Abstract
本发明的任务在于,提供一种便携式计算机和电信设备,此设备将一个移动电话的功能与一个计算机的功能统一在一个设备中,以便能够分别或同时最佳地利用两种功能,并且此设备同时提供模块化扩展的可能性。此项任务是这样解决的,即一个模块化结构的计算机和电信设备约有一个长方形信夹大小,上面包括一个带有电信设备的模块,此模块在其外侧有一个电话键盘和一个电话显示屏,而在其内侧有一个作计算机显示设备的扁平显示屏,此模块下面安装着第二个模块,此模块包括一个计算机,其中上面和下面的模块通过一个合页可以转动地连接在一起,并且具有在第二模块上或其内安装附加模块用于功能扩展或者作为附加电源单元的可能性。
Description
本发明涉及一种便携式计算机和电信设备如主权利要求的总构思所述。
这种类型的便携式计算机和电信设备特别是应用在移动电话和编制、发送传真消息以及在线服务的存取方面,也可以作为移动式计算机应用。
大家知道的有移动电话(作为手持电话也常称为“手机”(Handy))以及许多小型设备如袖珍计算器,数据库和电子笔记本,它们由于几何尺寸小总是适合于个人随身携带使用。带有文本和图象显示屏的个人计算机其规格也知有所谓的手提机或有记事本那么大,然而它们毕竟还大致有A4纸那么大以及很大的重量。
在EP 0472361B1中公开了一种同类型的便携式计算机和电信设备、在同一个机壳中配装有计算机和移动电话,此外,此机壳还包括用于操作计算机和移动电话的键盘部分。除此之外,在连接在机壳上的盖板可以转动,当它合上时可以将显示屏掩蔽起来。此盖板是这样构成的,即当它合上时除了部分显示屏外,至少在键盘上还有一些按键可以触及到,以便操作此设备作为移动电话应用。在机壳的一个长边上安装着移动电话的传声器和扬声器。
在EP 0472361B1中公开的电信设备其缺点在于,此设备不能作为“手机”形式的如已知的移动电话应用,因为电话键盘以及传声器和扬声器均采用了其它的结构。在此设备上特别是不可能像作为“手机”的移动电话那样单手操作电信设备,因为此设备为此必须首先围绕其横轴转动90°,然后同样围绕其纵轴转动90°。
此外,此设备在功能方面不能扩展,并且对于较长的工作时间也不能配装附加电源模块形式的其它电源。
本发明的任务在于,提供一种便携式的计算机和电信设备,此设备适用于发送和接收语言、数据、文本和/或图象以及编制和处理这些数据,文本和/或图象,就是说,此设备在一个单一的机壳中将一个移动电话的功能和一个计算机的功能统一起来。此外,本发明便携式计算机和电信设备对于附加的应用是开放的及可以进行扩展的。
此任务是通过权利要求1的总构思及其特征所述的便携式计算机和电信设备加以解决的。
通过将此计算机和电信设备分为两个不同的模块,可以分别的开发这两个模块或各个部件或者只作很小的修改即可利用已经开发的、例如电信设备的模块或部件。这样就可以显著的降低了开发和设计费用。此外,还可以实现,本发明便携式计算机和电信设备的用户,在将本发明设备作为传真传输媒体、调制解调器、电话或计算机以及所有的混合应用时,获得最大的灵活性,并且能够享受最简易操作所带来的最大乐趣,用户可以有选择地或者同时利用两个模块的功能,如同例如在编制和发送传真消息时是由编制此消息所应用的程序中所得到的。然而,由于电信设备键盘的结构用户在任何时间、即使在本发明设备闭合的情况下也可以在相应模块的外侧使用此电信设备。这样就可以实现通常“手机”的简便性,并且将个人计算机和电信设备的功能结合起来。
将计算机和电信设备分成两个不同的模块,以及分别配装的键盘和显示屏结构,可以使计算机和电信设备之间的数据线最少。这样可以减少设计费用,并且将在计算机和电信设备之间进行数据传输时出现故障的可能性减至最小。
本发明便携式计算机和电信设备的优先的进一步发展,将在各项从属权利要求中加以阐述。
如果计算机显示单元安装在包含电信设备的模块上,则可以实现相当于通常笔记本结构的计算机键盘和计算机显示单元结构。这样可以用本发明设备的计算机实现特别符合人类工程学的工作方式。
在闭合的状态下至少两个模块的外表面彼此平滑的闭合,这样,在闭合状态下特别改善了作为“手机”(移动手持电话)应用的简易性,同时可以使计算机键盘和计算机显示单元保持清洁。除此之外,这样还可以将计算机的显示单元有效地保护起来而免受人为的损坏。
本发明设备可以通过其它的模块任意进行扩展,例如通过附加的电源模块,数据存储器模块、数据处理模块,软盘驱动器模块,收音机或电视机高频头模块,芯片或磁卡阅读器模块,PCMCIA插件模块或其它的通信设备,例如用于未来卫星支持的移动通信的一个附加的移动通信设备,作为现有电信设备的一种装备。电源单元可以作为电源模块安装在计算机外作为单独的模块或者例如也可以作为蓄电池安装在计算机模块内。
如果在至少两个模块外表面的一个外表面上,安装了传声器和扬声器并且与电信设备相连,则此设备可以作为移动电话应用、具有所说的“手机”的功能特征。这里,优异的配置在于将传声器和扬声器置于电信模块的外侧,就是说在具有电信设备键盘和显示设备的平面上,在操作方面以及在为数据线而降低设计费用方面具有如上所述功能方面的优点。在将传声器和扬声器安装在此设备的背面,即在包括计算机的模块的外侧的情况下,则可以获得在利用现有安装空间方面以及在包括电信设备的模块造型方面的优点。
特殊的优点在于,如果配装一个附加的开关,通过此开关可以切换到对讲模式上去,则在本发明设备打开的状态下不仅计算机,而且电信设备同时可以作为“手机”应用。此外,这也可以简化地址号码表功能的应用,此功能配置在计算机中有利于通过由计算机的地址存储器中直接选择建立电话联系。
下面对本发明的几个优先的实施形式加以阐述。
图1示出本发明的一个便携式计算机和电信设备;

在附图1至6中同一部件采用了相同的参考符号表示。
图1示出本发明的一个设备,其大小如同一个信夹。此本发明设备包括三个模块,这些模块彼此相连。模块1包括一个电信设备,并且在其外侧有一个用于控制电信设备的键盘5,即电话键盘,一个电话显示屏4,一个传声器7以及作为听音器的扬声器6。模块2包括一个计算机和一个插接部位,例如用于支票卡规格的卡,其它类型的磁带卡,或者也可以用于PCMCIA标准的存储器卡。模块1和模块2通过一个合页可以相互转动地连接。此外,本发明设备还有一个模块3,即提供电源的蓄电池。
此外,本发明设备还具有一根天线9,此天线是活动地,即可拉出或推入地安装在合页8的轴上并且作为合页的一部分。此外,模块2还具有一个用于调节扬声器6音量的旋钮11和一个起取下听音器键作用的按键12。
图2示出打开状态的同一个本发明设备。模块1在其内表面携带着一个计算机显示设备13,并且模块2在面对模块1的一侧携带着一个计算机键盘14。此计算机键盘14以及显示设备13的显示屏其行、列是这样排列的,即行是沿着本发明设备长度沿伸方向走向的。
用参考符号“A”表示在端面的,在此图中遮掩起来的其它的接口接线端、例如经串行、并行接口以及经红外接口与其它的计算机交换数据。由于本发明设备采用模块化的结构,所以毫无疑问可以扩展附加的电源模块,存储器模块或带有用于计算机附加功能的集成卡的其它模块组件。此外也可以设置如收音机或电视接收这样的功能。计算机显示单元13由一个LCD监视器或与此相仿的薄片式显示屏构成,并且也可以作为“触摸屏”触摸敏感地实现附加功能,或指令键并且进行操作。指令键当然也可以作为机械操作元件安装在显示屏相应场的附近。
本发明设备在合起来的状态下可以像通常的“手机”应用。此外,由于计算机显示屏13以及计算机显示设备14具有行结构,也可以作为计算机正常的应用。在电信设备和计算机之间可以进行数据交换以便自动控制,例如通过计算机进行的电话号码选择。此外,通过计算机编制的传真报告可以由编制报告所用的用户程序中经电信设备发送。此外还可以用计算机直接通过电信设备与相应的服务机构建立在线联系。
图3示出了一个与图1和图2所示相似结构的本发明设备。在此情况下取代电源模块3的是电源15,例如一个蓄电池装入计算机模块2中。这样可以获得一种特别紧凑的结构,并且有利于计算机和电信设备各个组成部分的安装。电源15也可以完全被计算机模块的外壳围起来并且加以掩盖。
图4以另一侧示出图3所示本发明设备。这里可以直接看到电源15是如何放入计算机模块2的。在图3和图4所示本发明设备的实施形式中传声器7和扬声器位于计算机模块2的外侧,而按照本发明电信设备则位于模块1中。依照在模块1和模块2中所提供的空间,将传声器7和扬声器6,如图1和图2所示,置于包括电信设备的模块1中,或者置于包括计算机的模块2中比较有利。
图5示出本发明的另一个设备,此设备同样由包括电信设备的模块1,包括计算机的模块2以及包括一个电源单元,例如一个蓄电池的模块3构成。作为到目前在图1至图4中所示设备的补充,在图5所示的设备通过附加模块18进行了扩展,此模块例如可以包括一个由存储器芯片构成的附加的存储器。然而附加模块18也可以由另一个电源构成,通过此电源可以使计算机和电信设备的工作持续时间显著延长。
与图1至4所示实施形式的另一个区别在于,模块1包括一个传声器,此传声器即指向外侧又指向内侧。这样可以在本发明设备合起来的状态下如同通常的手机那样使用此设备,而在打开的状态下可以通过开关17切换到对讲功能,这样可以通过指向模块1内侧的传声器进行录音,其中,模块1的扬声器不仅在电话工作方式中可以作为听音器使用,而且在计算机工作方式中也可以作为扬声器使用。其音量可以通过音量调节器11改变。
图6示出图5所示本发明设备实施例在闭合状态中。模块1指向外面的表面提供一个具有键盘5和显示屏4用于表示,例如呼叫号码或调用功能以及操作面的通常手机的外貌。
参考符号16表示一个音频插座,通过此插座可以连接头戴听筒或耳机或者与此适配的扬声器。通过一个组合的输入/输出音频插座,也可以连接具有传声器/耳机的配套送受话器。在图1至6所示的所有实施例中天线9作为拉杆天线以拉出部位示出。如果不使用电信设备,则天线9可以沿其纵轴分级插入合页8中。当天线完全埋入机壳的情况下(这里未画出)天线就不见了,因为即使在完全埋入的状态下仍然有发射和接收的可能性。
Claims (2)
1.便携式计算机和电信设备,具有一个无线电信设备和一个带计算机键盘和计算机显示单元的计算机,并且由至少两个扁平的模块构成,这两个模块彼此可以转动地连接在一起,使它们在闭合状态下以其各一个表面作为内表面相互接触,其中计算机键盘和计算机显示单元安装在这些内表面上,并且在这些模块其中之一的外侧配装着控制电信设备用的键盘,
其特征在于,
计算机安装在这些模块之一中,并且电信设备与用于控制电信设备的键盘一起安装在第二个模块中,并且在第二模块的外侧安装着用于电信设备的第二个显示单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述设备,其特征在于,计算机键盘安装在包括计算机的模块上,并且计算机显示单元安装在包括电信设备的模块上。
