本发明是专利申请号:97122032.8的又一种新方法,将秸秆铡段与粉碎→干燥→粉碎→贮备→混胶→热成型或预制坯热成型为各行业用包装容器和板材,如餐具浸被膜剂→干燥为成品。
Description
本发明属于食品行业用品及其它行业包装容器和板材。
本发明是专利申请号:97122032.8的又一种新方法。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式实现的,其特征在于原料是:秸杆;胶粘剂;润滑剂、被膜剂、水,各种原料重量比为:
秸杆83.2-70%
胶粘剂0.3-1%
润滑剂0.5-2%
水15-20%
其特征在于生产工艺过程:秸杆铡段粉碎→干燥→粉碎→贮备→混胶→热成型或预制坯热成型,如餐具需浸被膜剂→干燥→成品,在生产过程无废弃物产生,产品也无毒无害易降解。
下面为本发明的具体实施例:
实施例1:
秸杆83.2公斤,食用胶0.3公斤,润滑剂0.5公斤,被膜剂1公斤,水15公斤。
将秸杆铡段粉碎1公分左右→干燥水份小于2%→粉碎(80目)→加食用胶水和润滑剂混均后120℃-150℃热成型,或预制坯后120℃-150℃热成型→进行表面浸被膜剂→在温度小于120℃下烘干为成品餐具系列。
实施例2:
秸杆粉83.2公斤,聚乙稀醇或聚乙稀醇和淀粉0.3公斤,润滑剂0.5公斤,被膜剂1公斤,水15公斤。
将秸杆铡段粉碎1公分左右→干燥水份小于2%→粉碎30目→加聚乙稀醇或聚乙稀醇和淀粉与秸杆混合(也可加酸系列调颜色)→120℃-150℃热成型,或预制坯后120℃-150℃热成型→进行表面浸被膜剂→在温度小于120℃烘干为成品餐具系列。
实施例3:
秸杆粉88.0公斤,胶粘剂1公斤,水11公斤将秸杆铡段粉碎1公分左右→干燥水分小于2%→粉碎(20目)→可加食用胶或→酚醛树脂或脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺树脂或聚醋酸乙烯乳液或硅酸钠,或聚乙烯醇或聚乙稀醇与淀粉配制液,其中任何一种均可→与秸杆混均→180°热成型→120℃-180℃烘干为各行业用的包装容器及板材的系列产品。
以上所用秸杆也可以进行酸系列脱色或所制出的产品进行美工喷涂各种花色图案。
该产品已通过生产规模的中试,正准备正式投产,日产量5万册至30万册的规模。
Claims (7)
1.秸杆制作一次性餐具及各行业用包装容器和板材的又一种新方法,其特征在于所用的原料有秸杆,胶粘剂、润滑剂、被膜剂、水,重量配比是:
秸 杆83.2~70%
胶粘剂0.3~1%
润滑剂0.5~2%
被膜剂1~7%
水15~20%
2.根据权利要求1所述秸杆,其特征在于各种无毒植物秸杆其中的任何一种均可。
3.根据权利要求1所述胶粘剂,其特征在于各种食用胶粘剂其中的任何一种均可,也可配合使用,发挥协同效应。还可用聚乙稀醇或聚乙稀醇与淀粉或变性淀粉混用。如制包装容器和板材,又可采用蛋白质胶;酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚醋酸乙烯乳液;硅酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述润滑剂,其特征在于硬质酸或硬质酸盐系列,硬质酸或硬质酸盐系列其中任何一种均可,或食用油其中任何一种均可。
5.根据权利要求1所述被膜剂:其特征在于乙基纤维素类与各种无毒容剂配合使用,或采用无毒的硅系列的被膜剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述餐具及各行业用包装容器和板材的又一种新方法,其特征在于生产工艺过程,秸杆铡段与粉碎→干燥→粉碎→贮备→混胶→热成型或预制坯热成型,如餐具需浸被膜剂→干燥→成品。
7.根据权利要求1所述的秸杆也可进行酸系列脱色处理或所制出的产品进行美工喷涂各种花色图案。
