Abstract

L'invention concerne de la vaisselle et un matériau d'emballage jetables et rapidement dégradables, ainsi que leur procédé de fabrication, qui sont caractérisés en ce qu'ils sont constitués d'amidon, de fibres, de chaux carbonatée, de matière protéique, d'une couche de protection et d'eau. La composition renferme entre 0 et 10 % d'amidon, entre 50 et 90 % de fibres, entre 0 et 15 % de chaux carbonatée, entre 0 et 5 % de matière protéique, entre 5 et 22 % de couche de protection et entre 2,5 et 12 % d'eau, les pourcentages étant exprimés en poids. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que 1) le matériau est formé de matériaux non synthétiques fortement moléculaires, de manière à pouvoir se dégrader dans l'eau à une température normale dans les cinq jours sans polluer, 2) le matériau est inodore, insipide et inoffensif pour l'homme, 3) le matériau est résistant à l'huile, résistant à l'acide faible, résistant à un point d'ébullition de l'eau de 100 °C et 4) les coûts de fabrication sont bas.
