技术领域
本发明一般地涉及一种具有断续螺纹的物件和一种用于制造该物件的模具,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种能制造一种具有用于接受阳螺纹件的带开有阴螺纹孔的物件的模具装置。
在开有螺纹的物件即具有用于接受阳螺纹件的带开有阴螺纹孔的物件领域,众所周知,这种物件可以先模制具有一通孔的物件。接着在通孔的内壁上制作阴螺纹,众所周知,最好在模制物件仍是软的时候将心轴穿过通孔旋出,以用工具加工制作阴螺纹。这种众所周知的工艺需要多个步骤来先对该物件进行模制,然后将心轴(螺纹心轴)旋出以在该物件的孔内壁形成一连续的阴螺纹。这是在有孔穿过一物件的场合用于制作阴螺纹的唯一已知的工艺。例如螺母和螺丝孔的小孔就是以这种方式形成的。

上述用于生产内螺纹的现有技术装置和方法在某些应用方面存在严重的缺点。首先是关于这种要旋出心轴以通过工具加工产生螺纹的方法,只有某些塑料能以这种方式加以操作来产生螺纹。某些耐高温和耐热塑料并不十分适于注塑模制,尤其是为在孔中产生螺纹而要进行心轴工具加工。此外,在某些应用和环境如高温情况下,高质量的螺纹啮合是很关键的。但是,由伸缩芯类型装置产生的各螺纹组由于每组之间的空隙很大,故对于产生用于高温环境的螺纹是不能接受的。高温将引起物件材料扭弯,从而需要在螺纹孔周围有更好的有效螺纹作用范围。
由于现有技术所存在的缺点,人们要求能在由制造厂商需要的任何材料制成的物件的孔壁上产生内螺纹。还要求能制造出一种对于因磨损引起的缺陷较少敏感的具有螺纹的物件,并需要一种具有较少移动件和易于维修的模具装置。
本发明概述
本发明保留了现有技术的具有螺纹的物件和用于模制这种具有螺纹的物件的模具装置的优点。此外,它提供了现有模具装置所不具有的新的优点,并克服了这些现有装置的许多缺点。
本发明总的来说是提供一种包括有一通孔的新颖和独特的物件,该孔完全穿过该物件,并具有一其上带有一系列螺纹段的内壁。本发明的模具装置能使本发明的具有内螺纹的物件在一个单一步骤中制造而无需移动件,并无需通过心轴进行螺纹工具加工。

工作时,第一模具件和第二模具件配合在一起,且其相应的顶缘相互连通,如上所述。形成物件的材料如熔融塑料被通过一入口导入模型。当熔融塑料硬化时,第一模具件和第二模具件即相互分离,已完工的模制物件则从模具中顶出。
因此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种具有一用于其内接受阳螺纹件的螺纹孔的注塑物件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有一可由任何所需材料形成的螺纹通孔并仍然保持物件螺纹部分高度完整性的物件。
本发明的一个进一步目的在于提供一种用于制造一具有螺纹孔的物件的模具装置。
本发明的另一个进一步目的在于提供一种用于产生具有内螺纹的物件的模具装置,该模具装置没有移动件。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种用于产生一除模制物件的步骤外无需专门的螺纹工具加工的具有内螺纹的物件的模具装置。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种可以同时对物件和穿过物件延伸的螺纹小孔同时进行模制的模具装置。

实施本发明的方式
参见图1,该图示出本发明一应用的立体分解图。图1示出了在一用于接受一阳螺纹件的物件上采用断续内螺纹的一个例子。具体地说,物件10包括一带有穿通孔18的平板体12。孔18有一内壁20,其上带有一系列螺纹段22。孔18和螺纹段22提供一用于接受带有阳螺纹的部分24的带有阴螺纹的孔。
如图所示,按照本发明制造的物件10用作一与一半导体器件接合的接头或适配器,如图1所示,并用于将一散热件26紧固地与半导体器件16相连。本发明的这样的一种应用是作为怎样应用本发明的一个实例来示出的。另外,其它凡需要带有阴螺纹的应用均可采用本发明。
参见图2,该图示出了上模组件28和下模组件30的立体分解图以及模制出来的物件10。上模组件28和下模组件30合在一起可在其中对模制物件10进行模制。在图2中,上模组件28包括一最好由铸铝制成的顶基座29。顶基座29也可由任何其它合适的注塑模制材料制成。例如模制材料可以是LNP VERTONUF-700-10-HS(PPA 50%长纤维),供高温散热应用情况下使用。
顶基座29包括模腔32和用于将液体模制材料引入模腔32内的多个入口。顶部圆柱壁34其上带有形成一系列峰谷的开槽口的上边缘36位于模腔底面32a上。圆柱壁34的每个峰谷部分的上边缘36包括一向外倾斜的表面38。

应当理解的是,上模组件28和下模组件30的具体形状和结构均可加以修改,以根据制造厂商的规格产生模制物件10。例如,可根据所需模制物件10对模腔32和模板33进行修改,以取消下垂的脚14。
图5示出了一根据本发明模制的物件10的立体图。如图5所示,模制物件10包括平板体12和通孔18。由于本发明具体应用于散热装置,故也提供有脚14。仍参见图5,螺纹段22形成一表示用于接受一阳螺纹件的所需螺旋螺纹的螺旋线48。可以理解,圆柱壁34和35的具体的开有槽口的表面36和37可分别加以修改,以产生任何所需的螺旋螺纹图形。现在参见图6,该图示出其上配置有螺纹段22的模制物件10的俯视图。因此,孔18可以以一种与在孔的外周具有普通的连续螺旋螺纹相似的方式接受一阳螺纹件。螺纹件22最好由配置在其间的空隙52相互隔开。这些空隙52便于模制过程并保证每个螺纹段22作为一单独的模制部分的整体性。因此,螺纹段22的尺寸、形状、结构和螺旋图形均可根据制造厂商的规格加以修改。
例如,图7-9示出另一实施例,其中对螺纹段的配置作了修改。参见图7,模制物件110包括一带有穿通小孔118的平板体112。孔118的内壁120上包括有许多螺纹段122。如后面将具体讨论的那样,这些螺纹段产生一用于接受带有阳螺纹的部分124以有助于将散热件126安装到模制物件110上的阴螺纹图形。另外,与图1所示的脚14的目的相似而提供有脚114。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于模制具有断续内螺纹的结构的模具装置,包括:
