Abstract

가늘고 긴 생리 패드는 유체-투과성 상면시이트(1), 유체-저장용 코어(2), 상기 상면시이트(1)와 상기 코어(4) 사이에 위치한 제 2 상면시이트(5), 및 코어와 상기 제 2 상면시이트 사이에 위치하는 하나이상의 종방향으로 연장하는 탄성사(7) 형태의 탄성 수단을 포함한다. 하나이상의 횡방향 탄성사도 제공될 수 있다.

Description

신체 접촉 실금자용 제품을 위한 탄성화된 흡수제품{ELASTICATED PAD FOR BODY CONTACT INCONTINENCE PRODUCT}
이러한 흡수 제품과 관련된 한가지 문제점은 뇨가 제품내로 직접 침투하여 흡수되지 않을 수 있고, 사용자의 신체를 따라 후방으로 유동하여 제품의 흡수성 물질에 침투조차하지 않고 새어나갈 수도 있다는 것이다. 이는 특히 소량이거나 유속이 느린 뇨의 분출시에 그러하다.
본 발명은 흡수제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 특히 경미하거나 및 중간 정도의 요실금 증세를 갖는 여성에 의해 사용될 수 있는, 예를 들면 생리 패드 형태의 흡수제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하기에 자세하게 기술될 것이다. 그러나 본 발명은 뇨 또는 생리혈과 같은 체액의 흡수와 관련하여 보다 일반적으로 적용된다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시태양의 투시도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 실시태양의 종방향 중심선을 따라 취해진 종방향 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 실시태양의 횡방향 중심선을 따라 취해진 횡방향 단면도이다.
도 4는 도 3과 유사하나 도 1의 실시태양의 변형된 실시태양을 보여주는 도면이다.
본 발명의 목적은 전술된 종래 기술의 문제점들을 해결하거나 적어도 감소시키도록 성형된 흡수제품을 제공하려는 것이다.
본 발명에 따라서, 유체-투과성 상면시이트, 유체-저장용 코어, 상기 상면시이트를 통과한 유체를 상기 코어에 이송시키기 위한, 상면시이트와 코어 사이에 위치한 유체-수용층, 및 코어와 상기 유체-수용층 사이에 위치하고 흡수제품이 전체적으로 평평한 상태일때 인장되어 있는 탄성 수단을 포함하는 가늘고 긴 흡수제품이 제공된다.
유체-수용층은 이하에서는 제 2 상면시이트로서 칭해질 것이다.
본 발명을 첨부된 도면과 관련하여 기술하고자 한다.
도 1 내지 3에 도시된 실시태양은 경미한 요실금 증세를 갖는 여성에 의해 사용되는 흡수성 생리 패드이다. 이 흡수성 생리 패드는 액체-투과성 상면시이트(1), 및 제품의 둘레에서 예를 들면 열밀봉 또는 접착제에 의해 밀봉부(3)에 의해 밀봉된 액체-불투과성 배면시이트(2)를 포함한다. 흡수제품은 흡수코어(4), 예를 들면 흡수성 겔화 물질(Absorbent Gelling Material: AGM)을 함유하는 흡수코어, 및 유체를 수용하여 이를 상기 코어로 이송시키는 제 2 상면시이트(5)를 추가로 포함한다.
상면시이트, 배면시이트 및 흡수코어에 사용되는 물질은 흡수성 생리용품에 통상적으로 사용되는 것들일 수 있다. 그러나, 부피가 큰 제 2 상면시이트를 갖는 흡수제품을 기술하는 국제 특허 공개공보 제 WO94/28838 호 및 AGM을 포함하는 코어를 기술하고 적합한 몇개의 물질을 추가로 상술하는 국제 특허 공개공보 제 WO94/01069 호 및 PCT 국제출원 제 PCT/EP94/04215 호를 참조하도록 한다.
이 제품은 제품이 사용자의 신체에 밀착하여 부합되게 하도록 제품을 만곡시키고, 뇨가 제품을 통해 새어나갈 위험을 적어도 실질적으로 방지하거나 감소시키는 탄성화 시스템을 포함한다. 도 1 내지 도 3에서 이 탄성화 시스템은 제 2 상면시이트(5) 아래에서 제품의 종방향의 적어도 주요 부분을 따라 위치되고, 바람직하게는 실질적으로 제품의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 위치되며, 단부에서, 또는 전체 길이에서, 또는 길이에 따라 선택된 지점에서 제 2 상면시이트 및/또는 코어에 부착된 탄성사(elastic thread)(6)를 포함한다. 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 탄성사는 패드로 하여금 종방향 단면도(도 2)에서 도시된 바와 같이 위쪽으로 오목한 형태를 취하게 하고, 횡방향 단면도(도 3)에서 도시된 바와 같이 위쪽으로 볼록한 형태를 취하게 한다. 따라서 패드는 사용자의 신체쪽으로 탄성적으로 올라가서 신체와 밀착하게 되므로, 보다 우수한 정합성 및 최소한의 뇨의 방출조차도 포획하는 보다 우수한 능력을 제공한다. 코어는 비교적 뻣뻣하고 횡방향 단면으로 보면 실질적으로 평평하여 사용자의 팬티와 우수한 접촉을 유지할 수 있다.
도 4는 코어(2) 위에 횡방향으로 위치되고, 종방향 탄성사(6)를 갖는 제 2 상면시이트(5) 아래에 위치된 탄성사(7)를 추가로 포함하는 변형된 실시태양을 도시한다. 횡방향 탄성사(7)는 제 2 상면시이트(5)에 고정된 것으로 도시되어 있는데, 횡방향 탄성사(7)가 약간 더 길어도 제 1 상면시이트(1)에 또다르게 또는 추가로 고정될 수 있다. 어떤 경우에서도, 탄성사(7)는 바람직하게는 단부에서만 고정된다. 횡방향 단면도에 나타낸 바와 같이, 횡방향 탄성사는 제 2 상면시이트 및/또는 제 1 상면시이트의 측부를 안쪽으로 잡아당김으로써 제품을 목적하는 형상인 위쪽으로 볼록한 형상을 가질 수 있게 도와준다.
다양한 기타 변형들이 또한 가능하다. 예를 들면, 제품의 길이에 따라 이격되거나 서로 밀접하게 배열된 다수의 횡방향 탄성사를 가질 수 있거나, 단일 종방향 탄성사 대신에 밀접하게 배열된 다수의 종방향 탄성사를 가질 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 유체-투과성 상면시이트,
    유체-저장용 코어,
    상면시이트를 통과한 유체를 상기 코어에 이송시키기 위한, 상면시이트와 코어 사이에 위치한 유체-수용층, 및
    코어와 유체-수용층 사이에 위치하고 흡수제품이 전체적으로 평평한 상태일 때 인장되어 있는 탄성 수단을 포함하는
    가늘고 긴 흡수제품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    유체-수용층과 반대쪽인 코어 면에 유체-불투과성 배면시이트를 추가로 포함하는 흡수제품.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
    탄성 수단이 적어도 실질적으로 흡수제품의 종방향 중심선의 주요 부분을 따라 위치된 하나이상의 탄성사(elastic thread)를 포함하는 흡수제품.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성사 또는 각각의 탄성사가 그의 단부에서 유체-수용층과 코어중 하나이상에 부착된 흡수제품.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성사 또는 각각의 탄성사가 그의 길이를 따라 선택된 지점에서 유체-수용층과 코어중 하나이상에 부착된 흡수제품.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    흡수제품의 횡방향으로 연장되고 단부에서 상면시이트와 유체-수용층중 하나이상에 부착된 하나이상의 탄성사를 추가로 포함하는 흡수제품.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    생리 패드 형태인 흡수제품.
