Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有副框的眼镜总成,主要包括一主框,主框包含一桥接元件和两侧各具有一杆体,一副框包含一桥接元件和两侧各设一延伸杆,其后端各具有一突缘以供结合杆体而可供将副框固定至主框,该等后端的突缘各包括一磁铁可供结合设置在杆体上的另一磁铁或是和该杆体的磁吸材料相互作用。该等磁铁最好是设置成横向布设状态。

具有副框的眼镜总成
本发明涉及一种眼镜，特别是一种眼镜的特殊支架。
传统眼镜的主框需安装磁铁，以便和副框的磁铁相互作用，使其副框无法安装到不具磁铁的一般眼镜主框上。
本发明的目的是要提供一种具有副框的眼镜总成，它能使副框稳固地固定在主框上，它既适应任何传统眼镜，也可适应磁吸材料制成的传统眼镜。
本发明是这样实现的：其第一方案是延伸杆在其尾端设有一向下延伸的第一突缘，第一突缘结合主框的杆体可将副框固定至主框，其第二方案是第一桥接元件具有一第一磁铁，第二桥接元件具有一延伸臂向后延伸向主框，并且延伸超过第一桥接元件，延伸臂包含一后端具有一突缘向下延伸以结合第一桥接元件可将副框固定至主框，突缘设第二磁铁和第一磁铁相互作用可将副框固定至主框；其第三方案是第二桥接元件具有一延伸臂向后延伸，延伸杆和延伸臂各包含一后端具有一突缘向下延伸以供结合杆体和第一桥接元件而可将副框固定至主框。
本发明副框延伸杆的突缘设置，与主框杆体的结合，可稳固地将副框固定至主框上，克服传统副框无法安装到不具磁铁的一般眼镜主框上，其各种方式的磁铁设置，则进一步加强副框固定于主框的稳定性，从而使其适应各种型式的传统眼镜，也可适应磁吸材料制成的传统眼镜。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
图1是本发明具有副框的眼镜总成轴测分解图。
图2是图1结构组合轴测图。
图3是图2中B-B剖视图。
参照图1、2，具有副框的眼镜总成，包括一主框10以供支持主要镜片90，主框10包括第一桥接元件11设置在中间部位，和两杆体12各包括第一磁铁14呈横向设置，而且具有一极(图3示的S极—一第一极)设置在另一极(图3示的N极——第二极)的前面。
一副框20可供支持附属镜片91，以及可供设置在主框10前面，其包括第二桥接元件21以及两延伸杆22设置在侧边，并且分别向后延伸以便伸到主框10的桥接元件11和杆体12上面。桥接元件21包括一延伸臂24向后延伸。延伸杆22和延伸臂24各在其尾端设有一向下延伸的第一突缘23和第二突缘25。各突缘23、25各具有一横向设置的第二磁铁26，其各具一极(图3的S极—一第一极)设置在另一极(图3的N极—一第二极)的前方，以使其S极可以和主框10的磁铁14的N极相互作用。
其中，延伸杆22和延伸臂24的突缘23、25是向下啮住杆体12和第一桥接元件11，使突缘23、25本身即可形成一种勾体而可将副框20固定至主框10上。磁铁24、26是设置成横向，使突缘23、25更可供稳固地吸附以及保持定位。
另外，突缘23、25也可供用来勾挂至传统的不具磁铁的眼镜框架上，使得此种副框20可附挂至任何传统的眼镜上。特别是当传统眼镜是由金属或其他磁吸材料制成时，副框20的磁铁26更可用来吸附传统眼镜的镜框，使得其可更稳固地将副框固定至传统的眼镜上。
此外，当只有延伸臂24和其磁铁26时，副框20也可稳固地固定至主框10上。而当不需要延伸臂24和磁铁26时，副框20仍可利用突缘23和杆体12而固定至主框10上。而磁铁26、14的提供可以更将副框20固定至主框10上。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有副框的眼镜总成，包括有一主框和一副框，主框包括第一桥接元件和两杆体，一副框可设置在主框前面，副框包括第二桥接元件和两延伸杆，其特征在于：延伸杆在其尾端设有一向下延伸的第一突缘，第一突缘结合主框的杆体可将副框固定至主框。
2.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜总成，其特征是主框的杆体由磁吸材料制成，第一突缘各具一可供结合杆体的磁吸材料以将副框固定至主框的磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜总成，其特征是主框的杆体设第一磁铁，第一突缘相应设可供和杆体第一磁铁互相作用而将副框固定至主框的第二磁铁。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的眼镜总成，其特征是互相作用的第一和第二磁铁其各具一第一极和设置在第一极前方的第二极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜总成，其特征是第二桥接元件设一延伸臂，延伸臂伸过主框的第一桥接元件，延伸臂尾端向下延伸设第二突缘，第二突缘结合第一突缘可将副框固定至主框。
6.根据权利要求1所述的眼镜总成，其特征是第一桥接元件的第一磁铁和第二突缘的第二磁铁相互作用可将副框固定至主框。
7.一种具有副框的眼镜总成，包括有一主框和一副框，主框包括第一桥接元件和两杆体，一副框可设置在主框前面，副框包括第二桥接元件和两延伸杆，其特征在于：第一桥接元件具有一第一磁铁，第二桥接元件具有一延伸臂向后延伸向主框并且延伸超过第一桥接元件，延伸臂包含一后端具有一突缘向下延伸以结合第一桥接元件可将副框固定至主框，突缘设第二磁铁和第一磁铁相互作用可将副框固定至主框。
8.一种具有副框的眼镜总成，包括有一主框和一副框，主框包括第一桥接元件和两杆体，一副框可设置在主框前面，副框包括第二桥接元件和两延伸杆，其特征在于：第二桥接元件具有一延伸臂向后延伸，延伸杆和延伸臂各包含一后端具有一突缘向下延伸以供结合杆体和第一桥接元件而可将副框固定至主框，
9.根据权利要求8所述的眼镜总成，其特征是主框的杆体和第一桥接元件由磁吸材料制成，该等突缘各具一磁铁可供结合杆体和第一桥接元件的磁吸材料以将副框固定至主框。
