Abstract

本发明为水溶性防锈液,主要用于黑色金属制品、机械零部件的防锈,其配方为:苯甲酸钠8—10%,亚硝酸钠8—10%,尿素4—6%,淀粉2—2.5%,烧碱0.4—0.45%,其余为水。本防锈液安全,组分简单,成本低且防锈期长,黑色金属制品、机械零部件涂布此防锈液后并用防水材料封装起来,可以保持4年以上不生锈。

防锈液
本发明涉及一种金属防锈液,主要用于黑色金属制品、机械零部件的防锈。
一般的防锈油大多是以汽油为溶剂的稀释型防锈油,含有害、易燃物质。申请号为96116283.X的中国专利申请公开了一种水性防锈剂,它不含二甲苯、汽油等有害、易燃物质,但它的组份复杂,防锈只可保持半月至两月,防锈期短。
本发明的目的是提供一种以水为溶剂的主要用于黑色金属的防锈液,它安全,组份简单,成本低且防锈期长。
本发明是这样实现上述目的的。本防锈液是按以下配方配制,各组份总和为100%(重量):
苯甲酸钠                                  8-10%
亚硝酸钠                                  8-10%
尿    素                                  4-6%
淀    粉                                  2-2.5%
烧    碱                                  0.4-0.45%
其余为水
上述组份中,苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠和尿素起防锈作用,淀粉和烧碱的作用是使防锈组份附着在黑色金属上,水是溶剂。黑色金属制品、机械零部件涂布此防锈液后,用塑料薄膜或防潮纸等防水材料封装,可保持4年以上不生锈。将此防锈液用2倍左右的水稀释,机械零件浸于此稀释的防锈液中,至少可保持一个星期不生锈。
本防锈液为透明液体,配制过程不产生废气、废水和废渣,它安全,不含易燃物质,组份简单,仅含有6种组份,成本低,防锈效果好。
本发明最佳实施例配方(重量比)如下:
苯甲酸钠                                  9.5%
亚硝酸钠                                  9.5%
尿    素                                  6%
淀    粉                                  2.4%
烧    碱                                  0.44%
水                                        72.16%

1、一种防锈液,其特征在于:本防锈液是用以下配方配制成,各组份总和为100%(重量)
苯甲酸钠                                  8-10%
亚硝酸钠                                  8-10%
尿    素                                  4-6%
淀    粉                                  2-2.5%
烧    碱                                  0.4-0.45%
其余为水
2、根据权利要求1所述的防锈液,其特征在于本防锈液的配方如下:
苯甲酸钠                                  9.5%
亚硝酸钠                                  9.5%
尿    素                                  6%
淀    粉                                  2.4%
烧    碱                                  0.44%
水                                        72.16%
