Abstract

本发明涉及一种切割装置,其可在较长期间内对位于填充包装机中的横向密封部分进行切割,用于制作填充有汁等流动性物质的截面呈矩形等形状的包装容器,借助一对密封夹头对包装材料条带进行横向密封,该条带中填充有流动性物质并呈管状,之后通过切刀的进退每次按照相当于1个容器的长度将上述包装材料条带中的密封部切开,另外上述装置设有压力传感器。

Description

填充包装机用的切割装置
本发明涉及下述的切割装置,该装置与填充包装机中的横向密封操作等有关,上述填充包装机用于制作填充有汁等流动性物质的,截面呈矩形等形状的包装容器,本发明特别涉及设置有流体压力驱动缸的切割装置。
在过去,人们知道有下述的填充包装机(日本专利公告第23366/89号文献,日本专利公开第193206/83号文献),该包装机包括卷绕器(rewinder),其以卷状方式支承包装材料条带(web)的开卷器,该开卷器按顺序相对上述卷绕器将上述条带卷打开;管成形器,该管成形器在对打开的条带进行杀菌后,使其呈管状;供液管,该供液管在呈管状的条带的内部填充流动性物质;容器成形装置,该容器成形装置将上述填充有流体物的管按照相当于一个容器的长度向下方传送,同时沿横向对其进行密封,并对其进行切割,从而连续地形成截面呈矩形的枕状容器;容器整形装置,该容器整形装置每次将一个切断的枕状容器的端部弯折,并将该容器加工成作为最终形状的长方体形容器。
另外,上述的容器成形装置首先每次夹持相当于一个容器长度的填充有上述物质的管,沿横向对其进行密封(横向密封),之后将该密封部(密封带与带之间的中间部)切断,该装置包括可沿相互上下移动的2组横向密封夹头,该密封夹头中设有可在一对横向密封夹头之间产生密封压力的挤压器,一对横向密封包括加热夹头,以及切断夹头,上述加热夹头包括称为电感器(inductor)的加热机构,以及在于上述电感器(inductor)之间的切断时的切刀接纳部,上述切断夹头以可进退的方式设置有沿中间部的横向延伸的扁平状切刀(参照图2)。人们知道,作为该切断夹头中的已有的切割装置,其中的切刀的伸出通过液压实现,而切刀的回收通过弹簧实现。下面对该已有的切割装置进行说明。
在切刀的中间后侧设置有1个切刀回收用的驱动缸,该驱动缸内部设置有活塞和弹簧,上述活塞上成整体设置有安装于切刀中间后端部的活塞杆,上述弹簧与上述活塞同轴设置,该弹簧用于沿使切刀后退的方向在正常状态下施加推力(约为35Kgf),从而可使上述活塞杆位于回收位置,另外在切刀的两端的后侧,并且在切刀回收用的驱动缸的左右两侧设置有2个切刀伸出用的液压驱动缸,在该液压驱动缸中设有活塞和液压室,该活塞上成整体设置有可推动切刀的左右后端部的活塞杆,上述液压室与供油管相连通,当管状包装材料切断时,供油管朝向液压室供给液压油,并以大于上述弹簧的推力的作用力使活塞杆伸出,这样便推动切刀,并将管状包装材料中的横向密封部切断,在切断之后,上述供油管停止供给液压油,当液压为0时,在上述弹簧的推力的作用下上述切刀再次回收,并接纳于切断夹头中。
在上述类型的结构复杂的横向密封装置中,如果考虑空间和成本方面,则使其上设置有切刀的活塞回收的机构最好为弹簧,但是实际情况是,并没有认识到实际使用上所存在的较严重的的问题。在这里所采用的弹簧具有按设计计算出的耐久性,一般是每2~3个月更换一次。
此外,上述已有的挤压器分别在每个密封夹头的左右两侧设置有固定嵌合部件,以及活动嵌合部件,该固定嵌合部件具有向上的嵌合凹部,上述活动嵌合部件具有向下的嵌合凸部,该凸部与上述固定嵌合部件中的嵌合凹部相嵌合。上述活动嵌合部件安装于流体压力驱动缸中的活塞杆上,在使活动嵌合部件产生摇摆,从而与固定嵌合部件相嵌合的状态,使活塞杆收回,则可在两个密封夹头之间产生约为700Kgf的足够的密封压力。
人们知道(比如参照日本专利公告第23366/89号文献中的图12),上述挤压器中的,其上安装有活动嵌合部件的活塞杆收回所产生的密封压力可借助下述液压实现,该液压指设置于挤压器中的流体压力驱动缸中的液压,另外密封压力的释放和活塞杆的伸出可借助下述的推力实现,该推力指设置于上述驱动缸内部的,按照同轴方式设置的直径不同的多个弹簧的推力(约为30Kgf)。
在上述类型的结构复杂的横向密封装置中,从空间以及成本的观点来看,实际上在过去并没有想到下述机构采用弹簧以外的推力,该机构指使其上设置有活动嵌合部件的活塞杆伸出的机构,另外也没有实现上述方案的必要性。此外,设置于上述流体压力驱动缸内部的弹簧也具有按照设计计算出的耐久性,一般是每2~3个月更换一次。
按照借助上述弹簧的推力使切刀收回的已有的方法,如果弹簧损坏,则不能在将管状包装材料条带切断后使切刀收回,这样应当接纳于切断夹头内部的切刀的前端在正常状态下相对切断夹头突出,这样会因不小心使还未进行密封的条带中的密封部分受到损伤。
还有,如果弹簧损坏,按照上述方式,则切刀不能在切断条带后收回,应当接纳于切断夹头内部的切刀的前端经常相对切断夹头突出,这样上述加热夹头中的电感器(inductor)产生的能量会为突出的切刀所占用,包装材料条带中的铝铂薄片的加热效果不很好,其结果是,不能很好地将树脂层熔化,从而不能完全实现横向密封。
作为上述情况的结果,在制成下述的包装容器后,该包装容器为其中的条带受到损伤的包装容器,或进行了未完全横向密封的包装容器,则会产生从该包装容器中渗漏,或流出汁等填充物的情况。在看到从上述的包装容器中渗漏,或流出汁等填充物的场合,在制造阶段可进行检查,但是在上述汁等填充物的渗漏,或流出为人眼看不到的很轻微程度的场合,则很难办。而上述情况就是造成下述严重问题的原因,该问题指在上述类型的无菌填充包装机的流通过程中,在相对密封部分的汁等渗漏,或流出部分会繁殖霉菌等,从而造成微生物污染。此外,按照上述方式,应当接纳于切断夹头内部的切刀前端经常处于相对切断夹头突出的状态,这样会因不小心使尚未进行密封的条带中的密封部分受到损伤,上述切刀会与汁等填充物相接触,由于与上述切刀相接触,上述包装容器内部的汁等填充物会受到微生物的污染,之后如果在受到损伤的地方进行横向密封,尽管包装容器的外观仍保持正常,但是在包装容器内部中的有害微生物会产生繁殖,这对上述类型的无菌填充包装容器是致命的。
此外,由于弹簧按照上述方式设置于驱动缸内部,这样不能从外部看到上述损坏的情况,这样即使在容器制品的制造过程中弹簧发生损坏的情况下,仍然在此损坏的状态下连续地进行包装容器的制造,在一天的制造完毕后对操作装置进行检查时,才注意到有异常现象,这样就会产生不得不将这一天所制造的包装容器全部废弃的情况。为了防止今后出现上述情况,必须对安全度进行估计,并早于设计上的期限对弹簧进行更换,这样会造成下述的情况,该情况指使定期对弹簧进行更换的复杂操作和更换弹簧所产生的运行成本增加。
本发明的目的在于解决上述的问题,该问题是在采用填充包装机对横向密封部分进行切割时所造成的弹簧的损坏而产生的,另外本发明的目的在于提供一种切割装置,该装置可确实在较长的期限内对填充包装机中的横向密封部分进行切割。另外,本发明的目的是在下述过程中得出的,该过程指解决填充包装机中的过去使用的挤压器中的弹簧损坏的问题的过程。
本发明人首先开发了(日本专利申请第244707/96号申请)下述的超高速填充包装机,该包装机具有大大超过过去的每小时6000个的产生能力,即具有每小时8000个以上的产生能力。最近发现,在上述的高速填充包装机中采用前述的已有挤压器进行高速横向密封的场合,由于在其内部设置有弹簧的流体压力驱动缸与用于已有的填充包装机中时的情况相比较,以更高的速度摇摆,这样有时会产生下述的问题,该问题指在已有的填充包装机中的挤压器中,在完全没有料到的较短期间内会产生弹簧损坏,嵌合部件之间的接触部件产生损坏等各种问题。
于是,以下述的方式代替弹簧对采用高速填充包装机进行横向密封操作中挤压器中新近所发现的弹簧损坏的问题进行了研究,该方式为采用流体压力驱动缸的方式,即采用流体压力使上述活动嵌合部件伸出的方式。从而确认在较长的期限内可确实实现高速填充包装机中的横向密封操作中的加压,没有定期对弹簧进行更换的复杂操作,另外无须花费更换弹簧时所产生的运行成本,此外,即使产生密封不良的情况,仍可快速地检测出来,这样便完成了采用流体压力驱动缸的挤压器的发明(日本专利申请第314650/96号申请)。
本发明人还对下述情况进行了研究,该情况指将在上述挤压器中的,采用流体压力驱动缸来代替弹簧的观点也应用于与横向密封,切断操作有关的切割装置中。从而确认在上述类型的结构复杂的切割装置中,由于与上述挤压器的场合相同,作为沿使其上安装有切刀的活塞收回的方向施加推力的机构采用流体压力来代替弹簧,尽管与用于升降的其它的密封夹头相连接的管线等较为复杂,这样可解决下述问题,该问题指采用与填充包装机中的横向密封操作中的切断有关的上述弹簧的场合所产生的问题,至此便完成本发明。
本发明涉及一种切割装置,该装置借助一对密封夹头对包装材料条带进行横向密封,该条带中填充有流动性物质,并呈管状,之后通过切刀的进退每次按照相当于1个容器的长度将上述包装材料条带中的密封部切开,施加沿使设置于活塞杆上的切刀回收方向的推力的机构采用空气等流体压力,另外上述装置设置有可对空气等流体供给通道中的流体压力变化进行检测的压力传感器。
另外本发明还涉及下述的切割装置,该装置借助一对密封夹头对包装材料条带进行横向密封,该条带中填充有流动性物质,并呈管状,之后通过切刀的进退每次按照相当于1个容器的长度将上述包装材料条带中的密封部切开,上述切刀以可进退的方式设置于其中一个密封夹头中,该装置设有压缩空气驱动缸,液压驱动缸,以及压力传感器,上述压缩空气驱动缸设置于切刀的中间后侧,其内设置有活塞和气压室,该活塞上成整体设置有活塞杆,该活塞杆设置切刀的中间后端部,上述气压室与供气管相连通,上述液压驱动缸设置于切刀的后侧,并且位于上述压缩空气驱动缸的左右两侧,液压驱动缸内部设置有活塞和液压室,该活塞成整体设置有可推动切刀的左右后端部的活塞杆,上述液压室与供油管相连通,上述压力传感器可对朝向供气管供给空气的通道内部的压力变化进行检测。
下面根据附图对本发明的切割装置的实施例进行描述,但是这些附图所记载的实施例并不构成对本发明的限定。

适合采用本发明的切割装置的填充包装机包括卷绕器(rewinder),其以卷状方式支承包装材料条带,开卷器,该开卷器相对上述卷绕器按顺序将上述条带卷打开;管成形器,该管成形器在对打开的条带进行杀菌后,使其呈管状;供液管,该供液管在呈管状的条带的内部填充流动性物质;横向密封装置,该装置将上述填充有流体物的管按照相当于一个容器的长度向下方传送,同时沿横向对其进行密封,并对其进行气割,从而连续地形成枕状容器;容器整形装置,该装置将切断的枕状容器的端部弯折,并将该容器加工成作为最终形状的长方体形容器。
作为横密封装置,可采用上述日本专利公告第23366/89号文献中所公开的形式,如图1所示,该装置按照下述方式构成,该装置包括可自由升降并且可沿反向旋转的竖直杆1,与该竖直杆1一起升降,并且设置于该竖直杆1上的升降架2,沿前后设置的一对摇臂3、4,该对摇臂3、4按照下述方式分别支承于升降架2上,该方式为:上述摇臂可以位于底部的相互保持平行的一对水平轴的轴线为中心摇摆,一对密封夹头5、6,该对密封夹头5、6分别以使上述摇臂3、4的顶部相对设置的方式固定,臂开合装置7,该装置可使两个摇臂3、4在下述两个位置之间产生摇摆,这两个位置指两个密封夹头5、6相互靠近的关闭位置和相互离开的打开位置,挤压器,在关闭位置,该挤压器通过固定嵌合部件8,以及活动嵌合部件9使两个摇臂3、4相互靠近,并在两个密封夹头5、6之间施加密封压力,如图2所示,在其中一个密封夹头5中设有称为电感器(inductor)10的加热机构,在上述电感器之间设有切割时用的切刀接纳部11,在另一密封夹头6中设有位于其中间部的扁平状切刀13,以及推压接纳部件14,上述扁平状切刀13位于沿横向延伸的切刀接纳部12内部,上述推压接纳部件14设置于上述密封夹头6的上下侧,它用于提高密封的强度,从而可实现对包装材料条带15中的密封部的切割。
两个升降架2同时按照规定的行程相互朝向不同的方向升降。即,当其中一个升降架2上升时,另一个升降架2下降。当升降架2位于升降行程的上限位置时,两个密封夹头5、6相互闭合,这样,可将管17按照规定的宽度强迫压成横向截断状,从而实现密封。在推压管17的同时,使两个密封夹头5、6与升降架2一起下降,这样便可仅仅按照与一个容器相对应的长度对上述管17进行传送。当升降架到达下限位置时,切割装置开始动作,从而在沿密封宽度方向的中间部16(密封带和密封带之间的中间部)处将管17切断。在切断之后两个密封夹头5、6打开,从而将管17释放,这样管17底端中其长度相当于一个容器的枕状容器便与上述管的其它部分分开。
下面根据图2~5对切割装置进行描述。如上所述,切刀13以通过密封夹头6可实现前后移动的方式接纳于下述切刀接纳部12中,该接纳部12为沿横向延伸,它设置于密封夹头6中沿其厚度方向(图2中的上下方向)的中间部。如图3和图4所示,在切刀13的中部后方,设有一个用于使切刀回收的压缩空气驱动缸20,在该压缩空气驱动缸20中成整体设有活塞杆21,该活塞杆2 1设置于切刀的中间后端部,另外,在驱动缸20内部设有活塞23,和气压室25,上述活塞23在沿其长度方向的中间部具有较大直径部22,上述室25与供气管24相连通,供气管24一直朝向上述气压室25供给空气,即一直对切刀施加沿后退方向的推力,从而使活塞杆位于回收位置。
另外,如图3~5所示,在切刀13的后方,并且在压缩空气驱动缸20的左右两侧设有两个切刀伸出用液压驱动缸30,在该液压驱动缸30中,设有活塞32和液压室34,上述活塞32与可推动切刀13的左右后端部的活塞杆成整体连接,上述液压室34与供油管33相连通。此外,在进行切割时,朝向与供油管33相连通的液压室34供油,通过大于上述推力的作用力使活塞杆31伸出,推动切刀13,从而将包装材料中的横向密封部16切断,在切断之后,供油管33停止供油,液压室34内部的液压为0,当按照上述方式没有液压时,再次通过压缩空气驱动缸20的推力使切刀13确实回收。
再有,在与供气管24相连通的空气供给通道26中,设置有压力传感器27,该传感器27可对上述通路26的内部的压力变化进行检测,它始终对气压室25的压力变化进行监视,在探测到管线发生脱开等异常情况的场合,停止整个设备。另一方面,与液压室34相连通的供油管与图中未示出的动作油管相连接。
下面对横向密封、切割操作进行描述。当两个摇臂3、4从打开位置朝向关闭位置摇摆时,活动嵌合部件9以与摇臂3、4相垂直的方式处于按前高后低方式倾斜的朝上位置。当摇臂3、4运动到关闭位置附近时,活动嵌合部件9产生旋转,并从上述的朝上位置变为水平位置,其前端部与固定嵌合部件8嵌合。两个嵌合部件8、9嵌合,并相互拉紧,分别固定有上述两个嵌合部件的两个密封夹头5、6也相互拉紧,这样在两个密封夹头之间产生密封压力,两个密封夹头5、6在推动管17的同时,随升降架2下降,将管17按照仅仅相当于1个容器的长度的方式向下传送,从而完成横向密封。
当升降架2到达下限位置时,供油管3 3朝向液压驱动缸30中的液压室34供给作为动作流体的油,通过大于上述压缩空气驱动缸20产生的推力的作用力使活塞杆31作伸出移动,从而推动切刀13的左右两个端部,将包装材料条带15中的横向密封部16切断。
接着,在两个摇臂3、4从关闭位置朝向打开位置摇动之前,如果中止通过供油管33朝向液压室34供给作为动作流体的油,液压油的供给压力为0,而供气管24一直向压缩空气驱动缸20中的气压室供给空气,由于通过活塞23使活塞杆21回收的推力一直产生作用,从而使切刀13回收。之后,反复进行上述的动作。
在上述实施例中,虽然一直施加沿使活塞杆21回收的方向的推力的压力媒体采用的是空气,但是也可采用其它的压力媒体,如油,水等以代替上述的空气。
另外,在上述实施例中,虽然针对下述形式的填充包装机进行了描述,该包装机可在横向密封装置中进行横向密封操作和切割操作,但是在下述的操作中本发明也适合采用流体驱动缸实现设置有切刀的活塞杆的回收,该操作指在具有上述的每小时8000个以上的制造能力的横向密封装置和切割装置相互分开的超高速填充包装机等中的高速切割操作。在此场合,可更加顺利地实现高速切割。
对于本发明,由于在上述这种结构较为复杂的切割装置中,沿设置有切刀的活塞杆的回收方向施加推力的机构采用空气等流体压力来代替弹簧,这样可确实在较长的期间进行填充包装机的横向密封操作中的切断作业,与已有的采用弹簧的场合相比较,没有更换弹簧的复杂性,另外无需花费运行费用。
此外,虽然弹簧的数量可保持一定,但是其动作过程中的弹力不保持恒定,但是如果按照本发明采用流体压力实现切刀的进退,则可顺利地实现切割,另外可减轻切割时产生的噪音。
还有,由于弹簧损坏,应当接纳于密封夹头中的切刀接纳部中的切刀前端处于经常相对切割夹头突出的状态,这样其它的密封夹头中的电感器(inductor)产生的能量为上述突出的切刀占用,从而包装材料条带中的铝铂薄片的加热效果不很好,其结果是,不能很好地将树脂层熔化,而采用横向密封,则完全不用担心发生上述情况。
此外,按照本发明,由于设有可对空气供给通道中的压力变化经常进行监测的压力传感器,这样在发生管线脱开等异常情况的场合,可立即检测到该异常的情况,使填充包装机的操作停止,从而可使切割不良,或密封不良的制品的发生到减小最小程度。

Claims (6)

1.一种切割装置,它借助一对密封夹头对包装材料条带进行横向密封,该条带中填充有流动性物质,并呈管状,之后通过切刀的进退每次按照相当于1个容器的长度将上述包装材料条带中的密封部切开,其特征在于施加沿使切刀回收方向的推力的机构采用流体压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于上述流体为空气。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于该装置设有可对流体压力通道中的压力变化进行检测的压力传感器。
4.根据权利要求1~3所述的装置,其特征在于切刀以可进退的方式设置于其中一个密封夹头中。
5.一种切割装置,它借助一对密封夹头对包装材料条带进行横向密封,该条带中填充有流动性物质,并呈管状,之后通过切刀的进退每次按照相当于1个容器的长度将上述包装材料条带中的密封部切开,上述切刀以可进退的方式设置于其中一个密封夹头中,其特征在于该装置设有压缩空气驱动缸,液压驱动缸,以及压力传感器,上述压缩空气驱动缸设置于切刀的中间后侧,其内设置有活塞和气压室,该活塞上成整体设置有活塞杆,该活塞杆设置于切刀的中间后端部,上述气压室与供气管相连通,上述液压驱动缸设置于切刀的后侧,并且位于上述压缩空气驱动缸的左右两侧,液压驱动缸内部设置有活塞和液压室,该活塞呈整体设置有可推动切刀的左右后端部的活塞杆,上述液压室与供油管相连通,上述压力传感器可对朝向供气管供给空气的通道内部的压力变化。
6.一种填充包装机,它包括权利要求1~5所述的切割装置。
