When the pressure cooker is finished, the user needs to open the cooker cover assembly 100, because the air in the pressure cooker cannot be communicated with the outside (refer to fig. 13 and 14), so that negative pressure is generated when the cooker cover assembly 100 is opened, the inner cooker of the pressure cooker is sucked up to a certain height, namely, the pressure cooker has a phenomenon of sucking the cooker, refer to fig. 17 and 20, in this embodiment, the mounting seat 12 is located above the second end 42 of the air exhaust lever 4, a driving part is arranged on the lower surface of the mounting seat 12, and the second end 42 of the air exhaust lever 4 is provided with a matching part, wherein the driving part is used for driving the matching part to move downwards in the process of operating the rotary hand 13 to open the cover, so that the second end 42 is pressed down, and the first end 41 lifts the air exhaust valve 2 (refer to fig. 15 and 16) to communicate the inner cooker with the outside, so that when the user rotates the rotary hand 13, the matching part can form the matching part, and the driving part is matched with the air exhaust valve 2, and the air exhaust valve 2 is prevented from being opened.
Specifically, the driving portion and the matching portion are arranged in multiple manners, for example, the driving portion and the matching portion may be two magnets that repel each other magnetically, when the user rotates the knob 13 to drive the mounting seat 12 to rotate, when the magnets on the mounting seat 12 rotate to the matching portion, the matching portion can be pushed downwards to open the exhaust valve 2, and referring to fig. 16, 17 and 20, in this embodiment, the driving portion is a rib 122 disposed on the lower surface of the mounting seat 12, and the matching portion is a top plate 43 that can be abutted against the rib 122.
In order to facilitate the downward abutment of the rib 122 against the top plate 43, referring to fig. 15 to 17, in this embodiment, in the rotation direction of the mounting base 12, the rib 122 has a front end that is initially abutted against the top plate 43, and a rear end opposite to the front end, and the front end of the rib 122 is gradually convexly disposed in the direction from the front end to the rear end, so that during the rotation of the knob 13 by a user, the interference between the rib 122 and the top plate 43 is gradually increased, which is beneficial to the downward abutment of the rib 122 against the top plate 43, and the problem of jamming caused by excessive interference between the rib 122 is avoided.
In general, the mounting base 12 is a plastic part, the exhaust lever 4 is a metal part, in order to avoid the wear of the protruding rib 122 caused by the top plate 43, please refer to fig. 16 and 20, in this embodiment, the top plate 43 also has the front end and the rear end, both ends of the top plate 43 in the rotation direction of the mounting base 12 are provided with the folded edges 44 for abutting against the protruding rib 122, so that the contact between the folded edges 44 and the protruding rib 122 is not easy to cause wear to the protruding rib 122, which not only prolongs the service life of the product, but also reduces abnormal noise caused by friction between the two.
Referring to fig. 16 and 20, in this embodiment, the matching portion is connected to the second end 42 through a connection portion, the connection portion includes an extension section 45 and a connection section 46, the extension section 45 extends horizontally from the second end 42 toward the mounting seat 12, the connection section 46 extends upward from the extension section 45, and the matching portion is connected to the connection section 46, so that the spatial arrangement of the matching portion and the driving portion is more reasonable, which is not only beneficial to forming a matching between the two, but also avoids the problem of interference caused by the arrangement of the matching portion and the driving portion and the installation of other components.
Through the rotation of exhaust lever 4, jack-up exhaust valve 2, the intercommunication in the pressure cooker with external, both can outwards exhaust, can prevent the problem of inhaling the pot again, in order to guarantee exhaust lever 4 can install firmly, is difficult for taking off, please refer to fig. 14 and 16, in this embodiment, pot cover subassembly 100 is still including locating the rotation seat, the rotation seat includes two backup pads 14 and support column (not shown in the figure), two backup pads 14 interval are located pot cover 1, every all be equipped with pivot hole 15 on the backup pad 14, the support column is located on the pot cover 1, the support column is located between two backup pads 14, the middle part of exhaust lever 4 is equipped with two pivots 47, two pivots 47 correspond with the pivot hole 15 of two backup pads 14 rotate and are connected, the middle part of exhaust lever 4 corresponds the support column is equipped with the hole 48 of stepping down, the rotation seat still includes lid 16, lid 16 is installed in the lower surface of exhaust lever 4, lid 16 is located on the support column 1, the support column 4 is comparatively firm, but the dismouting is comparatively easy to rotate with the support column 48, but is comparatively the same as the exhaust lever 4 is connected to the rotation hole.

Claims (15)

1. A pot cover assembly for a pressure cooker, the pot cover assembly comprising:
A pot cover;
An exhaust valve installed on the pot cover;
the exhaust button is arranged on the pot cover and has an up-and-down stroke;
The first end of the exhaust lever is positioned below the exhaust valve, the middle part of the exhaust lever is rotatably arranged on the pot cover, the second end of the exhaust lever is positioned below the exhaust button, and the exhaust lever is used for generating lever movement when the exhaust button presses down the second end so that the exhaust valve is lifted by the first end to exhaust; and
The limiting structure is respectively arranged on the pot cover and the exhaust button and is used for limiting the exhaust button to the low position when the exhaust button downwards drives the second end to move to the low position together, so that the exhaust valve continuously exhausts;
The pot cover comprises a face cover and a mounting seat mounted on the face cover;
The mounting seat is rotatably arranged in the horizontal direction, the pot cover further comprises a turning hand for rotating the cover, and the turning hand is mounted on the surface cover and is in driving connection with the mounting seat to form a driving piece;
the mounting seat is positioned above the second end of the exhaust lever;
the lower surface of the mounting seat is provided with a driving part, and the second end of the exhaust lever is provided with a matching part;
the driving part is used for driving the matching part to move downwards in the process of operating the rotary handle to rotate the cover so that the second end is pressed downwards, and the first end lifts the exhaust valve to communicate the inside of the pressure cooker with the outside.
2. The lid assembly of claim 1, further comprising a first reset member for resetting the venting button upward to a raised position.
3. The pot cover assembly of claim 1, wherein the limiting structure comprises:
a clamping protrusion extending laterally from the exhaust button; and
The buckling part is arranged on the pot cover and used for resisting the upper side face of the clamping protrusion when the exhaust button moves downwards to a low position so as to limit the exhaust button to the low position.
4. The lid assembly of claim 3, wherein the venting button is mounted to the lid and the button portion is provided at a lower end edge of the mounting seat.

The lid assembly of claim 4, wherein the mounting seat is disposed in a relative motion to the venting button in a horizontal direction such that the catch is disengaged from the catch in a horizontal direction when driven in a relative motion by the driving member disposed on the lid, releasing the venting button to allow the venting button to be reset upward.
6. The lid assembly of claim 5, wherein the venting button is rotatably disposed in a horizontal direction.
7. The lid assembly of claim 6, wherein the mounting seat has an annular rib disposed downward, a lower end surface of the annular rib is partially recessed to form the fastening portion fastened with the snap-on protrusion in a recessed area, and the recessed area is disposed gradually concavely in a direction in which the snap-on protrusion is fastened.
8. The lid assembly of claim 6, further comprising a second reset member for being in a twisted state when the detent is disengaged from the catch and the venting button is moved up to a raised position such that the detent abuts an outer surface of the mount and for being in a reset state when the venting button is moved down to a lowered position such that the detent is rotationally reset to the venting button.
9. The lid assembly of claim 8, wherein the second return member is a torsion spring having opposite ends mounted to the venting button and the lid.
10. The lid assembly of claim 9, wherein the venting button is laterally extended to form a mounting protrusion having a slot for engaging an end of the torsion spring.
11. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the driving portion is a bead provided on a lower surface of the mounting base;
The matching part is a top plate which can be abutted with the convex ribs.
12. The lid assembly of claim 11, wherein the bead has a front end initially abutting the top plate and a rear end opposite the front end in a rotational direction of the mount, the front end of the bead being disposed in a gradual convex manner in a direction from the front end to the rear end.
13. The lid assembly of claim 11, wherein the top plate has folds at both ends in a rotational direction of the mounting base for abutting against the ribs.
14. The lid assembly of claim 1, wherein the mating portion is connected to the second end by a connecting portion, the connecting portion comprising:
An extension section horizontally extending from the second end toward the mounting seat; and
And the connecting section extends upwards from the extending section, and the matching part is connected with the connecting section.
15. A pressure cooker, characterized by comprising a cover assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14.
