Abstract

本发明旨在提高一次性吸收体液物品穿用时的通气性。一次性吸收体液物品的可透液体的表面片由朝一个方向平行延伸的若干第一凸条(11)和与第一凸条(11)交叉且彼此平行延伸的若干第二凸条(12)构成。在由每两条第一凸条(11)和第二凸条(12)包围的区域(13)上形成可透气、透水的开孔,区域(13)上的各两条第一凸条(11)和第二凸条(12)中的至少之一的形成能使那些顶部在第一、二凸条的交点(21)与交点(21)之间的相同区域上的两交点(21)的更下方。

Description

一次性体液吸收物品的表面片
本发明涉及用在一次性尿布和生理用卫生巾等体液吸收物品中的可透液体的表面片。
图3是作为现有技术一例的日本专利申请特开平4-82977号公报中公开的表面片100的斜视图。该表面片100由在一个方向互相平行延伸的若干第一凸条111及若干与第一凸条111交叉、彼此互相平行延伸的第二凸条121构成。在被相邻的每两条第一凸条111和第二凸条121包围的区域内形成透气·透水性的开口106,上述每两条第一凸条111和第二凸条121呈斜纹组织中的经线和纬线关系。在位于一个对角方向的凸条的交点R3、R4上第一凸条111的顶部Tx隆起,而第二凸条121的顶部Ty下降并与第一凸条111的侧面104,150的下部交叉。在位于另一对角方向的凸条的交点R1、R2上第二凸条121的顶部Ty隆起,而第一凸条111的顶部Tx下降并与第二凸条121的侧面102、103的下部交叉。第一、二凸条111,121在并排的长边方向的一系列交点上反复隆起和下降。在该表面片100上,在交点R1~R4隆起的那些凸条例如顶部Tx及其附近与皮肤接触,而在这些交点上顶部处在下降状态的另一些凸条121则可与皮肤不接触。由于上述离开部位112,122的存在,由弯曲的箭头F表示的那样的通路形成在下降顶部的凸条121与皮肤之间,因此可使空气和体液等沿皮肤流动。
在图3中,例如当观察左右相邻的两条第二凸条121之间时,可以看到第一凸条111与皮肤离开的部位112相对左右的各个第二凸条121交替出现,空气和体液的通路在两凸条121之间弯曲形成。这种通路与不弯曲的情况相比对流体的流动阻力大,流速肯定慢。
本发明的任务是提供能使空气和体液等在皮肤与表面片之间快速流动的表面片。
为了完成上述任务,作为本发明的前提是在与皮肤接触并吸收体液的一次性体液吸收用品中使用的可透液体的表面片。
在这个前提下,本发明的特征在于:上述表面片由沿一个方向平行延伸的若干第一凸条和若干与这些第一凸条交叉并彼此平行延伸的第二凸条构成,各凸条具有与皮肤接触的上面和在其里侧的下面,被相邻的每两条上述第一凸条和第二凸条包围的区域上形成可使气体和水通过的开孔,包围上述区域部位的上述各两条第一凸条和第二凸条中的至少其中之一形成两条凸条的顶部相同,在上述第一、二凸条交叉形成的交点与交点之间的相同区域内,使之位于比连接那些两交点顶部的假想的直线更低之处。
图1是生理用卫生巾局部剖开的斜视图;
图2是表面片的局部放大斜视图;
图3是现有的表面片的一个例子。
下面以生理用卫生巾作为一次性吸收体液物品的例子,参照附图详细说明本发明。
图1中以局部剖开的斜视图显示的生理用卫生巾由可透液体的表面片1、不透液体的底面片2、位于这两个片1、2之间的吸湿芯4构成。表、底面片1、2的形状大小相同,在从吸湿芯4的周边延伸出的部分上互相重叠,并通过热熔接或粘接剂接合在一起。使用时,卫生巾的表面片与皮肤接触。
表面片1是热塑性合成树脂薄膜的成型品,并具有分别沿卫生巾的长度方向和宽度方向平行延伸的若干第一凸条11和第二凸条12,在被相邻的每两条第一凸条11和第二凸条12包围的区域13内形成可通气和使水流过的开孔。
底面片2由热塑性合成树脂制成,吸湿芯4是由粉碎木浆粕或粉碎木浆粕与高吸湿性聚合物的混合物成型品。
图2是表面片1的局部放大斜视图。在表面片1中,第一凸条11和第二凸条12具有与皮肤接触的上面和在其内侧的下面,还具有各顶部16、17和在沿各顶部16、17延伸的同时又从顶部16、17两侧分别下垂的侧壁部18、19。第一、二凸条11、12的顶部16、17之间交叉形成交点21,该交点21位于区域13的四个角上。侧壁部18、19处在由交叉部位连接的状态,形成朝吸湿芯4延伸的管状部分22。第一、二凸条11,12各自的顶部16、17在相邻的交点21与21之间朝吸湿芯4突出地弯曲或折曲。上述弯曲或折曲情况在第一凸条11之间及在第二凸条12之间基本相同,而在第一凸条11与第二凸条12之间既有相同、也有不同。
使用具有这种表面片1的卫生巾,在表面片1朝向上并沿水平方向展开时,第一、二凸条11、12的交点21处在最高位置上。当穿用上述卫生巾时,在第一、二凸条11、12的这些顶部16、17中形成交点21的部位与皮肤接触,而剩余的弯曲(或折曲)部分可与皮肤隔开。图中因与卫生巾宽度方向和长度方向分别并列的第一凸条11和第二凸条12弯曲相同,所以在这些弯曲的部位与皮肤离开时,可形成使空气和体液等沿箭头P、Q所示直线移动的通路。与弯曲通路相比,上述直线形状的通路可使空气和体液等移动更快。空气移动速度增快有助于提高卫生巾与皮肤之间的透气性能。体液移动速度增快,使表面片上的体液容易扩散,从而可以在大片面积上充分利用吸湿芯4。当然,卫生巾的定点吸湿性也是优良的。表面片1可以通过具有管状部分22的开孔13获得这种性能,上述管状部分22可以通过毛细现象使体液有效地朝吸湿芯4移动,必要的时候还可在管状部分22下端部分涂敷亲水性处理剂以提高吸湿效率。但是,随着点吸收使吸湿芯的吸收体液量达到局部饱和状态时,可以使体液在表面片1上扩散,而且有必要充分利用对吸湿有潜力的吸湿芯部分4。表面片1的扩散性可以响应上述必要性。
表面片1通过将例如厚度为20-100μm的已加热的聚乙烯薄膜在真空和/或加压空气作用下形成所需的形状而制成。将表面片1用在生理用卫生巾和一次性尿布上时,第一、二凸条11,12的顶部16、17的宽度为0.2~5mm,顶部16彼此间距离和顶部17彼此间的距离为0.3-7mm,侧壁部18,19的高度在交叉点21附近为0.3-3mm,在第一、二凸条11,12弯曲或折曲时离开连结交点21之间的直线距离d(见图2)为0.1-1mm,最好在0.2-1mm的范围内。
图中示出的第一、二凸条11,12为正交,当然也可以按不同的角度倾斜交叉。第一凸条11和第二凸条12可为弯曲或折曲,也可以在一个方向水平延伸。第一、二凸条11、12的弯曲或曲折形状例如在图2中在位于第一凸条11A与11B之间的第二凸条12A、12B、12C之间是相同的,在位于第一凸条11B与11C之间的第二凸条12A、12B、12C之间是相同的。但在第一凸条11A与11B之间的各第二凸条的形状与在第一凸条11B,11C之间的各第二凸条的形状却不必相同。换句话说,位于相邻的第一凸条11彼此之间的所有第二凸条12的弯曲形状是相同的,同样,位于相邻的第二凸条12彼此之间的所有第一凸条11的弯曲形状是相同的。
因为空气和体液等可以在本发明的可透液体的表面片的互相平行延伸的凸条彼此之间沿着与凸条平行的直线移动,所以使用这种表面片的吸收体液用品具有表面片与皮肤之间透气性好、在表面片上扩散性好的优点。

Claims (2)

1、一种一次性吸收体液物品的表面片,该表面片在穿用时与皮肤相接触,并具有透液性;其特征在于:
所述表面片由一个方向平行延伸的若干第一凸条和与这些第一凸条交叉且彼此平行延伸的若干第二凸条构成,每条凸条具有与皮肤接触的上面和在其里侧的下面,被相邻的各两条上述的第一凸条和上述第二凸条包围的区域上形成可透气和水的开孔,在包围上述区域的部位上的上述各两条第一凸条和第二凸条中的至少其中之一形成两条凸条的顶点相同,在上述第一、二凸条交叉形成的交点与交点之间的相同区域上,使其位于比连接那些两交点顶部的假想直线更低之处。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性吸收体液的表面片,其特征在于,上述第一、二凸条具有从上述上面向下面垂下的侧壁部,该侧壁部在上述区域上形成可将上述体液引导到上述物品内的导液管。
