Abstract

本发明提供一种备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,该废热发电装置利用设在发动机上的飞轮并安装着若干小型发电机,系统本身结构紧凑。该废热发电装置中,飞轮2设在发动机1上,在飞轮2的外周形成齿部25,带齿环状皮带5与该齿部25啮合,由带齿环状皮带5通过增速齿轮6、7、8驱动若干个发电机3发电。发电机3发出的电力由变压装置10合成并变压,经过整流二极管11和变频器13由负荷14消费。

Description

备有若干发电机的废热发电装置
本发明涉及一种关于发动机备有若干发电机的废热发电装置。
现有技术中,由发动机驱动的大型发电机多由感应起电机构成,发电机采用感应起电机时,通过控制投入的励磁电力,即使转动频率发生变化也容易使产生的电压恒定,所以这种发电装置通常由感应起电机构成。另外,将永磁铁作为转子的发电机或发动机,由于功率高及构造简单,最近多用于工业机器。
但是,发电机的转动频率上升时,电压也升高,所以,要使其电压为恒定是较困难的,需要复杂的控制装置。另外,随着电压和电流的增加、转子的转动频率上升时,在转子上产生大的离心力,因此,发电机中的转子必须能经受住该离心力。为此,通常是用加强环等对构成转子的永磁铁的外周加强,将转子做成能承受离心力的构造。
用永磁铁作为转子的发电机,例如有日本实用新型公报实开平2-146975号揭示的小型发电机、实开昭60-162977号公报揭示的电动发电机、日本专利公报特开昭62-272850号揭示的永磁铁式旋转机等。
例如,实开平2-146975号公报揭示的小型发电机,是用通过由一对连杆支承的调速机构将调速配重与主轴和转子连接,根据主轴转动频率,通过离心力使调速配重离开主轴,缩小连杆间的角度,使转子朝着脱出定子的方向移动。
特开平7-236260号揭示的高功率交流发电机,是根据旋转速度控制磁通密度,恰当地控制发电量,将控制环可相对旋转地配置于转子与定子之间,并且在控制环上设有可接合及脱离的导磁性体。
通常,在制作圆筒形永磁铁时,是将含有铁、钕、钐、钴等元素的合金粉末充填到非磁性体构成的圆筒形成形模内,用高温度将该合金粉末压缩成形并固化,用高频加热瞬间烧结该成形体,在成形体的烧结时赋与NS极即磁力,使合金中的磁力线排齐。接着,从烧结模中取出圆筒形的永久磁石烧结体,对该烧结体的外周面、内周面研磨加工,制成永磁石的烧结体。另外,将长碳纤维卷起制成薄壁外筒,将该薄壁外筒作为加强烧结体的加强件。用压力机把永磁石的烧结体压入嵌合到薄壁外筒内,便完成了转子。
用永磁石作为转子的发电机,其发电力是转子旋转速度与磁场强度的积,所以,转子的旋转速度越快,其发电力越大。但是,用永磁石构成大径的转子时,提高其周速度增大发电电力是困难的,所以,用永磁石作为转子时,不容易实现大功率的发电。
但是,如果用设在发动机输出端的飞轮作为旋转轴,在其外周配置永磁石而构成转子时,永磁石本身变大,定子部直径也变大,发电机本身大型化,整体直径过分大,在有些场所不能设置该发电机。另外,用陶瓷隔热形的活塞-涡轮组合式航空发动机供给高效率的电力时,作为都市的电源虽然是极有效的系统,但设置该系统时,必须考虑设置在建筑物的屋顶或地下等场所,这样,由于设置空间的要求严格,要求系统本身紧凑化,而且要求系统低噪音。
另外,用永磁石构成高速旋转的转子的发电机中,为了制作作为转子的磁石,要烧结铁-钕合金粉末,将该烧结体加工成预定的形状和精度。在发电机中,转子高速旋转时,由于作用大的离心力,所以永磁石要具有不被该离心力击碎的强度,而且转子越大型,越要提高永磁石的强度,这样,发电机的成本提高,存在着如何减低制造成本的课题。
本发明的目的是提供一种备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,该发电装置中,用铁或钕等的粉末烧结成的永磁石制作转子,使该永磁石旋转而可使构造小型化,使备有该转子的发电机小型化且降低制造成本,并且,将设在发动机上的飞轮作为驱动轮,使飞轮的外周速度加大,借助该外周速度使若干发电机的旋转轴等速度旋转,高效率地发电,系统的结构紧凑并降低制造成本,即使在都市中空间被限制的场所也能容易设置,而且,由于使发电机小型化,还可减低噪音。
本发明提供的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,由设在发动机上的飞轮、与飞轮外周面接合并旋转的驱动机构、被该驱动机构驱动旋转的增速轮、通过该增速轮而旋转的若干发电机的旋转轴、将发电机发出的电力合成并整流的整流装置、将合成了的电力的频率变换的变频器构成。
该废热发电装置中,上述驱动机构由齿轮驱动机构构成,上述增速轮由增速齿轮构成,上述齿轮驱动机构的齿轮与飞轮及增速轮啮合,上述增速齿轮被飞轮驱动旋转。
或者,该发电机的废热发电装置中,上述驱动机构由皮带驱动机构构成,该皮带驱动机构由带齿环状皮带构成,上述增速轮由增速齿轮构成,上述带齿环状皮带与形成在飞轮外周上的齿部啮合,上述增速齿轮被带齿环状皮带驱动旋转。
另外,在带齿环状皮带与增速齿轮的啮合侧相反侧的带齿环状皮带的背面侧,配置着与带齿环状皮带接合的空转辊。
上述整流装置是把若干输出端部呈线圈状卷绕在铁芯上,构成电感线圈,实施整流且变压。
该备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,具有控制器,该控制器能根据负荷控制上述各发电机的开、关。
上述整流装置,是将线圈卷绕在铁芯上构成的,对设在发动机上的能量回收装置的发电机发出的电力进行合成、整流和变压。
上述发电机具有转子和定子,转子由安装在上述旋转轴上的永磁石构成,定子配置在转子外周并固定在上述壳体上;转子由圆筒形部件和配置在该圆筒形部件外周的加强部件构成,圆筒形部件由永磁石构成,加强部件由对圆筒形部件加强的非磁性材料构成。
组装在该废热发电装置中的发电机,可采用各种型式的发电机,例如,该发电机具有转子和定子,转子由安装在上述旋转轴上的永磁石构成,定子配置在转子外周并固定在上述壳体上;转子由圆筒形部件和配置在该圆筒形部件外周的加强部件构成,圆筒形部件由永磁石构成,加强部件由对圆筒形部件加强的非磁性材料构成。
该废热发电装置,利用飞轮的大直径,将设在飞轮外周上的齿部作为驱动装置,通过增速装置设置若干个小型发电机,所以,系统本身可紧凑化,可提高发电效率。通过带齿环状皮带等机构用飞轮的驱动力驱动发电机的旋转轴时,例如,对于齿轮之间的啮合不要求高精度,可减低造价。
本发明的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,由于具有上述构造,可利用设在发动机上的飞轮的圆周速度驱动若干个发电机,使系统本身紧凑化,并且由于利用飞轮的高速的圆周速度,可加大发电量。而且,由于发电机本身能小型化,所以可减低制造成本,减低产生的离心力,防止磁石的破坏,并能减低噪音。另外,该废热发电装置,由于结构紧凑,所以能容易地设置在城区或大街、建筑物屋顶或地下等处,即使狭窄的场所也能容易地设置。
图1是表示本发明备有若干发电机的废热发电装置一实施例的正面图。

下面,参照附图说明本发明的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置的实施例。
本发明的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,是通过飞轮2将发动机1的旋转力传递给若干发电机3的旋转轴9,由发电机3发出电能。本实施例中,设有3个发电机3。发动机1例如可采用以轻油、重油或以天然气等为燃料的柴油发动机。发动机1主要有飞轮2,该飞轮2作为与输出轴4连接的大直径驱动轴。还备有涡轮充电器16和能量回收装置18。涡轮充电器16被从发动机1通过排气管15排出的排气驱动。能量回收装置18被从涡轮充电器16的排气管17出来的排气驱动。能量回收装置18备有涡轮和发电机26,可将排气能量变换为电力。从能量回收装置18排出的气体以热能被充分回收了的状态通过排气管29排出到外部。
该废热发电装置,主要由设在发动机1上的飞轮2、与飞轮2啮合而旋转的齿轮驱动机构或皮带驱动机构、被齿轮驱动机构或皮带驱动机构驱动旋转的若干个(图1中是3个)增速轮、通过增速轮而被旋转的3个发电机3的旋转轴9、将发电机3发出的电力合成、整流、变压的整流装置10以及变换被合成电力频率的变频器13构成。整流装置10由对在若干处产生的电力进行整流变压的电感线圈构成。从变频器13出来的电力被负荷14消费。皮带驱动机构可以由扁皮带或图示的带齿环状皮带5构成。带齿环状皮带5是在带体上设置齿部,将该带体的端部彼此固接而构成为环状带。
该废热发电装置备有控制器28,该控制器28能根据负荷14使发电机3开、关,控制发电机3的驱动状态。在整流装置10,将设在发动机1上的能量回收装置18的发电机26发出的电力合成并变压。控制器28可根据负荷14恰当地选择3个发电机3之中的发电控制。在3个发电机3全部驱动时,废热发电装置为全负荷作动状态。
在该废热发电装置中,从各发电机3引出的导线22A、22B、22C卷绕在电感线圈装置即整流装置10的若干个铁芯27A、27B、27C上,从能量回收装置18的发电机26引出的导线24经过调节器19卷绕到变压装置10的一个铁芯27D上。
电感线圈装置即整流装置10,具体地说,并列地配置着4个铁芯27A、27B、27C、27D(图1中重叠地表示),与从3个发电机3引出的导线22A、22B、22C连接的线圈分别卷绕在3个铁芯27A、27B、27C上,与从发电机26引出的导线24连接的线圈卷绕在一个铁芯27D上。由同一线构成的线圈卷绕在4个铁芯27A、27B、27C、27D上并引出导线23,该导线23与整流二极管11连接。
调节器19用于调节变化的电压,例如,从发电机26发出的电力的电压在100~400V之间变化时,调节器19可将其调节为均匀的400V。各发电机3发出的电力,在电感线圈装置10中被调节成为平滑的电压和电流。电感线圈装置即整流装置10中,输出用的导线23分别与各铁芯27A、27B、27C、27D连接,导线23经过整流二极管11与变频器13连接。变频器13将发出的电力变换为50或60赫兹后向负荷14输出。
该废热发电装置中,在飞轮2的外周形成有齿部25,驱动机构可采用齿轮驱动机构或皮带驱动机构,本实施例中,驱动机构是采用皮带驱动机构。皮带驱动机构是采用带齿环状皮带5,增速轮是采用增速齿轮6、7、8。带齿环状皮带5与飞轮2的齿部25啮合,增速齿轮6与带齿环状皮带5啮合。带齿环状皮带5可这样制作,即,制作备有齿部25的带体,使齿部25位于内侧地将带的两端彼此熔接而形成环状带,再对齿部25进行高频淬火或氮化处理。另外,在带齿环状皮带5与增速齿轮6的啮合部侧的相反侧的带齿环状皮带5的背面侧,为了良好地保持带齿环状皮带5与增速齿轮6及飞轮2的齿部25的啮合,配置着空转辊12。空转辊12可旋转地安装在壳体20上(图未示)。
该废热发电装置中,发电机3分别在正三角形顶点附近位置通过机架50安装在壳体20上,该壳体20固定在发动机1本体上。发电机3的旋转轴9的一端可旋转地支承在壳体20上,另一端上安装着增速齿轮8。增速齿轮6的旋转轴21的一端可旋转地支承在壳体20上,另一端上安装着增速齿轮7。增速齿轮7与增速齿轮8啮合,从增速齿轮7向增速齿轮8传递旋转力。因此,发动机1的旋转力,从曲柄轴等的输出轴4传递给飞轮2,接着,从飞轮2通过带齿环状皮带5传递给增速齿轮6。增速齿轮6的旋转力从增速齿轮7通过增速齿轮8传递给发电机3的旋转轴9。
组装入该废热发电装置的发电机3,可采用各种型式的小型发电机,例如,如图3和图4所示,可采用构成高速发电机的发电机。
发电机3备有旋转轴9、转子35和定子36。旋转轴9通过一对轴承38可旋转地支承在壳体31。转子35固定在旋转轴9上,定子36固定在壳体31上,并且与转子35的外周之间形成间隙32。转子35的一端与设在旋转轴9上的止挡件39相接,另一端通过螺入旋转轴2的固定螺母40固定在旋转轴9上。旋转轴9的一端上固定着增速齿轮8,在增速齿轮8上啮合着输入用的增速齿轮7。定子36是由定子线圈37卷绕在叠层薄板上形成的。
如图4所示,转子35由圆筒体33、外筒34、内筒43和交界部件44构成。圆筒体33是把用永磁石制成的扇形部件45组装成圆筒状而构成的。外筒34是用树脂材料把碳纤维卷绕固定在圆筒体33外周而构成的。内筒43由配置在圆筒体33内周的、含有碳纤维的树脂材料构成的。交界部件44由设在相邻扇形部件之间的、含有碳纤维的树脂材料构成。内筒43和分界部件44中含有的树脂材料可以是与外筒34中含有的塑料即树脂材料为同一材料。在本实施例中是将圆筒体33分割成二部分,但也可以将其分割成三部分、四部分或四部分以上。
位于扇形部件45内周的内筒43和位于相邻扇形部件45之间的分界部件44的树脂中,为了提高强度和热传导性,混入了AlN、SiC等热传导率大的陶瓷纤维材料。在外筒34与圆筒体33的交界部、以及在圆筒体33与内筒43的交界部,熔接着铝或其合金,使各交界部的固定更牢固而且使散热良好。在内筒43和交界部件44中,为了提高导磁性而含有铁粉。
在该废热发电装置中,发电机的转子35中,树脂材料做成的外筒34、内筒43和交界部件44中的每一方至少具有研磨加工余量以上的树脂厚度。同样,在外筒34中采用铝材时,也至少具有研磨加工余量以上的铝的厚度。因此,可容易而迅速地将扇形部件45高精度地切削加工至预定尺寸,将这些扇形部件45组装起来可制成高精度的圆筒体33。此外,不仅是外筒34可以高精度地制作,也可以容易而迅速地将内筒43高精度地切削加工成预定尺寸,可制成高精度的转子。

Claims (8)

1.一种备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,由设在发动机上的飞轮、与飞轮外周面接合并被飞轮旋转的驱动机构、被该驱动机构驱动旋转的增速轮、通过该增速轮而旋转的若干发电机的旋转轴、将发电机发出的电力合成并整流的整流装置、将合成了的电力的频率变换的变频器构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,上述驱动机构由齿轮驱动机构构成,上述增速轮由增速齿轮构成,上述齿轮驱动机构的齿轮与飞轮及增速轮啮合,上述增速齿轮被飞轮驱动旋转。
3.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,上述驱动机构由皮带驱动机构构成,该皮带驱动机构由带齿环状皮带构成,上述增速轮由增速齿轮构成,上述带齿轮环状皮带与形成在飞轮外周上的齿部啮合,上述增速齿轮被带齿环状皮带驱动旋转。
4.如权利要求3所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,在带齿环状皮带与增速齿轮的啮合侧相反侧的带齿皮带的背面侧,配置着与带齿环状皮带接合的空转辊。
5.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,上述整流装置是把若干输出端部呈线圈状卷绕在铁芯上,构成电感线圈,实施整流。
6.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,具有控制器,该控制器能根据负荷控制上述各发电机的开、关。
7.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,上述整流装置对设在发动机上的能量回收装置的发电机发出的电力进行合成并变压。
8.如权利要求1所述的备有若干发电机的废热发电装置,其特征在于,上述每一发电机具有转子和定子,转子由安装在上述旋转轴上的永磁石构成,定子配置在转子外周并固定在壳体上;转子由圆筒形部件和配置在该圆筒形部件外周的加强部件构成,圆筒形部件由永磁石构成,加强部件由对圆筒形部件加强的非磁性材料构成。
