Abstract

在一种冷轧镀锌金属带材的生产方法和设备中,所述带材从热轧带材开始,先经过酸洗,再接受冷轧和镀锌处理,当轧制带材(2)在一条连续生产线(1)上连续地先后接受酸洗、冷轧和镀锌处理时,可以快速且低成本地生产出段抟带材。

Description

金属带材的生产方法和设备
本发明涉及一种利用独立的或与酸洗装置结合的冷轧机,由热轧预制带材来生产冷轧的、镀锌的、酸洗的带材的方法和设备,此方法和设备还用于对热镀锌装置的冷轧带材进行退火和镀覆,所述热轧预制带材开始先经过酸洗,接着接受冷轧,随后接受镀锌处理。
在现有技术中,众所周知的是,为了生产冷轧镀锌带材而在一条酸洗生产线上对热轧预制带材进行酸洗。一方面,所述酸洗操作用于去除在热轧中产生的氧化皮;另一方面,所述酸洗操作用于去除聚集于带材上的氧化物层。随后,经过酸洗的热轧带材在冷轧机中受到压下,以获得所希望的、通常小于1mm的成品厚度。在冷轧过程之后,被卷成带卷的带材接受退火处理并且如在一台热镀锌装置中接受镀锌处理。
这样的带材处理过程通常是多步骤实现的。这意味着,首先,在与酸洗装置联用的或独立的冷轧机中把热轧带材酸洗及把热轧带材轧制到成品厚度。此时,冷轧带材如上所述被卷成带卷并借助如吊车、地面运卷车辆或气垫式输送系统送到一台在远处的热镀锌装置中,以便在那里接受退火和镀锌处理。
这样的加工方式对冷轧镀锌带材的生产能力很不利,这主要是由于在冷轧机和镀锌装置之间的费时的带卷搬运。另外,带卷搬运需要额外的人员,因此优质冷轧带材的生产总成本明显提高。由此造成其销售能力在竞争激烈的钢材高声中明显降低。
本发明的目的在于改进上述那种方法和设备,从而可以快速且低成本地生产优质带材。
根据本发明,上述目的是如此实现的,即轧制带材在一条连续生产线上连续地先后接受酸洗、冷轧和镀锌处理。由于在一条连续生产线上有利地将冷轧过程与酸洗过程和镀锌过程联系在一起,从而消除了迄今在冷轧机和镀锌装置之间所需的、费时且昂贵的带卷搬运。由此一方面提高了整个生产设备的生产能力,而另一方面也降低了人员需求。另外,通过省去带卷吊运处理而明显降低了本发明生产线所需的投资成本。
总而言之,上述优点使每吨优质的冷轧带材的生产成本明显降低。
为实现本发明工艺,本发明规定了:在生产设备的酸洗段和镀锌段之间设有至少一台压下机架。在此压下机架中,利用一压下道次将从酸洗液中出来的轧制带材紧接着冷轧压下到成品厚度。但也可以设想出,为了获得带材厚度的大压下量而采用了多架后续的冷轧机架。
其它的优点和特点将在权利要求书中和以下的说明书中给出,在以下的说明书中将进一步描述一个附图所示的实施例。
在唯一的附图中示意地画出了一条用于对轧制带材2进行酸洗、冷轧和镀锌处理的连续式运转的带材生产线1。
带材生产线1具有一个输入段3,一台卷取机4在此输入段中对预先经过热轧且被卷成带卷的轧制带材2进行开卷。另外,输入段3配有一台在此未示出的带材焊接装置。带材焊接装置确保了对工艺有利的带材连续行进,这是因为单个带卷被焊接成一条无端带材。
在输入段3之后是一个酸洗段5,轧制带材2在此酸洗段中例如接受电解酸洗处理或利用酸性流体进行酸洗,以便除去在热轧中产生的氧化皮。随后,经过酸洗的轧制带材2被直接送给压下机架6并扫受压下轧制,以便获得所希望的成品厚度。
在冷轧过程之后,轧制带材2经过一台清洗装置7,在此清洗装置中除去轧制乳化液或轧制油和由酸洗造成的氧化薄膜。由此造成锌层的良好固着情况,所述锌层是在随后的镀锌段8中例如以热浸镀方式或电解方式镀覆在轧制带材上的。
然后,经过镀锌且由此受到防腐保护的轧制带才2经过一台精整机架9,所述带材在此精整机架中接受表面光轧处理。一台连接在精整机架9后面的、与精整机架9配合使用的张力矫直机10消除了由轧制和退火引起的平坦度偏差如边浪或轧制带材中心偏厚现象。
最后,利用一台位于带材生产线1的输出段11中的卷取机12将优质轧制带材2卷成带卷。

Claims (2)

1.一种由热轧带生产冷轧镀锌金属带材的方法,所述带材,先接受酸洗处理,然后接受冷轧,随后接受镀锌处理,其特征在于,轧制带材(2)在一条连续生产线(1)上连续地先后接受酸洗、冷轧和镀锌处理。
2.一种经过酸洗的冷轧镀锌金属带材的生产设备,其特征在于,在酸洗段(5)和镀锌段(8)之间设有至少一架压下机架(6)。
