Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement in practicability and functionability by using a magnetic alloy of specific composition amounts of Co, Cr and rest Fe as the basic compositions of spectacle parts such as eye rims, temples, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Portions of spectacle parts such as eye rims 1 fitted with lenses and temples connected by means of hinges are formed of the magnetic alloy composed basically of Co 5 to 30wt%, Cr 5 to 40wt% and the rest Fe. The magnetic force of this magnetic alloy makes it possible to prevent dropping of the spectacles when they are placed on a steel desk, shelf or the like and give medical effect to the human body.
