为了在封闭的空间成功地防治昆虫和蜘蛛类,通常采用杀虫剂组合。通常,将各种类型的杀虫物质相互组合(W.Behrenz和K.Naumann,Pflanzenschutznachrichten Bayer,35,309(1982))。
为获得对昆虫的“驱出作用”和即刻作用(“击倒作用”)和长效作用(“残留作用”),迄今已使用磷酸酯、氨基甲酸酯和能长期稳定的拟除虫菊酯的混合物(C.Fest,K.-J.Schmidt,《有机磷农药化学》[TheChemistry of Organophosphorus Pesticides],Springer-Verlag,柏林(1982),W.Behrenz,E.Bcker,Pflanzenschutznachrichten Bayer,18,53(1965),I.Hammann,R.Fuchs,同上,34,123(1981)和其中引述的文献中)。

本发明的组合物优选施用于飞行昆虫如蚋、蝇、蛾,但也施用于爬行的隐匿害虫如所有生长期的蟑螂或蚤。它们被驱出其隐匿处(驱出作用),这样使得它们与新产生的活性化合物层接触而被杀死。如果蟑螂或蚤被直接喷雾上,则它们迅速翻倒在地(击倒),并且不能够再复苏(死亡)。为获得这样的效果,四氟苯菊酯可以采用于各种各样的制剂中,例如于喷雾罐中,作为油喷雾剂、水基泵喷雾剂,或ULV,热和冷雾剂。其它适合的制剂是例如乳油(EC)、水基乳剂(EW)或可湿性粉剂(WP)。
除了上述效果之外,由于四氟苯菊酯的物理和生物性能,它也可以作为具有短效作用的制剂,用于防治爬行昆虫,优选蟑螂或蚤。短效作用应理解为作用期为几天(<1周),作用期长短取决于施用量。用作残效活性化合物时,该制剂也对蟑螂和蚤的所有虫龄和成虫有活性。
虽然四氟苯菊酯本身具有短效作用,但通过将之微胶囊化于例如聚脲胶囊中,活性化合物的控制释放便可以通过微胶囊的控制体系的方式来获得。借助于此体系,短效的活性化合物可以制成一种带有长效作用的制剂。
非微胶囊化的量可以加工成EC、EW或未稀释液(AL)。
通过采用游离形式(例如加工成EW)和微胶囊化的CS形式(CS=微胶囊)的四氟苯菊酯,可以制备例如一种水基气雾剂,该气雾剂只包含一种活性化合物且对飞行昆虫具有突出的活性和对爬行昆虫具有良好的击倒效果、良好的驱出效果和高的残留作用。
胶囊化的CS活性化合物与游离的EW间的量的比率可以依据意欲的目的而变化。通常,使用的CS∶EW比率是100份CS∶0.1份EW至0.1份CS∶100份EW。优选使用的比率是10份CS∶0.1份EW至0.1份CS∶10份EW。特别优选使用的比率是1份CS∶10份EW至10份CS∶1份EW。
由商品化制剂制备的使用形式中的活性化合物含量可以在宽的范围内变化。使用形式中的活性化合物浓度可以是按重量计0.0000001至95%的活性化合物,优选按重量计0.0001至1%。
四氟苯菊酯微胶囊剂
四氟苯菊酯的微胶囊剂通过界面层聚合方法制备。微胶囊壁由例如聚脲材料组成。胶囊壁在聚异氰酸酯与多官能胺的有机相和水相界面层间形成。聚异氰酸酯可以是芳族或脂族的。它至少应是双官能的,但也可以含有多个异氰酸基团。用于微胶囊作用的聚异氰酸酯的实例是二异氰酸亚甲苯基酯、二异氰酸二苯基甲酯、二异氰酸亚苯基酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯和二异氰酸1,6-己基酯。多官能胺也应是至少双官能的,例如乙二胺、六亚甲基二胺、苯二胺、二亚乙基三胺和四亚乙基五胺。有机相是由四氟苯菊酯溶液和聚异氰酸酯组成。水相是由水和保护性胶体组成,例如PVA(聚乙烯醇)、PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)等组成。水包油(O/W)乳液由水相和有机相制备。(保护性胶体防止聚异氰酸酯在乳化过程中与水反应)。随后加入多官能胺,并与聚异氰酸酯聚合(如果适宜在增高的温度下),给出聚脲微胶囊。获得四氟苯菊酯微胶囊水悬浮液。然而,原则上也可以使用其它的聚合物来微胶囊化四氟苯菊酯。

将四氟苯菊酯溶解于Solvesso 200中,将此溶液与二异氰酸二苯基甲酯混合。由此给出有机相。O/W乳液由PVA溶液和此有机相在25℃温度下制备(通过使用例如由Staufen的Janke & Kunkel,IKA-Labortecknik制造的Ultra Turrax T50制备)。乳液液滴的大小¤它相应于微胶囊的大小¤可以通过乳化速度和时间长度来调节,例如在7000rpm下进行乳化2分钟。
随后伴随搅拌加入二乙基三胺溶液。将此混合物缓慢加热(经1-2小时)至60℃。将60℃的温度在搅拌下保持大约5小时。给出聚脲微胶囊的二异氰酸二苯基甲酯与二亚乙基三胺聚合作用到此结束。
在搅拌下,将Kelzan S含水凝胶与苄基半缩甲醛一起加入(多糖Kelzan S是一种黄原胶,它是由Kelco.生产的高分子增稠剂。苄基半缩甲醛是一种甲醛释放物质,是由Bayer AG生产的防腐剂)。

然而,其它聚合物同样可以用来微胶囊化四氟苯菊酯。

此试验用尺寸为40厘米×60厘米×6厘米的聚合物盘(种子盒,23型,W.u.H.Fernholz Gmbh & Co.KG,Meinerzhagen)来进行。用来覆盖底部的滤纸用”tesa”胶带4104固定。滑石处理的边壁防止蟑螂逃逸。隐匿处安排在盘的中央,一个口朝下倒放的、装满水的称重瓶作为饮用水槽和作为食物的面包干安排在最远三分之一处。
隐匿处的底和盖由涂有白色DD-Lack聚氨酯涂层的铝组成,而侧丝网和滑片由Teflon制成。用锥口孔头螺杆和翼状螺帽将上述结构固定,隐匿处的所需深度用滑片件调节。隐匿处的设计和尺寸可见于图1。隐匿处的高度可以通过改变滑片和侧网来变化。
在实验开始前24小时,向每只容器中放入10只特定种和虫期或性别的蟑螂。一般而言,在此段时间后,所有的蟑螂均躲入隐匿处。将隐匿处转移入通风橱中,并放在置于尺寸为65厘米×46.5厘米×30厘米的聚合物容器中的二个玻璃园柱(总高度36厘米,直径12厘米)。由30厘米距离和36厘米高度处,朝隐匿处的开口喷射2克喷雾罐内含物。
在喷雾过程结束后,将隐匿处转移到在滑石处理的玻璃环(高5厘米,直径10厘米)上的聚合物盘中。在处理后至多5分钟内,确定驱出的蟑螂数,每1分钟查一次,在30分钟内,每5分钟查一次,并在60分钟和24小时后各查一次。60分钟后,将直径为9.5厘米的折叠滤纸盘放入种子盒中,作为对驱出的蟑螂的保护物。各试验均包括一不使用活性化合物的剂量作为对照处理。
驱出的蟑螂只在个别的情况下回到隐匿处;一般而言,它们不久即从隐匿处落下来。在实验结束后,将隐匿处拆开,用丙酮淋洗,在95℃下在洗盘机中清洗,并在150℃烘干箱中干燥。

试验在通风橱中进行,通风橱中的排气扇作适当的调节,使其不干扰喷雾气流。在每一情况下,将一只蟑螂放在一金属丝网盒中,该金属丝网盒内直径为70毫米,高度为10毫米且网眼为1.5毫米。之后将制备好的试验容器以45°角固定在喷雾装置上。网容器后面和下面的区域用吸附性滤纸覆盖,滤纸在每次试验后被撤换。
喷雾罐安置在喷雾装置上,使试验气雾罐喷头的喷嘴离金属丝网中央的距离为60厘米,这样喷雾气流与金属丝网呈直角。对每一喷雾罐,先测定施用2.4-2.8克罐内含物所需的喷雾时间。在每一试验前和后,将罐称重,以精确地测定施用的量。在喷雾嘴开始喷雾之同时,开启计时表,以保证精确地测定对试虫的KD效果(KD=击倒)。喷雾后,即刻将试虫转移到清洁的容器中,放入棉签,评价击倒时间和特定时间内的死亡率%。

处理在通风橱中进行,通风橱中的排气扇作适当的调节,使其不干扰由喷雾罐喷出的喷雾气流。通风橱的底部和壁用滤纸覆盖至65厘米高处。
可以将最重要的材料进行处理,特别是上釉和不上釉的磁砖、PVC板、上漆的胶合板等等。意欲处理的底物(尺寸15×15厘米=225厘米2)安置于5厘米高的固定在支撑物上的支撑环(内径10厘米)上,底物斜靠支撑杆上,形成的角度为55°。就喷雾行为(压力、喷雾锥、雾滴大小)而言,由于所有不同组份的喷雾罐和技术设备可以变化,因此实验者必须使用卡纸板支撑物(15×15厘米)对每一喷雾罐进行实际操作,以便在处理实际的支撑物前,发现须从何距离和以何种速率实施喷雾。
依据喷雾罐和喷雾罐的压力的不同,当喷雾距离是25-40厘米时,可以以所需的施用量获得对支撑物的均匀喷雾。业已证实,沿半环线用手导引喷雾罐是有利的。导引喷雾气流由支撑物的左上部经中右部至左下部(参见图2)。
使用纸板围围绕物作详细实验,确定喷在支撑物外边的量,即喷雾损失,并确定出损失量为约10%。
在喷雾操作之前和之后,将喷雾罐称重,确定已施用的喷雾内含物的量。
为施用50克/米2的内含物,每225厘米须施用1.24克罐内含物。此量已经包括已经确定出的10%的喷雾损失。
如支撑物上的罐内含物量不在1.20至1.30克这一可接受限定内,则须将此已处理的支撑物弃除不用。在喷雾后,即刻将支撑物从其倾斜位置上移走,并放平,以避免喷雾层流失,特别是在非吸附性支撑物的情况下和极其湿的喷雾罐。在喷雾层干燥后,将支撑物转移至试验箱中。
试虫与方法
每一处理的支撑物放入5只蟑螂,它们保持在滑石处理的玻璃环(直径9.5厘米,高5.5厘米)中。
评价:
处理一天后,每个处理的支撑物放入试虫,第2天后每天放入试虫,至多到第4天。
15、30和60分钟和第2、3和4小时对试验评价,确定
100%击倒率或死亡率。

试验在大小为20米3(长=2.84米,宽=2.33米,高=3.03米)的房间里进行,房间的内墙壁和天花板由不锈钢(DIN 4571)组成,每间房有5个窗户。地板铺上未上釉的磁砖。3个金属丝笼(长=8.5厘米,直径=8.0厘米,网眼大小=1.0毫米),每个笼中有20只试虫,挂在试验房间的天花板上,高度为1.80米,且离墙壁的距离为0.45米。
在1.90米的高度,在门的对面,经一开口(直径=13厘米),通过计算机控制(施用量),将所需量的喷雾罐内含物从外边喷入房间,用风扇(商标名“Progress”,型号958 5790-04 W11)吹一分钟,将此喷雾量均匀地分布于房间里。通过玻璃窗进行评价。
确定50%和95%的试虫翻倒在地的时间(KT50和KT95;KT=击倒时间)。试虫仍留在房间里60分钟。之后确定试虫翻倒在地的百分率。将所有的试虫从笼中移出,转移入无杀虫剂的清洁的塑料烧杯中。烧杯用穿孔的盖密封,烧杯中放有浸满10%糖溶液的纤维棉签。在试虫保持在无杀虫剂的环境中24小时后,确定死亡率。
试验种类、喷雾罐的活性化合物组合物和生物结果以及试验次数、施用量(克/20米3)和喷雾时间(秒)、室温和相对湿度可见于下列表格中。

Claims (12)
1.杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,它包含微胶囊化的四氟苯菊酯。
2.根据权利要求1的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,除了微胶囊化量的四氟苯菊酯外,还包含游离量的非胶囊化四氟苯菊酯。
3.根据权利要求1和2的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,微胶囊由聚脲材料组成。
4.根据权利要求1至3的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,微胶囊由聚脲材料组成,而聚脲成分是由聚异氰酸酯与多官能胺形成的。
5.根据权利要求1至4的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,使用的聚异氰酸酯是二异氰酸甲苯基酯、二异氰酸二苯基甲酯、二异氰酸亚苯基酯、二异氰酸六亚甲基酯和二异氰酸己基酯,所用的多官能胺是乙二胺、六亚甲基二胺、苯二胺、二亚乙基三胺和四亚甲基五胺。
6.根据权利要求1至5的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,非微胶囊化的量加工成乳油EC、水基乳剂EW或未稀释液AL。
7.根据权利要求1至6的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,微胶囊化与非胶囊化量的比率是100∶0.1至0.1∶100。
8.根据权利要求1至6的杀虫和杀螨组合物,其特征在于,微胶囊化与非胶囊化量的比率是10∶0.1至0.1∶10。
9.根据权利要求1至8的组合物,其特征在于,它们是喷雾制剂。
10.根据权利要求1至8的组合物,其特征在于,它们是制剂诸如ULV、热和冷雾剂、乳油(EC)、水基乳剂(EW)、微胶囊悬浮剂(CS)或未稀释液(AL)。
