Abstract

본 발명은 투액성 표면 시이트(2)를 열가소성 합성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 만들며, 그 시이트(2)에 개구와 피부 접촉 구역을 설치하여 표면 시이트(2)의 체액역류를 방지한 체액 흡수성 물품(1)에 관한 것이다. 표면 시이트(2)의 목적하는 제1영역(11)에 있어서의 피부 접촉 구역의 내수도를 제1영역의 주변인 제2영역(12), (13) 보다도 높게 하여 체액의 역류를 억제한다.

본 발명은 1회용 기저귀나 생리대등의 체액 흡수성 물품에 사용하는 투액성 표면 시이트에 관한 것이다.
종래, 체액 흡수성 물품의 투액성 표면 시이트를 열가소성 합성섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 만들고, 이 시이트에 체액을 흡수체로 유도하기 위한 다수의 개구를 설치하고, 시이트 상면을 피부접촉면으로 하는 한편, 그 하면을 흡수체에 접촉시키는 기술이 공지되어 있다.
예를 들면, 미합중국 특허 제4,741,941호 공보에는 상기 개구로서의 도액관을 갖는 표면 시이트를 멜트블로우 부직포나 스펀본트 부직포 제조공정을 이용해서 만드는 기술이 개시되어 있다.
또, 특개평 4-89054호 공보에는 멜트블로우 부직포의 일부에 상기 개구로서 도액관을 만들고, 이 도액관에 통기성을 부여하는 표면 시이트의 제조 기술이 개시되어 있다.
상기 양 공지 기술에 의하면 멘트블로우 섬유로 이루어진 표면 시이트를 얻을 수 있다. 멜트블로우 섬유는 일반적으로 아주 가늘며 이것을 사용한 표면 시이트는 촉감이 좋다. 게다가 이 표면 시이트에는 다수의 섬유 간극이 있어서 피부와 착용 물품간의 통기성을 좋게 할 수 있다. 그러나, 한편으로는 이 섬유 간극의 존재에 의해 흡수체에 체압이 걸리면 침투한 체액이 흡수체로부터 피부를 향해 역류하기 쉽다고 하는 문제가 있다.
그래서, 본 발명은 표면 시이트의 목적하는 부위에 있어서, 피부 접촉구역의 내수도를 주변 영역보다 상대적으로 높게함으로써 양호한 촉감을 가지며, 또한 체액의 역류 방지기능과 통기성을 겸비한 표면 시이트의 제공을 과제로 하고 있다.
본 발명이 상기 과제를 해결하기 위해 전제로 하는 것은 시이트 상면측의 체액을 하면측의 흡수체로 유도하기 위한 개구와 이 개구 주위에 이어진 피부접촉구역을 갖는 채액 흡수성 물품의 표면 시이트이다.
이러한 표면 시이트가 열가소성 합성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 이루어지며, 표면 시이트의 목적하는 제1영역인 상기 피부접촉 구역의 내수도가 상대적으로 높고, 상기 제1영역의 주변인 제2영역의 내수도가 상대적으로 낮다고 하는 것이 본 발명의 특징이다.
또한, 본 발명의 한가지 실시태양에 있어서, 상기 제2영역은 상기 제1영역에서 멀어져감에 따라 점차 내수도가 낮아지게끔 구성된다.
본 발명에 의한 표면 시이트는 체액을 유도하기 위한 개구를 설치함으로써 투액성으로 된다. 또, 이 표면 시이트는 멜트 블로우 부직포를 일례로 하는 열가소성 합성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 제조됨으로써 유연한 촉감으로 된다. 이 표면 시이트의 목적하는 제1영역, 예를 들면 항문 주위에 접하는 부위는 부직포를 열용융시켜 섬유간극을 부분적으로 막아 내수도를 높게함으로써 체액의 역류를 방지할 수 있다. 이 제1영역의 주변인 제2영역, 예를 들면 기저귀의 바깥 둘레는 원래 역류의 가능성이 낮으므로 섬유간극을 막지 않아도 되며, 오히려 그렇게 함으로써 높은 통기성을 유지할 수 있다.
[실시예]
본 발명에 의한 표면 시이트의 상세한 것을 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도1는 1회용 기저귀(1)의 부분 파단 평면도이다. 기저귀(1)는투액성 표면 시이트(2)와, 불투액성 이면 시이트(3), 이들 양 시이트(2),(3)사이에 중재하는 흡수체(4)로 구성되며, 다리둘레와 허리둘레에는 신축성의 탄성부재(5),(6)가 설치되어 있고, 뒷길의 좌우측 가장자리에는 점착성 테이프파스너(7)의 한쪽 말단이 고착되어 있다. 표면 시이트(2)에는 대변이나 소변등의 체액의 배설이 집중하는 가랑이 부위를 중심으로 기저귀의 전후방향으로 긴 고 내수도 영역(11), 영역(11)의 바깥둘레에 중 내수도 영역(12), 및 영역(12)의 바깥둘레에 저 내수도영역(13)이 있다.
도2는 표면 시이트(2)의 모식적인 부분 확대도이다. 표면 시이트(2)는 열가소성 합성섬유(15)가 서로 융착한 면적중량 10-100g/m2의 부직포에 의해 만들어져 있으며, 상면과 하면과의 사이를 관통하는 체액을 유도하기 위한 다수의 개구(16)와, 개구(16)의 주위에 이어진 피부 접촉구역(17)을 갖고 있다. 개구(16)의 상면측의 직경은 0.3-10mm, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5-7mm이며, 하면측의 직경은 상면측의 직경보다 커도 좋고 작아도 좋다. 고내수도 영역(11)에는 촉감에 지장을 주지 않을 정도로 부직포를 가열, 가압하여 섬유(15)끼리의 융착 정도를 높임으로써 섬유간극의 대부분을 막아 JIS L-1097에 의한 내수도가 700mm이상이 되도록 하였다. 중 내수도영역(12)에 있어서는 피부접촉구역(17)의 내수도가 300-700mm가 되도록 하였다. 또한, 저 내수도 영역(13)에 있어서는 부직포를 거의, 또는 전혀 가열, 가압하지 않고, 부직포 본래의 섬유간극을 남겨, 내수도가 300mm이하가 되도록 하였다.
열가소성 합성섬유(15)에는 폴리에틸렌이나 폴리프로필렌등의 폴리올레핀계 섬유외에 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르등의 섬유를 사용할 수 있다. 섬유(15)의 섬도는 0.05-10d, 더욱 바람직하게는 0.5-5d로 한다. 섬유(15)와 그것으로 이루어진 부직포의 일례는 멜트블로우 섬유와, 이 섬유끼리가 융착해서 이루어진 멜트블로우 부직포이다.
이와 같이 구성된 기저귀(1)에서는 가랑이 부위에서 표면 시이트(2)의 상면에 배설된 체액이 개구(16)에서부터 흡수체(4)로 유도된다. 이 체액을 포함하는 흡수체(4)에 착용자의 체압이 걸렸을 경우, 고내수도 영역(11)에서는 개구(16)로부터의 체액 역류가 있을 수 있지만, 피부 접촉 구역(17)으로부터 체액의 역류는 거의 없다. 물론 기저귀(1)에 있어서 체액 역류의 가능성이 낮은 영역은 중내수도 영역(12)이나 저내수도 영역(13)으로서 열처리를 그다지 가하지 않고 섬유간극의 대부분을 남겨 놓았으므로, 부직포 본래의 통기성이나 유연한 촉감을 손상시키는 일이 없다.
도 3는 도 1와 같은 기저귀(1)의 평면도이며, 고내수도 영역(13)이 기저귀(1)의 앞길과 뒷길로 2분되어 있을 경우를 나타낸다. 고내수도영역(13)은 체액 배설이 집중되는 부위에 설치하는 것이 바람직하지만, 기저귀(1)의 제조조건·사용조건을 감안하여 목적하는 부위에 배치할 수도 있다.
그리고 표면 시이트(2)를 만드는데에는 개구(16)에 대응하는 돌기 또는 오목부를 갖는 형판 위에 멜트블로우 섬유(15)를 취입하여 부직포를 얻은 다음에, 목적하는 부위에만 열풍을 취입하여 섬유를 용융하거나, 또는 가열롤에 의해 가열 ·가압하면서 용융하여, 섬유(15)끼리의 간극이 목적하는 정도까지 막히도록 하면 된다. 또, 표면 시이트(2)는 고 내수도 영역과 저내수도 영역의 2영역만으로 구성될 수도 있다. 그러나, 본 발명에 있어서 내수도가 급격히 변화하는 것은 시이트 강도의 급격한 변화를 초래할 수 있고, 급격하게 변화하는 부위에 있어서의 표면 시이트는 파열되기 쉬워지는 일이 있으므로 변화하는 부위에 있어서의 표면 시이트를 파열되기 쉬워지는 일이 있으므로 내수도는 점차 저하되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에서는 부직포로 이루어진 표면 시이트의 목적 영역에 있어서, 피부접촉구역의 섬유간극을 막아 내수도가 높아지도록 하였기 때문에 이 영역에서는 피부접촉구역으로 부터의 체액 역류를 방지할 수 있게 되는 한편, 체액 역류의 가능성이 낮은 영역에서는 섬유 간극을 막지 않아 부직포 본래의 높은 통기성과 촉감을 유지할 수 있게 된다. 부직포는 섬도가 작은 열가소성 합성 섬유를 사용하는 것으로 유연한 감촉이 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 시이트 상면측의 체액을 하면측의 흡수체에 유도하기 위한 개구와, 이 개구주위에 이어져 있는 피부 접촉 구역을 갖는 체액 흡수성 물품의 표면 시이트에 있어서, 상기 표면 시이트가 열가소성 합성 섬유를 융착시킨 부직포로 이루어지며, 상기 표면 시이트의 목적하는 제1영역에 있어서의 상기 피부 접촉 구역이 내수도가 상대적으로 높고, 상기 제1영역의 주변인 제2영역에 있어서의 내수도가 상대적으로 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2영역은 상기 제1영역에서 부터 멀어질수록 점차 내수도가 낮아짐을 특징으로 하는 표면 시이트.
