Abstract

一种眼镜附属镜框结合构造,主要包括一主镜框和一附属镜框,其中间各设一桥接元件可供将两镜片环框或直接将两镜片连结在一起。在主镜框和附属镜框的桥接元件各设有至少一磁性元件而可相互吸引,使得附属镜框可以即快速又稳固地吸附固定至主镜框上,这些镜框的强度并不会受到影响,而且该附属镜框的桥接元件可更往后突伸一止挡杆而可架设至主镜框的桥接元件上面。主镜框和附属镜框的桥接元件可直接由磁性元件制成。

Description

眼镜附属镜框结合构造
本发明涉及一种眼镜附属镜框,属于眼镜的辅助光学部件的连接。
习用磁性眼镜系在眼镜的镜框两侧设有磁性元件,然后在附属镜框的两侧亦设有对应的磁性元件,以便和该镜框的磁性元件相互吸引而可以快速地将该附属镜框附接至该镜框上面。另有一种附属镜框在其两侧各往后突伸一止挡杆可供架设至主镜框两侧上方而可防止附属镜框往下掉。可是使用者必须使用双手才能顺利配戴此种眼镜。
本发明的目的,是提供一种可防止附属镜框相对于主镜框往下移动,并可供使用者更方便配载的眼镜附属镜框结合构造。
为实现上述目的,本发明的主要结构设计,包含有一主镜框两侧可供枢接脚架,以及一附属镜框系欲结合至主镜框上,主镜框和附属镜框的中间各设一桥接元件可供将镜片环框或直接将镜片连结在一起,其结构特征在于:在主镜框的桥接元件设有至少一第一磁性元件,该附属镜框亦在其桥接元件上设有至少一第二磁性元件而可和主镜框的第一磁性元件相互吸引,使得该附属镜框可以利用单一只手即可快速又稳固地吸附固定至该主镜框上。
所述的眼镜附属镜框结合构造,其中该附属镜框的桥接元件更往后突伸一止挡杆可供架设至主镜框的桥接元件上,在止挡杆上设该第二磁性元件以供和主镜框的磁性元件相吸附结合。
所述的眼镜附属镜框结合构造,其中该第一磁性元件系设置低于主镜框的桥接元件的顶面而呈凹陷状,该第二磁性元件系由附属框的桥接元件往下延伸而可嵌入和勾住主镜框的桥接元件。
所述的眼镜附属镜框结合构造,其中主镜框和附属镜框的桥接元件系由磁性元件制成。
本发明具有下列的特征和优点:
(1)其结构相当简洁而相当方便制造和组装。
(2)磁性元件并不需要埋设在镜框里面,所以镜框的强度不会受到任何不良的影响。
(3)该止挡杆可以被支持在镜框上面,使得该附属镜框不会相对于该镜框做往下的移动动作,如此即可以防止该附属镜框脱离开该镜框。以及止挡杆的末端或磁性元件可以更设置成稍微往下突伸而勾住镜框的顶缘,使得附属镜框可以更稳固地结合至镜框。
(4)使用者只要单一只手即可方便操作以及架设该附属镜框至主镜框上。
(5)制造上只要将一或多对磁性元件设置在主镜框和附属镜框的桥接元件上即可,其制造可以更方便又快速。
为进一步说明本发明的结构,特征及其实用的目的,结合以下附图详细说明如后:
图1是本发明的俯视图,其中主镜框和附属镜框系呈分离状。
图2是本发明的俯视图,其中主镜框和附属镜框系呈结合状。
图3是本发明的附属镜框结合至主镜框的正视图。
图4是本发明的附属镜框和主镜框的中梁部分的剖视图。
图5、6、7、8为类似于图4的中梁部分的剖视图。
图9是本发明的类似于图1的俯视图。
本发明眼镜附属镜框结合构造,请配合参阅图1-3所示,整付眼镜附属镜框结合构造包括一主镜框10,其两侧各突伸一突杆11可供分别枢接一脚架12,以及其中间设有一桥接元件13可供将两镜片环框或直接将两镜片连结在一起。一附属镜框20系欲结合至该主镜框10上,该附属镜框20的中间亦设有一桥接元件21可供将两附属镜片环框或直接将两附属镜片连结在一起。
主镜框10的桥接元件13上设有一个或一个以上的磁性元件14。该附属镜框20亦在其中的桥接元件21上设一个或一个以上的磁性元件24,或是在附属镜框20的桥接元件21往后突伸一止挡杆22可供架设至该主镜框10的桥接元件13顶缘上面,如图2和图3所示,以及在各止挡杆22上面各设有一个或一个以上的磁性元件24而可以和该主镜框10的磁性元件14相互吸引,使得该附属镜框可以很快速而稳固地吸附固定至该主镜框10上。这种桥接元件21的尺寸可以稍微做大一点或是直接往后弯曲或延伸而可以直接形成该止挡杆22而不需另外设置一往后延伸的止挡杆,只要该桥接元件21或是该止挡杆22的尺寸足以设置磁性元件24以及足以跨设在主镜框10的桥接元件13上即可。
这种附属镜框的止挡杆22或桥接元件21系跨设在主镜框10的桥接元件13顶缘上面,所示当配戴者有任何类似于跑步或上下跳动的动作的时候,该附属镜框的止挡杆22可以被主镜框10的顶缘支持住而使得该附属镜框20不会相对于该主镜框做往下的移动动作,如此即可以防止该附属镜框脱离开该主镜框。再者,这些磁性元件14、24并不需要埋设在镜框10、20里面,所以镜框的强度不会受到任何不良的影响。而且不管主镜框10的两侧是否被过度弯折,其也不会影响该两磁性元件14、24的吸附的情形,因为该两桥接元件13、21的相对位置不会受到任何影响。更方便的是,使用者只需用一手即可将附属镜框20的桥接元件21架设在主镜框10的桥接元件13上,使得两磁性元件14、24可以很方便又快速地结合。这对于开车、骑车的骑士或是使用者只有一手有空情况特别方便实用。
另外必须注意的是,吾人亦可将该两桥接元件13、21直接加磁而形成磁性元件,或是在其内部预先埋设一种可加磁的元件,例如铁或金属块,然后在眼镜制成之后再对该可加磁的元件进行加磁的工作,这种桥接元件13、21或这种可加磁的元件均属于前面所述的磁性元件14、24的范畴。
接着请参照图4所示,为了更稳固地支持住附属镜框20,所以该磁性元件4可以设置在该主镜框10的顶缘稍微下面一点点以形成一概呈凹陷的状态,而该桥接元件21或止挡杆22的末端部位或是该磁性元件24则设置成稍微地往下突伸而可以较为接近该磁性元件14并且可勾住主镜框10的顶缘,使得附属镜框20可以更稳固地结合至主镜框10。桥接元件13、21可设置成倾斜状(图5)。在桥接元件21上可更设一挡杆220可供卡住桥接元件13而可更稳固地支持住附属镜框(图6)。桥接元件13可设一孔洞131以供桥接元件21的磁铁24嵌入(图7)。桥接元件21可设成C形而具有一对磁性元件24设置在桥接元件13的磁性元件14的上和下面。图9显示附属镜框20可设一或多个握柄28,以供使用者方便握持,以及可设一往下延伸的止挡29以供卡住桥接元件13而可更防止附属镜框20脱离主镜框10。

Claims (10)

1、一种眼镜附属镜框结合构造,包含有一主镜框(10),其两侧可供枢接脚架(12),以及一附属镜框(20)系结合至主镜框(10)上,主镜框(10)和附属镜框(20)的中间各设一桥接元件(13、21),可供将镜片环框或直接将镜片连接在一起,其特征在于:在主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)设有至少一第一磁性元件(14),该附属镜框(20)亦在其桥接元件(21)上设有至少一第二磁性元件(24),附属镜框(20)的第二磁性元件(24)被支持在主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)顶面上时磁力作用于主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)顶面。
2、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属框结合构造,其特征在于:该附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(21)更往后突伸一止挡杆(22)可供架设至主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)上,在止挡杆(22)上设该第二磁性元件(24)以供和主镜框(10)的磁性元件(14)相吸附结合。
3、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属框结合构造,其特征在于:该第一磁性元件(14)系设置低于主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)的顶面而呈凹陷状,该第二磁性元件(24)系由附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(21)往下延伸而可嵌入和勾住主镜框(10)的桥接元件(13)。
4、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框结合构造,其特征在于:主镜框(10)和附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(13、21)系由磁性元件制成。
5、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:主镜框(10)和附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(13、21)向内成倾斜堆叠状。
6、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(21)末端向内倾斜形成挡杆(220)。
7、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:主镜框(10)桥接元件(13)设有一孔洞(131),能供附属镜框(20)桥接元件(21)向下突出的第二磁性元件(24)嵌入。
8、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:附属镜框(20)桥接元件(21)系成C字型。
9、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:附属镜框(20)设有一个以上的握柄(28)。
10、如权利要求1所述的眼镜附属镜框构造,其特征在于:附属镜框(20)的桥接元件(21)向下延伸一止挡(29)。
