Description

本发明涉及用于诸如一次性尿布及卫生月经带等体液吸收用品的液体可渗透的上片。
用无纺织物来制作用于体液吸收用品的液体可渗透的上片是人们所熟知的。这类无纺织物是将热塑性合成纤维适当地熔合在一起制成的。在制成上片时，上片中形成了众多的小孔，通过这些小孔把体液引导到具有吸收性能的芯子中去。上片的上表面适于和使用者的皮肤接触而上片的下表面适于与吸收芯子相接触。
例如，美国专利4，741，941号揭示了一种利用熔吹无纺织物或纺丝粘合无纺织物制造工艺制造具有如同上述小孔的体液通道的上片的技术。
日本专利申请公报1992-89054也揭示了一种制造上片的技术，其中，上述小孔作为体液通道是在一部分熔吹的无纺织物中形成的，而且这些体液通道制成可透气。
上述两种技术都可以制造出由足够细的熔吹纤维制成的具有良好柔软感的上片。此外，这样的上片具有很多空隙，它们有助于提高使用者的皮肤和体液吸收用品之间的透气性。但是，另一方面，这些纤维之间间隙的存在，在使用者本身体重的压力下有可能导致体液透过上片从吸收芯子回流。
由于已有技术没有解决这种问题，本发明的主要目的在于提供一种用于体液吸收用品的上片，这种上片既具有把体液从上片上侧引导到上片下侧下面芯子，又具有连续地围绕所述诸孔的接触皮肤区。
根据本发明，本发明的目的是通过这样一种用于体液吸收用品的上片来实现的。这种上片具有诸小孔，可以把体液从上表面引导到在上片底表面下面的吸收芯子中去，同时还具有连续地围绕诸小孔的接触皮肤区。这种上片是由将热塑性合成纤维适当地熔合在一起所形成的无纺织物制成的，其中，所述上片在第一区域中所述接触皮肤区具有比较高的防水性，而在围绕第一区域的第二区域中则具有比较低的防水性。
所述第二区域的防水性最好随着与第一区域距离的增加而逐步降低。
最好，所述第一和第二区域中的纤维间隙比其余区域填得较密些。
根据本发明，上片具有诸小孔，作为体液通道而使上片可渗透液体。热塑性合成纤维诸如熔吹制的纤维可以适当地融合在一起以达到所需要的柔软感。例如在用于与肛门周围皮肤区域相接触的所述第一区域里该无纺织物可以加热融合直到纤维间隙部分填满以提高它的防水性从而使体液不能回流。而例如在在第一区域外围延伸的第二区域里，亦即在尿布的外周缘区域，根本不存在体液回流的可能性，因此毋需把纤维间隙填满，这样一不，就有助于维持很高的透气性。
下面将参照附图通过举例说明对本发明作更详细的描述，附图中：

现请参阅图1，图中示出的是部分剖开的一次性尿布。图中该尿布1具有一液体可渗透的上片2，一液体不可渗透的底片3，以及夹在上片2和底片3之间的吸收芯子4，可伸长的弹性件5、6分别设置在腿部开孔周围和后腰部，后者用以形成腰围部开孔的一部分，粘性扣带7分别固定在后腰部横向相对侧的两端。
上片2基本上包括一在前后纵向延伸的高防水的区域11，其中包括尿布的体液排泄物集中的胯部区域，一围绕区域11的具有中等防水性能的区域12和一围绕所述区域12的、具有低防水性能的区域13。
图2是一局部剖视图，图中示出了放大后的上片2。该上片2由热塑性合成纤维适当地熔合形成的、单位面积重量为10-100g/m2的无纺织物制成。如图所示，该上片2具有许多小孔16，每个小孔从上片2的上表面延伸到下表面，该上片2还有一个连续地延伸在各小孔16周围的接触皮肤的区域17。每个小孔的直径在0.3～10mm左右，最好是上部的孔的直径是0.5～7mm，而它的底部的直径可以大于也可以小于上部的直径。在高防水性能的区域11里，该无纺织物可以在压力下加热以破坏原来达到的较好的柔软感，增加纤维15的熔合程度直至大多数间隙填满或消失从而达到日本工业标准JISL-1097中载明的700mm或700mm以上的防水性能。在低防水性能的区域13里，对该无纺织物只加压而不加热或者根本就不经过这种处理，让纤维的间隙原封不动地存在着，从而把防水性能降到300mm或300mm以下。
所述的热塑性合成纤维15可以是聚烯烃纤维例如聚乙烯及聚丙烯纤维或聚酰胺或聚酯纤维。纤维的细度可以是0.05d～10d，最好是0.5～5d。纤维15和无纺织物的例子可以分别是熔吹纤维及把所述纤维适当融合而成的熔吹无纺织物。
在如上所述的尿布1中，排泄在上片2的上表面胯部区域的体液被引导穿过诸小孔16而进入吸收芯子4里面。当尿布使用者本身的体重压在已吸收了体液的芯子4上时，高防水性能的区域11里可能发生体液通过小孔16的回流，但体液很难发生穿过接触皮肤区17而回流。基本上没有很多体液回流的尿布1的区域然后被加以中等程度或轻度的热处理以形成中等程度防水的区域12和低防水性能的区域13，也就是说，使许多或大部分纤维间隙不消失掉。因此，该无纺织物所固有的透气性和柔软感受影响极小。
图3是与图1类似的平面视图，它表示了另一个实施例，其中高防水区域被分成前体部分和后体部分。虽然最好把高防水区分布或安排在通常体液集中的区域上，但此区域可以分布在任何所需的区域，这取决于制造和使用尿布1时的具体条件。
制造上片2时，熔吹纤维15可以吹向其上形成有相应于诸小孔16的突出部分或凹进部分的模板以获得无纺织物，然后对该无纺织物在加热轧辊的压力下进行热吹风或加热处理以使单独的纤维15融合在一起从而使纤维之间的间隙填满到某种程度。
上片2也可以制成只有两个区域即高防水性能区域和低防水性能区域。但是应该理解的是，从一个区域到另一个区域防水性能的突变往往有可能导致上片强度的突变，结果，上片有可能沿着强度突变的部分被撕裂开，因此，上片最好制作得使防水性逐步降低。
根据本发明，由无纺织物制的上片的接触皮肤区中的纤维间隙一方面被填满从而防止体液穿过接触皮肤区而回流;另一方面，在体液回流不可能发生的区域里，纤维的间隙就不填满以保持无纺织物所固有的高透气性能及柔软感。该无纺织物最好用细小的热塑性合成纤维制成以获得柔软感。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于体液吸收用品的上片，该上片具有可用以引导体液，使体液从上表面流到上片底面下的具有吸收芯子的诸小孔，以及围绕所述诸小孔连续延伸的接触皮肤区，所述上片是由适当地融合在一起的热塑性纤维而制成的，其特征在于，所述上片具有较高防水性能的第一区域及第一区域内的接触皮肤区以及所述围绕第一区域的防水性能较低的第二区域。
2、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述第二区域的防水性能随着离开第一区域的距离的增加而逐步降低。
3、如权利要求1所述的上片，其特征在于，所述第一和第二区域中的纤维间隙填得比其余的区域要紧密一些。
