本发明涉及一种吸湿用品。本发明特别涉及一种如呈卫生垫形式的吸湿用品，它可以由患有轻度或中等失禁的妇女使用。下面将描述本发明。但是，本发明在吸收体液(如尿或经液)方面具有更普遍的应用性。
与这类用品相关的一个问题是尿液不直接进入该用品并被吸收在其中，而是沿着穿用者的身体向后流动，并且在未进入用品的吸湿材料下漏出。这特别会发生在少量或低流率的尿的涌出的情况下。
本发明的目的是提供一种吸湿用品，它具有消除或至少减轻上述问题的形状。
本发明提供一种伸长的吸湿用品，它包括一个可透流液的顶片、一个提供流体贮存功能的芯、一个位于顶片和芯之间的用于将通过顶片的流体传输到芯流体接收层和位于芯和流体接收层之间的弹性件，当用品处于通常的展平状态时，该弹性件呈受拉状态。
下面将流体接收层称为副顶片。

图1～3所示的实施方案是由患有轻度失禁的妇女使用的吸湿卫生垫。它包括一可透流体的顶片1、一密封到顶片的不可透流体的底片2，该底片通过焊缝3在用品的周边如通过热封或胶合剂与顶片连接在一起。该用品还包括一吸湿芯4，如含有一吸湿凝胶材料(AGM)的吸湿芯和用于接收流体和将流体传输到吸湿芯中的副顶片5。
用于顶片、底片和吸湿芯的材料可以是常用于吸湿卫生产品中的那些材料。但是，对于一些合适的材料的细节，可注意国际专利公开WO94/28838(该专利公开描述了具有高松密度的副顶片的吸湿产品)以及WO94/01069和PCT/EP94/04215(这两篇文献描述了含有AGM的吸湿芯)。
该用品还包括一弹性系统，用于使用品以更紧密贴合穿用者的身体的方式弯曲，并且至少基本上防止或减少尿液逸过该用品的危险。在图1～3中，该弹性系统包括弹性带6，它处于副顶片5的下方，经过该用品的至少大部分长度，优选基本上经过其整个长度，并在其两端、或沿其全长或在沿其全长的所选位置处连接在副顶片和/或吸湿芯上。如所看到的那样，这使得该垫呈现一种从纵向剖面图(图2)上看是向上凹的形状，或从横向剖面图(图3)上看是向上凸的形状。从而，该垫朝穿用者的身体弹性升起并保持与其紧密接触，从而提供了更好的贴合性和更好的收集即使是最少的尿液的释放量。该吸湿芯是相当硬的，当从横向剖面图中看时基本上保持平坦，从而使它保持与使用者内裤的良好接触。
图4示出一改型的实施方案除含有纵向松紧带6外还含有松紧带7，松紧带7在吸湿芯2的上面、副顶片5的下面横向走向。所示的横向松紧带7固定到副顶片5上，尽管如果它稍长一些，它可以替换地或附加地固定到主顶片1上。在任何情况下，优选它只在其两端固定。通过向内拉副顶片和/或主顶片的边缘，横向的松紧带帮助使用品呈现理想的向上凸的形状(如从横向剖面图可以看出)。
也可以有多种其它的改进方案，例如，可以设置许多横向松紧带，这些松紧带彼此靠近配置或沿用品的长度分布，并且单一的纵向松紧带可以被多个彼此靠近配置的纵向松紧带代替。

Claims (7)

1.一种伸长的吸湿用品，它包括可透流体的顶片、提供流体贮存功能的吸湿芯、位于顶片和吸湿芯之间的用于将通过顶片的流体传输到吸湿芯的流体接收层和位于吸湿芯和流体接收层之间的弹性件，当该用品基本上呈平坦状态时，该弹性件呈紧拉状态。
2.权利要求1的用品，还包括设置在吸湿芯上的与流体接收层相对的那一侧上的不可透流体的底片。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项的用品，其中该弹性片包含至少一个基本沿用品的至少大部分纵向中心线走向的松紧带。
4.根据权利要求3的用品，其中每个所述的带在其两端固定到流体接收层和吸湿芯的至少一个上。
5.根据权利要求3的用品，其中每个所述的带在沿其长度上的所选位置处连接到流体接收层和吸湿芯的至少一个上。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项的用品，还包括至少另一个沿用品的横向延伸的松紧带，并在其两端连接到顶片和流体接收层的至少一个上。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项的用品呈卫生垫的形式。
