制备过程:HA、Na2HPO·2H2O、NaH2PO4·H2O、柠檬酸,40℃于一部分水中加热搅拌溶解后,降温至室温,加入其余组分,搅拌,补足水分至所需重量,使用NaOH溶液或HCl溶液调节pH至7.2±0.2,即得组合物溶液。 | 制备过程:把20mml10%的NaOH溶液置水浴热到70℃,投入HA,搅拌溶解即取出,再边搅拌边加柠檬酸溶液,至溶液接近中性,此时可得粘稠的HA原液。取Na2HPO4·2H2O、NaH2PO·H2O、柠檬酸,50℃加热搅拌溶解后,降温至室温,加入HA原液及其他组份,搅拌均匀,补足水分至所需重量,使用NaOH溶液或HCl溶液调节pH至7.2±0.2,即得组合物溶液。 | ||
