【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、眼鏡に関し、特に
眼鏡に追加する付属フレームの接合構造に関するもので
ある。

【従来の技術】従来より、磁性眼鏡として、枠の両側に
マグネットを設け、追加の付属フレームにも対応したマ
グネットを設け、両方のマグネットが相互に吸着できる
眼鏡が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、従来の
構造の眼鏡は、眼鏡を掛けるためにユーザが両手でしな
ければならないという問題があった。したがって、本発
明の主な目的は、片手でも、利便性、実用性が十分ある
眼鏡を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上述の目的を達成するた
めの本発明による眼鏡は以下の事項を特徴とする。 １．メインフレーム（１０）のブリッジコネクタ（１
３）と、付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコネクタ（２
１）とを備える眼鏡であって、前記メインフレーム（１
０）のブリッジコネクタ（１３）の上面が前記付属フレ
ーム（２０）のブリッジコネクタ（２１）を支持し、前
記メインフレーム（１０）のブリッジコネクタ（１３）
の上面と前記付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコネクタ
（１３）とが磁気で結合されることにより、メインフレ
ーム（１０）に付属フレーム（２０）が脱着自在に結合
可能である。 ２．前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタに少なくとも
１つの磁石が設けられ、前記付属フレームのブリッジコ
ネクタは、前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタの上
面の上に延びている。 ３．前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタに少なくと
も１つの磁石が設けられ、前記付属フレームのブリッジ
コネクタは、前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタの
上面の上に延びている。 ４．前記付属フレームは、前記メインフレームのブリッ
ジコネクタの上面の上を後方に延び前記メインフレーム
のブリッジコネクタの上面に磁気で結合される止桿（２
２）を有する。 ５．前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタに少なくと
も１つの磁石が設けられ、前記止桿（２２）は、前記磁
石の磁力により保持される。 ６．前記メインフレームに磁力を及ぼすための磁石が前
記止桿（２２）に少なくとも１つ設けられる。 ７ ．前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ（１３）及
び前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ（２１）は傾斜
している。８ ．前記付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコネクタ（２
１）は下方に傾斜し前記メインフレームのブリッジコネ
クタ（１３）に係止される係止桿（２２０）を有する。９ ．前記磁石が前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ
（１３）の穴（１３１）に嵌め込まれる。 １０ ．前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタは、前記メ
インフレームのブリッジコネクタと上方及び下方で引き
合う少なくとも１つの磁石を有するＣ型に形成された部
分を有する。１１ ．前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ（２１）
は、１又は２以上の把手（２８）を有する。１２．前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ（２１）
は、前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタを拘束し前
記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタから前記付属フレ
ームのブリッジコネクタが 脱落することを防止する止桿
（２９）を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基
づいて説明する。図１〜図３に示すように、本発明の実
施例による眼鏡に追加する付属フレームの接合構造はメ
インフレーム１０を含む。一方、その両側から凸桿１１
が突出しているので、それぞれ１本の支持架１２が枢設
できる。真中に配置されたブリッジコネクタ１３によ
り、２枚の眼鏡のガラス用環状枠を連結し、またはその
ガラスを直接に連結する。また、付属フレーム２０はメ
インフレーム１０に接合されるため、真中にもブリッジ
コネクタ２１を設置する。それで、２枚の追加された付
属ガラスの環状枠を連結し、またはそのガラスを直接に
連結する。
【０００６】メインフレーム１０のブリッジコネクタ１
３に１つまたは１つ以上の第１磁性ユニットとしての磁
性ユニット１４を設ける。付属フレーム２０のブリッジ
コネクタ２１にも１つまたは１つ以上の第２磁性ユニッ
トとしての磁性ユニット２４を設け、また、止桿２２を
後へ延させる。それで、メインフレーム１０のブリッジ
コネクタ１３にかける。該止桿２２に１つまたは１つ以
上の磁性ユニット２４を設置するので、メインフレーム
１０の磁性ユニット１４との吸引力により、快速にメイ
ンフレーム１０に吸着できる。そのようなブリッジコネ
クタ２１の寸法に少し余分のサイズを入れ、または後へ
折り曲げ、延されると、止桿２２は直接に形成され、わ
ざわざ用意する必要がない。つまり、ブリッジコネクタ
２１または止桿２２の寸法を考える場合、ただ、磁性ユ
ニット２４の設置ができ、また、メインフレームのブリ
ッジコネクタ１３に掛けることができるとよい。
【０００７】付属フレーム２０の止桿２２またはブリッ
ジコネクタ２１がメインフレーム１０のブリッジコネク
タ１３に掛けるので、ユーザが走っても、上、下へ跳ね
ても、付属フレーム２０の止桿２２がメインフレーム１
０に支持され、じっとしている。その結果、付属フレー
ム２０がメインフレーム１０から脱離することを防止す
る。また、磁性ユニット１４、２４を枠に埋め込む必要
がないので、枠の強度に悪い影響を及ぼさない。メイン
フレーム１０の両側を無理に折り曲げても、ブリッジコ
ネクタ１３、２１の相対位置に影響がないので、２つの
磁性ユニット１４、２４もしっかり相互に吸着してい
る。一番利便なのは、ユーザが片手でも、付属フレーム
２０のブリッジコネクタ２１をメインフレーム１０のブ
リッジコネクタ１３に掛けることができ、磁性ユニット
１４、２４を便利かつ快速に連結できることである。運
転者、ドライバーにとって、片手でも、利便性、実用性
が十分ある。
【０００８】さて、直接に磁化方式で、磁性ユニット１
４、２４を形成することもできる。例えば、その内部
に、鉄、金属など予め磁化できるものを入れる。眼鏡が
製造された後、そのものを磁化する。付属フレーム２０
を安定かつ堅固のように支えるため、図４は磁性ユニッ
ト１４をメインフレーム１０の上縁の少し下方に設け、
凹んだ形状を形成する。図５に示すように、ブリッジコ
ネクタ２１または止桿２２の末端、また、磁性ユニット
２４を少し下へ延ばすと、磁性ユニット１４に近接する
ばかりでなく、それをメインフレーム１０の上縁に掛け
ることもできる。結局、安定かつ堅固にメインフレーム
１０と連結される。図５に示すように、ブリッジコネク
タ１３、２１が傾斜状になる。図６に示すように、ブリ
ッジコネクタ２１に係止桿２２０があるので、ブリッジ
コネクタ１３を係止する。
【０００９】図７に示すように、ブリッジコネクタ１３
に穴１３１を設け、ブリッジコネクタ２１のマグネット
２４を嵌め込む。なお、図８に示すように、Ｃ型のブリ
ッジコネクタ２１を採用してもよい。一対の磁性ユニッ
ト２４をそれぞれブリッジコネクタ１３の磁性ユニット
１４の上、下に設置する。図９に示すように、付属フレ
ーム２０に１つまたは複数の把手を設けることにより、
ユーザがそれを便利に握る。さらに下へ延して止桿２９
を形成すると、ブリッジコネクタ１３に掛けることによ
り、付属フレーム２０がメインフレーム１０から脱離す
ることを防ぐ。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 メインフレーム（１０）のブリッジコネ
    クタ（１３）と、付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコネ
    クタ（２１）とを備える眼鏡であって、 前記メインフレーム（１０）のブリッジコネクタ（１
    ３）の上面が前記付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコネ
    クタ（２１）を支持し、前記メインフレーム（１０）の
    ブリッジコネクタ（１３）の上面と前記付属フレーム
    （２０）のブリッジコネクタ（１３）とが磁気で結合さ
    れることにより、メインフレーム（１０）に付属フレー
    ム（２０）が脱着自在に結合可能であることを特徴とす
    る眼鏡。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタに
    少なくとも１つの磁石が設けられ、 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタは、前記メインフ
    レームのブリッジコネクタの上面の上に延びている こと
    を特徴とする請求項１記載の眼鏡。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ
    に少なくとも１つの磁石が設けられ、 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタは、前記メインフ
    レームのブリッジコネクタの上面の上に延びていること
    を特徴とする請求項１記載の眼鏡。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記付属フレームは、前記メインフレー
    ムのブリッジコネクタの上面の上を後方に延び前記メイ
    ンフレームのブリッジコネクタの上面に磁気で結合され
    る止桿（２２）を有することを特徴とする請求項１記載
    の眼鏡。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ
    に少なくとも１つの磁石が設けられ、 前記止桿（２２）は、前記磁石の磁力により保持される
    ことを特徴とする請求項４記載の眼鏡。
  6. 【請求項６】 前記メインフレームに磁力を及ぼすため
    の磁石が前記止桿（２２）に少なくとも１つ設けられる
    ことを特徴とする請求項４記載の眼鏡。
  7. 【請求項７】 前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ
    （１３）及び前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ（２
    １）は傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項１〜６のい
    ずれか一項に記載の眼鏡。
  8. 【請求項８】 前記付属フレーム（２０）のブリッジコ
    ネクタ（２１）は、下方に傾斜し前記メインフレームの
    ブリッジコネクタ（１３）に係止される係止桿（２２
    ０）を、有することを特徴とする請求項１〜７のいずれ
    か一項に記載の眼鏡。
  9. 【請求項９】 前記付属フレームに設けられた磁石が前
    記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタ（１３）の穴（１
    ３１）に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする請求項２又は６
    に記載の眼鏡。
  10. 【請求項１０】 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ
    は、前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタと上方及び
    下方で引き合う少なくとも１つの磁石を有するＣ型に形
    成された部分を有することを特徴とする請求項１に記載
    の眼鏡。
  11. 【請求項１１】 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ
    （２１）は、１又は２以上の把手（２８）を有すること
    を特徴とする請求項１〜１０のいずれか一項に記載の眼
    鏡。
  12. 【請求項１２】 前記付属フレームのブリッジコネクタ
    （２１）は、前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタを
    拘束し前記メインフレームのブリッジコネクタから前記
    付属フレームのブリッジコネクタが脱落することを防止
    する止桿（２９）を有することを特徴とする請求項１、
    ２又は３のいずれか一項に記載の眼鏡。
