用来连接安装在自行车上手把上的显示装置;还包括一个与电缆29连接的接头28,电缆29用来连接放置在外壳12中的电池13。
得益于上面所述的结构和排列,本发明所述的瓶笼支撑件能起到对支撑电子控制单元19和相应的电源电池13的一种补充支撑功能。上面所述的部件安装在自行车上,既不影响自行车的正常使用,又使得对其更换和维修方便快捷。
图4和图5所示的方案和图1到3中的方案并无本质区别,差别只是两个辅助板8和9上用来夹持电源电池13的电池盒12的弹性夹子在同一边,在另一边有两个弹性夹子11a用来夹持任何类型的手动气泵30,气泵30用来给自行车的轮胎充气。
图6和图7显示了一种变型,其中,电子控制单元容器包括平面部分31,平面部分31被置于支撑片5和车架下梁2之间,支撑片5用来支撑瓶笼支撑组件,在下梁2上开有两个与固定螺丝配合的孔32。在一边,容器平面部分31与电池13外壳33形成一体。
图8和图9显示了图1-3中方案的另外一种变化,在其中,板8和9被单一细长板34所代替,板34上开有孔10与固定螺丝相配合,板34与容器15(其结构如图3所示)刚性连接。这种情况,不提供夹子11,电池13装在辅助盒子35中,辅助盒子35位于主容器15之下。
最后,图10和11显示了图8和图9中方案的一种变型,其不同之处仅在于瓶笼支撑4在结构上不同。这种情况下的瓶笼支撑4包括一个连续的遮挡壁36,遮挡壁36与作为电子控制单元容器的壁体构成一个整体。
当然,只要不对本发明主旨进行曲解,参考所进行的示例性说明和图示的内容,对结构的细节和实施例所作大范围内的改进,应该仍未不脱离本发明领域。

Claims (12)

1.一种自行车中的容纳装置,其中所述自行车包括车架(1),固定在车架(1)上的瓶笼支撑部件(4),至少一个装在自行车上的电子装置,以及所述电子装置的电子控制和/或电源系统,所述容纳装置用于容纳所述电子控制和/或电源系统;其特征在于,所述容纳装置的结构形式适合于与瓶笼支撑件(4)固定在同一个地方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容纳装置,其特征在于所述容纳装置包括一个容纳至少一个电子控制单元(19)的容器(15)和用来容纳电子控制单元(19)的电源电池(13)的辅助容器(12,35)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,所述容纳装置可以用固定瓶笼支撑件(4)同样的固定件(50)固定在自行车的车架(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,所述瓶笼支撑件(4)包括一个可以固定在自行车车架车梁(2)上的支撑板(5),对于瓶笼支撑件(4)还设有辅助支撑件(8,9,34),其设计成位于所述支撑板(5)和所述自行车车架(2)之间;所述容纳电子控制单元的容器(15)与所述辅助支撑件(8,9,34)的底端刚性连接并且在安放瓶子的空间之下呈悬臂伸出。
5.根据权利要求4所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,所述辅助支撑件(8,9)侧向有用来固定构成容纳电源电池的容器(12)的细长外壳的弹性夹子(11)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,所述辅助支撑件(8,9)还带有一对夹子可用来固定给自行车轮胎充气的气泵。
7.根据权利要求2所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,所述容纳电池(13)的容器(35)与容纳所述电子控制单元(19)的所述容器(15)刚性连接并位于所述容器(15)之下。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,容纳所述电子控制单元(19)的所述容器有一个平面部分(31)可安装在所述瓶笼(4)和所述自行车车架之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,构成所述电子控制单元(19)的所述容器的所述平面部分(31)在一边与所述电源电池(13)的外壳(33)形成一体。
10.根据权利要求1所述的容纳装置,其特征在于,容纳所述电子控制单元(19)的所述容器(15)与所述瓶笼(36)支撑件由一块材料制成。
11.一种自行车瓶笼支撑件,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括前面权利要求中任何一项所述的容纳装置。
12.一种自行车,其特征在于,包括前面权利要求中任何一项所述的容纳装置。
