Abstract

Description
本发明涉及微波炉,具体涉及装在电气部件隔间中的电抗线圈印刷电路板,该电路板包括装在该板上的电抗线圈装置。
以下说明先有技术。微波炉一般是烹调用具,它利用高频能量使正烹调食品的分子产生高速运动,然后利用由此产生的摩擦热烹调食物,图3示出先有技术微波炉的内部结构。
如图所示,微波炉包括外壳装置10、烹调室20和电气部件隔间40,外壳装置10由内壳12和外壳11构成,烹调室20和隔间40由构成烹调室20的内壳12和外壳11分开。在内壳12的前侧边上可转动地装有打开和关闭烹调室20的门30,并装有控制面板31,面板31上包括显示器和若干操作按钮。电气部件隔间40形成在内壳12和外壳11之间的空间内。在电气部件隔间40中装有产生微波并使微波发送到烹调室20的磁控管41、使抽到电气部件隔间40中的空气通过内壳12侧板上形成的进入孔45通到烹调室20的导向管44、向磁控管41提供高压的高压变压器42以及用于冷却电气部件的冷却风扇43。
冷却风扇43装在马达支架47的中央,该支架固定在封闭电气部件隔间40的后板内侧面上。在马达架支架47的顶部上安装电抗线圈印刷电路板46(以后简称为“电抗线圈PCB”),该电抗线圈PCB包括用于消除输入电源中噪声的电抗线圈装置46a和保护电气部件隔间40中电气部件的保险丝46b。
暴露在电气部件隔间40中的电抗线圈装置46a和保险丝46b可能是有害的和有危险的:当冷却风扇操作时,空气与磁控管41进行热交换,然后引入到烹调室20,最后排到外边,在此时一部分通过微波炉的空气再进入电气部件隔间40,由于再进入的空气和新进入的空气之间的温度有差别而在电气部件隔间40中产生水气,如果水气接触到在电气部件隔间40中暴露的电抗线圈装置46a或保险丝46b,则可能造成短路,由此伤害机器并有火灾危险,而且当维修人员打开外壳11进行检查或修理微波炉时,他可能会因碰到带电的电抗线圈装置46a或保险丝46b而受到电击。最后因露出的电抗线圈PCB46的顶表面慢慢积满灰尘,在电抗线圈PCB46上的部件将失去正常的功能。
本发明的目的是提供一种微波炉,该微波炉包括封闭其上装有电抗线圈装置和保险丝的电抗线圈PCB的保护盖,由此在电抗线圈装置和保险丝上不会形成水气,并可以防止部分人体不小心碰到电抗线圈装置和保险丝。
本发明的微波炉包括外壳装置,该外壳装置分隔出烹调室和电气部件隔间,在该电气部件隔间中安装用于消除输入电源中噪声的电抗线圈PCB,其特征在于,设置带有通风槽口的保护盖,使其封闭电抗线圈PCB。
另外,外壳装置后板的面向保护盖通风槽口的部分也具有通风槽口,外界空气通过上述通风槽口被抽入。

图3是分解透视图,示出先有技术微波炉的总的结构。
以下参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
如图1所示,在本发明的微波炉中,在外壳装置100内形成烹调室200和电气部件隔间400。外壳装置由形成烹调室的其前侧开口的内壳120、装在内壳120边缘上的构成电气部件隔间400的外壳110、构成烹调室200与电气部件隔间400的后侧面的后板130构成。门300和控制面板310安装在外壳装置100的前面,该门用于打开和关闭烹调室200,该面板310具有用于操作微波炉的操作按钮和显示器。
向烹调室200发送微波的磁控管410、高压变压器420和冷却隔间400中电气部件的冷却风扇430装在电气部件隔间400中。冷却风扇430装在注射模制马达支架470的中央部分,该支架固定在后板130的内侧。在形成电气部件隔间400的那部分后板130上形成许多吸气孔(未示出),冷却风扇马达430通过该吸气孔抽入外界空气。在内壳120的分开烹调室200和电气部件隔间400的侧板上形成许多吸气孔450,导向管440装在上述侧板上,使得将已抽入到电气部件隔间400内的空气引导到烹调室200。
起着电子控制装置作用的电抗线圈PCB460装在马达支架470的平的上表面上。电抗线圈PCB460包括其上绕有电抗线圈的电抗线圈装置461和其上装有保险丝463的保险座464,电抗线圈PCB 460被用来消除输入电源中的噪声和防止过电流,由此保护电气部件隔间400中的电气部件。电抗线圈PCB还另外包括热辐射板466和相线-地电容器465。另外,作为本发明特征部件的保护盖500封闭电抗线圈PCB460,以保护其上的部件。
如图2所示,保护盖500是一个无底的长方形盒。在保护盖500的侧面上形成许多通气槽口510,使得空气通过上述通气槽口510流入保护盖500,而同时防止凝结的水气进入。在后板130的面向电抗线圈PCB460的那部分后板上形成许多对应于通气槽口510的空气槽口131,使得外界空气通过空气槽口131和通气槽口510流入保护盖500,由此冷却装在电抗线圈PCB460上的电抗线圈装置461和保险丝463。
在马达支架470的四个角上形成安装孔520,而在保护盖500的下部四个角上形成对应于安装孔520的安装腿521。即在马达支架470顶表面上靠近电抗线圈PCB 460的四个角处形成安装孔520,而从保护盖500下部的四个角处向下伸出安装腿521,使得上述安装腿可以插入安装孔520。因此可使保护盖500与马达支架470的顶表面接合,从而封闭其上装有电抗线圈装置461和保险丝463的电抗线圈PCB。可以容易地替换部件例如保险丝463,因为从安装孔520中取出安装腿521便可容易地卸下保护盖500。
下面详细说明本发明的这种微波炉的操作。
当使用者将食物放入烹调室200中,在关闭门后操作控制面板310时,由磁控管410产生的微波便发送到烹调室200中,并烹调食物。同时,由冷却风扇430抽入到电气部件隔间400中的外界空气便冷却其中的电气部件(例如保险丝和电抗线圈装置),然后又通过导向管440和吸气孔450进入烹调室200。随后在烹调室200中循环的空气又通过在烹调室200的一个侧壁上形成的排出孔(未示出)排到外边,由此消除了在烹调食物时在烹调室200中产生的水气和气味。
此时从烹调室200中排出的一部分灼热的潮湿空气又被抽入到电气部件隔间400中,在此隔间中,它与温度相对较低的外界空气混合。由此发生冷凝,在电气部件隔间400中沉积出液体水。然而这不会妨碍电抗线圈装置461和保险丝463,因为它们受到保护盖500的保护。
另外,即使维修人员卸下外壳110在未断电的条件下检查或修理微波炉,他的身体也不会与电气部件接触,因为电抗线圈装置461和保险丝463由保护盖500封闭,因此可防止受电击的危险。
Claims (6)
1.一种微波炉,包括分隔出烹调室和电气部件隔间的外壳装置,用于消除电源中噪声的电抗线圈PCB装在上述电气部件隔间中,其特征在于,在上述电抗线圈PCB上设置保护盖,以封闭上述电抗线圈PCB。
2.如权利要求1所述的微波炉,其特征在于,在上述保护盖上形成许多通气槽口,以便利用抽入的外界空气冷却上述电抗线圈PCB。
3.如权利要求2所述的微波炉,其特征在于,上述电抗线圈PCB装在上述电气部件隔间中,靠近构成上述外壳装置的后板,面对上述保护盖的上述后板部分具有许多用于抽入外界空气的空气槽口。
4.如权利要求2所述的微波炉,其特征在于,上述电抗线圈PCB装在固定于上述电气部件隔间中的支架上,并且还形成安装装置,使得可将上述保护盖可拆卸地装在上述支架上。
5.如权利要求4所述的微波炉,其特征在于,上述安装装置包括在上述支架各个角上形成的安装孔和从上述保护盖的各个角上向下延伸的可以插入上述各个安装孔中的安装腿。
6.一种微波炉,包括:分隔出烹调室和电气部件隔间的外壳装置;构成上述电气部件隔间后侧面的作为上述外壳装置一部分的后板;装在上述电气部件隔间中用于消除电源中噪声的电抗线圈PCB;其特征在于,其上具有通气槽口的保护盖靠近上述后板,用于封闭上述电抗线圈PCB,在上述后板的面向上述保护盖通气槽口的那部分后板上也形成抽入外界空气的空气槽口。
