Description

包封卷烟盒的方法和装置
本发明涉及一种包封卷烟盒的方法及装置。
在现有的卷烟盒包封装置中,连续排列的卷烟盒由一种输送机构,通常是输送滚轮逐步地按给定速率,沿着包封轨迹进行送进,通过一个第一包封位置,在这个位置,每个卷烟盒分到一张包封纸;或通过一个或多个连续的包封位置,其中,包封纸逐渐绕卷烟盒弯折,使纸的一个或多个部分叠加在其他部分;或通过一个或多个热封位置,其中,热封元件与包封纸接触,牢固连接纸的叠压部分。
借助一个致动机构与输送机构的同步工作,每个热封元件在其接触包封纸进行热封的工作位置和离开包封轨迹的静止位置之间移动,因而赋予这种热封元件一个工作循环,在这个循环中,各个相的长短有一个恒定比值,但是,很显然,作为输送机构送进速率的函数,即包封机速度函数的绝对值是变化的。
这种热封元件的工作循环通常是作为包封机正常工作速率(通常接近机器最大速度)的函数而校验的,即这样校验,当包封机以正常工作速度运转时,热封时间最佳。然而,因任何原因这个包封机以较低速度运转时,其热封时间将明显延长,因此有可能导致包封纸燃烧。
设想过调节作为机器速率函数的热封元件温度来解决这个问题。然而,由于这种热封元件高度的热惯性,已证明这类措施是无效的。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种在包封机中用热封包装纸包封卷烟盒,并且在这种包封机工作速度变化时能防止纸的损坏的卷烟盒包封方法。

装置1含有一个包封滚轮3,它由与水平轴线5共心的转轴4在中心支持的,并由按图中所示顺时针方向逐次转动的驱动机构(图中未示出)间断操作。滚轮3外面有一个基本上是圆柱形的侧表面7,上面设有绕轴线5等间隔分布的多个空腔8。每个空腔8沿其包封轨迹9并通过多个热封工位10装入各个卷烟盒2,在滚轮3的每次转动中,都有相同数目的空腔8面向这种热封工位10。

除连杆17外,传动组件18也含有一个与臂24自由端和一个臂16相连的卡钳元件29,这个元件29含有用平行于轴线5的一个销31使其相互铰接的一对连杆30,这对连杆30分别由铰链30a铰接到臂24的自由端和由铰链30b铰接到一个臂16的自由端。
装置1还包括一个致动机构32,它又包括一个电动机33,与轴线5平行且与曲柄35连接的输出轴34,曲柄35的自由端与连杆36铰接,因而也使它以铰接方式与销31相连。致动机构32构成控制机构37的一部分。除机构32以外,控制机构37还包括一个与传动组件18相配的传感器38,用于检测热封头12的位移,并当热封头12到达工作位置时发出一个信号。控制机构37还包括一个由传感器38发射信号致动的计数器39,用以测量从热封头12到达加工位置开始的时间上的延迟;致动机构37还含有一个中心控制组件40,在由计数器39测量一个给定的时间延迟后,它通过曲柄35和36使销31横向移动,因而降低铰链30a和30b之间的距离,使摇臂13按图1-3所示顺时针方向绕各自的轴14转动。
在实际使用中,卷烟盒2连同各自的包封纸41一起被逐次输送到空腔8中,每一张包封纸首先绕其各自的卷烟盒2折叠成U形,然后进一步折叠,使两个相对的部分42和43一个叠压在另一个上,以便于用热封元件11进行热封。凸轮25绕轴26一个完整的转动使滚轮3产生一步转动,因此,在滚轮3的每一步中,都给予热封元件11一个给定的工作循环,即,当滚轮3开始每一步时,每个热封头12移动到静止位置(图2),直到这一步完成,基本上仍保持在这个静止位置。接着,当滚轮3被停止在这一步与下一步之间时,热封头12进入工作位置(图3)并保持给定时间。
因此,热封头12在工作位置保持时间的长度,即热封时间与工作循环的长度成正比,与滚轮3的送进速率成反比,这样,包封纸41由于热封元件11造成任何形式损坏的可能性将随送进速率降低而增加。特别是,存在一个极限速率,即上述热封时间等于计数器39确定的最大允许时间,最后,送进速率下降到低于这个极限速率,计数器39发出一个信号给中心控制组件40,该组件40操纵电动机33使各热封头12按前述脱离各自的卷烟盒2(图3)。
在图4和5的改型中,连杆17由通过螺钉45固定在臂16自由端上的片簧44取代,其优点是保证热封头12按给定量的压力与卷烟盒2接触。事实上,片簧44设成可保证热封头12进入工作位置的大移动,这样,当到达工作位置时,大移动对片簧44轴向加载,在热封头12和各自的卷烟盒2之间的接触压力达到给定值时,在综合的弯曲和压缩应力作用下,使片簧压下。

Claims (6)

1.一种包封卷烟盒的方法,包括一个送进步骤,其中连续的卷烟盒(2)步进地按给定速率沿包封轨迹(9)被送进,沿此轨迹热封包封纸(41)绕每个卷烟盒(2)折叠,至少包封纸(41)的第一和第二部分(42,43)是一部分叠压在另一部分上;一个热封步骤,其中每个卷烟盒(2)至少停留在沿上述轨迹(9)安排的且具有可动热封元件(11)的一个热封工位(10)上;上述热封元件(11)移入一个热封加工位置并保持给定的热封时间,在这个位置,热封元件(11)沿上述轨迹(9)安置,并在上述叠压的包封纸(41)的部分(42,43)接触这种包封纸(41);上述热封时间是上述速率的函数,这种方法的特征在于,它还包括一个测量上述热封时间的测量步骤,和一个与上述速率无关地致动热封元件(11)和在热封时间超过给定极限值使热封元件(11)离开工作位置的控制步骤。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,上述热封步骤由第一致动机构(19)对热封元件(11)施加一个工作循环而进行,这个工作循环的长度是上述速率的函数;上述工作循环包括一个热封元件(11)定位在距上述轨迹(9)给定距离的静止位置的静止步骤和一个热封元件(11)定位在上述热封工作位置的热封工作步骤;上述控制步骤由第二致动机构(37)进行,它与第一致动机构(19)相互作用响应测量上述热封时间的计数器(39)发出的信号,使热封元件(11)由工作位置移动到静止位置。
3.一种包封卷烟盒的装置,包含一个把连续的卷烟盒(2)步进地按给定速率沿包封轨迹(9)送进的输送机构(3),沿这个轨迹(9),热封包装纸(41)绕每个卷烟盒(2)折叠,因此,至少包封纸(41)的第一和第二部分(42,43)是一层叠压在另一层上;至少有一个热封工位(10)沿上述轨迹(9)安排;一个可移动的热封元件(11)定位在上述热封工位(10)上;连接在上述热封元件(11)上的第一致动机构(19)使上述热封元件(11)移动到热封加工位置并保持给定的热封时间,在热封加工位置,热封元件(11)在包封纸(41)的上述叠折部分(42,43)处接触上述包封纸(41);上述热封时间是上述速率的函数;这种装置的特征在于,它还包括测量上述热封时间的计数器(39);和与上述速率无关地和上述第一致动机构(19)相互作用的第二致动机构(37),当上述热封时间超过给定极限值时,能使上述热封元件(11)离开工作位置。
4.按照权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,上述第一致动机构(19)包括带可移动输出件(20)的凸轮机构(25),和置于上述可移动的输出件(20)及热封元件(11)之间的传动组件(18);上述传动组件(18)包括可变长度的连杆部分(29);上述第二致动机构(37)可改变上述长度以补偿上述第一致动机构(19)所加给的移动。
5.按照权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,上述可变长度的连杆部分(29)包括由中间销(31)使之相互铰接两个连杆(30)限定的,并分别由第一铰链(30a)铰接到上述可移动输出件(20)和由第二铰链(30b)铰接到上述热封元件(11)上的卡规部分(29);上述第二致动机构(37)连接到上述中间销31上以改变上述第一和上述第二铰链(30a,30b)之间的距离。
6.按照权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于,上述第一致动机构(19)包含一个绕其轴转动的动力凸轮(25);上述可移动的输出件(20)是一个摇臂(20),其第一端由挺杆滚轮(23)连到上述凸轮(25)上,第二端连接到上述传动组件(18)的一端。
