Abstract

Description

泡状物的包装件的刻痕切割设备
通常,本发明涉及以刻痕方式切割泡状物的包装件的设备。特别是本发明涉及以刻痕方式切割泡状物的包装件的设备,这种包装件用于包装片剂,特别是用于包装止痛片。
在现有技术中已知采用具有刻痕的泡状物的包装件包装止痛片。在这种用于包装片剂的具有刻痕的泡状物的包装件中,将片剂密封在泡状物中,而且便于在使用时打开包装件。通过沿刻痕线弯曲包装件,从包装片剂的泡状物上剥离表面层,由使用者分开包装件。
通常在泡状物的包装件中刻痕标记的深度是不大连贯的。但是,最近发现刻痕标记的深度大大影响防止儿童打开泡状物的包装件的能力一通过试验(下文简称CR试验),还影响老年人打开的能力一通过试验(下文简称SE试验)。CR试验用于测试在预定时间内,在成年人以合适方式开启包装件之前或之后,儿童成功开启包装件的能力。SE试验有助于确定普通的老年人是否能成功地开启包装件。
通过CR试验可以看出,当泡状物的包装件中的刻痕切割深度加深,便于老年人开启包装件,当刻痕切割深度变浅,将使儿童很难打开泡状物的包装件。确定刻痕线的切割深度可以制造出最佳的防止儿童打开而便于老年人开启的泡状物的包装件。切割深度不同时,例如0.001英寸,在CR试验中的数据清楚有效。因此,刻痕线的深度与泡状物的包装件中刻痕线的设置有关。
CR试验和SE试验的标准可以改变,但是,通常按照下面的标准进行评价。为使包装件通过CR试验,让一组200人的儿童,年龄3.5-4.5岁单独打开包装件。如果儿童中的80%不能打开包装件,就认为包装件通过试验。另一方面,如果90%的老年人,年龄65-70岁能够打开包装件,换句话说,包装件的物理性能可以使90%的老年人打开它,同时防止儿童开启,则认为包装件通过SE试验。
通常在现有技术中已知采用金属冲压设备制造这种泡状物的包装件。这种设备包括工作台或供给机构,将包装件安置在工作台上,所述包装件的运动方向垂直于冲压方向。通过压制加工在包装件上制成刻痕。
与常规的切割机构不同,本发明公开了一种切割设备,其使得工作台在切割机构中受弹性支撑,以致在切割机构的工作台和刀片之间的尺寸公差产生的误偏差得以消除。在这种情况下,可以可靠地控制刻痕线的切口深度,从而可以重复生产防止儿童打开而便于老年人开启的包装件。在此对工作台采用弹簧预加载,当切割机构闭合时,进行切割,所述工作台和包装件进入金属—金属接触状态,保证使泡状物的包装件的切割进入最佳位置。保持极高的公差条件,保证包装件可以通过QA试验标准。
通过参照附图,描述本发明的实施例可以更加清楚地理解本发明。

如图1和2所示,在现有的泡状物包装件的切割设备10中,包括凸轮轴20,凸轮22,由凸轮22驱动的凸轮从动件30。借助常规的驱动机构,例如现有技术中已知的那些常用机构,使凸轮从动件30垂直于凸轮轴20移动。将切刀或切割装置50设置在凸轮从动件30的一端35上,而且切刀或切割装置50通常包括多个(两个或更多)刀片55。刀片55在泡状薄膜材料100中形成刻痕切口,所述泡状薄膜材料100放置在工作台70的支撑表面60上。
因此,根据公知的原理,现有技术中的设备存在着4个因素在切割中产生误偏差。第一,存在着凸轮22或凸轮从动件30磨损的可能性。由于凸轮22或凸轮从动件30产生磨损,使切割深度产生变化。第二,由于凸轮轴20的驱动件25产生磨损,引起设备误差。由于由凸轮的冲程控制切割深度,任何磨损都将导致在切割泡状物的过程中产生误差。第三,由于切割装置50上的导向件27或支撑表面29,以及支撑表面60倾斜,任何角度误差将在泡状物的切割过程中使中央切口处的切割线的深度产生误差。第四,由于在现有设备中有多个安置表面,任何角度或尺寸误差在切割过程中将导致切割误差。即在泡状物的包装件100上,或支撑表面60上的任何毛刺、灰尘颗粒都是在切割泡状物的包装件100的过程中引起刻痕线102产生误差的隐患。
如图3和4所示,在改进的本发明的技术方案中,支撑板或支撑表面60精确地放置在基座上,通常基座由硬质钢材制成,其硬度值为洛氏硬度60-65,并且支撑板或支撑表面60受一组弹簧150的弹性作用。在支撑板或支撑表面60的定位过程中,上述弹簧150消除部件的任何偏差,即深度或角度偏差,上述偏差出自所述部件的正常外形公差。此外,带有切割装置50的从动件30包括保护支撑板60的柔性波纹管175。所述波纹管175用于防止灰尘和污物。
通过导向导轨将泡状物的包装件100夹持在支撑板上,由设置在支撑板60上的量块200确定切割深度,由所述凸轮从动件驱动所述支撑板60。在这种方式中,切割装置50根据从量块200到刀片55的刀刃之间的距离“d”形成切口,不存在任何已知的误差隐患。因此,所述切割装置能够非常精确地切割泡状物100,例如,属于本发明申请人的申请号为08/550,901,名称为“具有安全背衬的泡状物的药丸包装件”的待批准专利所公开的内容,在本发明中作为参考。本发明的泡状物包装件的切口符合CR和SE试验标准。
因此,在使用中泡状物的包装件的切口按如下方式形成:
首先,将大的具有泡状物的片材放置在设备的工作台支撑表面。通常所述带有泡状物的片材具有包装件的形状,在现有技术中,通常采用热熔加工方法成形(未图示)。此泡状物的片材包括多个单独的泡状物的包装件,在所述泡状物的包装件中,包装有一个或两个片剂,例如止痛片。通常泡状物在片材中呈两排形状排列。由导向导轨将泡状物的包装件夹持在工作台上。当然,有一系列的泡状物的包装件供入切割设备,以便在切割设备的工作台上连续供给泡状物的包装件。一旦泡状物的包装件放置在工作台上被夹紧,由凸轮20驱动切割机构,引导切割装置50接触泡状物的包装件100。由设置在支撑板60上的量块和切割刀片的高度之间的距离决定泡状物的刻痕切口102的深度。如上所述,由于不存在其它因素,切割被控制在非常小的公差范围内。然后,切割泡状物的包装件,通常形成2×6,4×4或2×4的包装件。
如上所述,一旦泡状物的包装件被切割,然后将包装件装入待销售的包装容器,并且进行销售。当然,如果使用的包装件中泡状物中的片剂数量不相同,或者其排列不同,可以调整刀片和量块,以便在各实施例中保持可靠的切割深度。在不需要改变刀片,以及凸轮从动件或凸轮冲程的条件下,也可以在小范围内调节量块的距离。由此,本发明提供了一种可以防止儿童打开的包装件,同时为老年人提供了一种很容易打开的包装件。

Claims (9)

1.一种组合系统,其包括:
a.具有工作空间的切割设备,在工作空间内设有切割机构,其包括工作台,包装材料被安置在所述工作台上,工作台可以与切割装置相接触,切割装置包括至少一个刀片,其中切割装置保持在离开工作空间的工作台一定距离处,在工作空间内,由弹簧装置向切割装置施加弹性力,由此隔绝所述切割设备的剩余运动;
b.泡状物的包装件包括安置在工作台上的包装材料,所述泡状物的包装件用于包装被封闭的产品;
在切割装置中,以预定的公差条件切割泡状物的包装件。
2.按照权利要求1所述的组合系统,其特征是:刀片由覆盖物包围。
3.按照权利要求1所述的组合系统,其特征是:受弹簧装置预加载作用的工作台位于离开所述刀片一定距离的位置处。
4.按照权利要求1所述的组合系统,其特征是:所述切割设备用于切割止痛片的泡状物的包装件。
5.按照权利要求1所述的组合系统,其特征是:包装材料被安置在所述工作台上,所述泡状物的包装件用于包装被封闭的产品。
6.一种组合系统其包括:
a.具有工作空间的切割设备,在工作空间内设有切割机构,其包括工作台,包装材料被安置在所述工作台上,工作台可以与切割装置相接触,切割装置包括至少一个刀片,其中切割装置保持在离开工作空间的工作台一定距离处,在工作空间内,由弹簧装置向切割装置施加弹性力,由此隔绝所述切割设备的剩余运动;
量块设置在所述工作台上;
b.泡状物的包装件包括安置在工作台上的包装材料,所述泡状物的包装件用于包装被封闭的产品;
由所述弹簧使得切割设备中的切割机构、工作台和包装件与所述切割设备的剩余运动相隔绝。
7.按照权利要求6所述的组合系统,其特征是:刀片由覆盖物包围。
8.按照权利要求6所述的组合系统,其特征是:受弹簧装置预加载作用的工作台位于离开所述刀片一定距离的位置处。
9.按照权利要求6所述的组合系统,其特征是:所述切割设备用于切割止痛片的泡状物的包装件。
